They did fine. The pricing stayed. They changed the schedule. The original schedule was a week before but they changed it. The price was good.

It was a little difficult to get on the phone with the business owner/ manager but was efficient in following up through Angieslist messaging system. The crew who performed the actual work were very friendly, approachable, professional and knowledgeable. They did a fantastic job and as they claimed, in two weeks after the treatment the results were clearly noticeable. My only recommendation to the business owner is that if a customer asks for a call back, it means it's a serious customer not just an inquiry. A call back from the business within a reasonable timeframe (1 or 2 business days) would go a long way. Thank you and my special thanks to the crew!

Went very well, came on time as scheduled and total lawn was aerated and overseeded to may satisfaction.

Crew showed up very late in the day (only about 1.5 hours left before sundown) but were able to complete the work without difficulty. Equipment in very good working order and the crew knew how to handle it without tearing up the lawn. Completed the work quickly and professionally. Provided advice on fall lawn maintenance which we have followed. Lawn has responded nicely over the last 2 weeks and the new grass seed is beginning to germinate.

The crew showed up on Friday and did the topsoil and first seeding. They were very thorough and took a lot of care around garden areas. The work was completed on Saturday with the aeration and second seed and fertilizer application. Now all we have to do is water, then sit back and enjoy!

We were not home when they came but can see the results of their aerating. Hope to see new grass blades soon :). The quality of the aeration looks good! Won't know about quality of overseeding and fertilizing until we see results so that is only reason I gave a N/A for quality.

They were great. Our lawn was neglected by the prior homeowners and the clay-like soil was very compact. JUST AERATION was the best value (very high ratings and reviews, relatively low cost) contractor for the job of aerating the lawn, followed by overseeding. I liked that the company focused on this work and wasn't trying to sell an annual service plan. They were highly responsive via Angie's List messages. Best rate through Angie's List. We setup an agreeable date and time and they gave me instructions to mow the lawn and mark buried sprinkler heads, downspouts, and other things that might get damaged. Because the soil was so compact, and the weather had been dry for a while, they instructed me to give the lawn a good soaking the night before, to help the machines penetrate the soil. I did that. A crew of 3 arrived on the scheduled day and immediately got to work. 2 core aerator machines were used, and they made 2 passes over the lawn at a perpendicular (as recommended). As a section of lawn was done, the 3rd crew member spread the grass seed. They used hand tools as needed to work the seeds into patches of bare soil (including a large area by the curb where gas utility lines had just been replaced). They would have also spread fertilizer for another $45, but I already had fertilizer on hand, so did it myself. The soil was definitely still quite hard, even after the soaking, in places, and you could tell where the cores became a little shorter. Prior to the aeration, I'd sent soil tests to the lab and received results. I sent the results to JUST AERATION, during scheduling, for them to review the fertilization needs. They provided appropriate guidance, which was helpful. After the aeration and overseeding, they provided simple and clear guidance on watering and cutting the lawn. The soil and lawn is better since they were here. The grass planted, especially in bare spots, has grown nicely.

Excellent. Be sure to scheduled far enough in advance to be able to water lawn before aerating, if needed. Provider gives excellent directions on prep for aeration and to ensure germination. Also very responsive. Be prepared: Overseeding requires a lot of effort on the homeowner's part, to dethatch the lawn, if needed, and to water before aerating if the soil is very dry, then to keep the lawn watered daily for at least ten days to ensure germination. New grass was visible approximately one month after the service, just as the provider said it would.

We were very pleased with Just Aeration. They came out and spoke to my husband about what they were going to do, what we need to do in the next 10 days regarding watering our yard/not cutting our grass for 2 weeks and what we should do with our problem areas in our yard. We would highly recommend them.

They were very hard to get in touch with and services were hard to get scheduled.

Patrick and his team know their stuff. My lawn was a goner and he and his team brought it back to life over the last 12 months - the difference is amazing! I would have no hesitation recommending Patrick and his team if you have a lawn full of weeds - he'll bring it back to life. Couldn't be happier! I bought the 12 month plan (and just paid him for the next 12 as well). At first I was concerned that his crew didn't arrive when scheduled - but they are busy and won't forget you. Once I relaxed about that, everything was great. I especially like how he sends you calendar invitations to let you know when he's coming - year round. Fall, winter, spring and summer - he knows what your lawn needs and when it needs it. Trust. Thanks Patrick - happy I found you on Angie's List!

What an excellent experience! The guys that showed up were on time, worked hard and were very professional! I would absolutely recommend them and will use them in the future!

They showed up on time. The core aeration was completed as expected and they even used the leaf blower to get the leaves off the lawn before they began working. My back lawn has been in rough shape and I've been trying increase the amount of grass vs weeds. I don't think they overseeded my entire backyard lawn. Some areas have a lot of new grass and other sections have zero new grass... I have watered the entire lawn every day that I didn't get rain. I got a good value for the price, but I ended up purchasing some additional grass seed from a big home improvement store to put down where I don't seed the new grass blades. The price was cheap and they skimped on seed in order to do the work so cheaply.

I called for an estimate and left a message with a woman who took my information. She said they would call me back and they didn't.

I thought they were great. They have good communication and are reliable. They are going to be doing my aeration next month.

Everything went well and I was pleased with the end result. I was impressed by how they worked around the hosta plants and some of the other growth in the flower beds. They removed the walkway lights and replaced them when complete. They were thoughtful and in general cleaned up behind themselves. In only one area did I have to replace the stones to prevent guest from walking on the grass instead of the walk-way. All of the waste was hauled away and removed from the property. My only regret is that I did not have this work done earlier in the year. The gentleman who came out to conduct the estimate was also timely and professional in our discussion of what work was to be accomplished.

Patrick and his crew were responsive, on-time, and did great work for a fair price. He was attentive to a few requests, and the team was extremely professional, easy to communicate with, and efficient when getting the work done. On top of all that, they went the extra mile and power washed our street where the compost was dropped - something I didn't expect but appreciated. Looking forward to doing business again with Patrick and his team in the future.
