I've contacted this company by phone, email and message here on Angie's list but nobody has contacted me back to give me a quote or schedule a service.

I have been using them for the last 2 years. Always prompt and professional service. Whenever I have issues with the grass, I talk to Patrick, and there is usually someone looking at the lawn the very next day or two, and treat it.

Crew was very nice and did a great job. Debris from de-thatching was bagged up by the crew and placed at the curb for county disposal pickup. Over-seeding looks generous and they had both shade and sun varieties. Would definitely recommend!

Nothing really fancy here, just digging some holes in yard. Throwing seed, and hoping for a cool fall so my yard can have actual grass and not weeds.

As a new customer, I made plans to stay home and meet with the work crew to ensure that everything went well with the services provided. The crew lead was very professional and polite. The crew did an excellent job on the dethatching of my lawn, using a power rake machine and 3 additional workers to bag up the loose dead grass using manual rakes and leaf blowers. My lawn was in dire need of dethatching since this service had not been done in several years. The dethatching was by far the most labor intensive service provided and Just Aeration did a superb job. All of the loose dead thatch grass was bagged. The core aeration, lime treatment, and overseeding were also well done. My lawn looks great and I am very pleased with the services provided. I would definitely recommend Just Aeration to others for great service at a reasonable price.

Patrick and his crew showed up as scheduled to mulch all the flower beds and back landscaped area of my house. They also reseeded and laid down top soil on my front yard that was completely dead! Just Aeration did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a top notch lawn service.

Excellent they were behind scheduled and I was able to message the owner through Angie's List, daylight was fast fading but they alerted me they would be out and get the yard done with an extra member of the crew. They zipped through and did an excellent job as advertised and adjusted my bills for my troubles. Top shelf company would work with again. Thanks Just Aeration.

Every step of the way this company has kept us very informed. We started with them at the beginning of summer last year (a little late in the season) and they informed us of what to expect (no new grass until fall) but began by treating and preparing the soil. I have consistently gotten calendar notifications letting us know when they would be visiting which I have never experienced with a contractor before and greatly appreciate.

Although an accidental communication mistake resulted in a delayed service, everything turned out exceptional. Wish there was an A++ rating category. Service was for aeration, overseeding and was going to pay a little extra for fertilizer. Due to the mistake on the appointment delay communication related to rain potential, the fertilizer was provided for free at the time of service a couple of days later. All the crew were extremely professional and very attentive to their work and doing a great job. The crew leader (owner?) was very polite and apologetic for the mixup. Even more amazing, Just Aeration LLC sent a full refund for the entire job a few days later. Will most definitely be using them again and would recommend all far-and-wide to use them for anything they have on their capabilities list. You won't be disappointed and even better, be surprised at how good of a job they do (so rare these days).

When I first contacted them they were slow to respond. The people that did the work were amazing. My lawn looks unbelievable. I'm definitely going to hire them again.

One layer seed in bare spots, covered by manure and top coating seed. They added coarse straw which I would have preferred not to have. Very unattractive and has to be raked up. Also left large chunks of manure on the lawn which remain. Overall, good job.

Went great. Weather was bad so they had to reschedule. They came and went without us needing to be home and the seed they planted after aeration took and my lawn has never looked better. Will definitely use again. Thanks.

They showed up on time and worked hard. They cut no corners, and actually did some extra work without charging for it. Highly recommended.

I have had Patrick and his Just Aeration team for the last 3 years since I bought the house and I can see steady improvement in my lawn quality over the years. Both my neighbors don't treat their backyard lawn which has made it very challenging for my lawn to stay weed-free. I've patiently waited for Patrick to work on the lawn to get rid of the bad grass and weeds and I now see results. When I have had concerns, I have notified him and he's always been very responsive and professional. He was also willing to switch to organic from chemical fertilizer/weed control in the middle of our contract term. Next year, I will be renewing my contract to go 100% organic. His costs will go up but I'm confident that this is justified by the more expensive material that would be good for my lawn in the long-term.

I shopped around to find the best price, and Just Aeration won out over other highly rated lawn companies on Angie's list. They showed up on time and completed the job quickly.

It went fine. We were not home but they performed the service as expected.

I ordered from a call to the angies list. So I ordered. I also talked to the company and requested starter fertilizer. I have a sprinkler system so I watered the yard every day for ten days as instructed. No new grass had started to grow. I called to ask if they had used the starter fertilizer that I had requested and paid for. I was told they had. I questioned them some more and said that I had had it done the year before and grass was growing within 10 days. So I didn't think they had used the fertilizer. I convinced them and they were suppose to come out on the Monday following the call. They did. However they did come back and put down the fertilizer and the grass did grow.

It was fine. They came late that day but it was fine. They were nice but they came really, really late. They barely had any day light left so they ran through it really quickly. We have a pretty big backyard so they kind of rushed through it. It seemed the grass came out okay. There wasn't enough time for me to explain what to do. It was really rushed. That was my big concern. It could be because I rescheduled it from the previous day. They were courteous. I would consider using them again depending on how it turns out in spring. They were responsive.

I purchased the service through Angies list and received a prompt reply with the service scheduled date. However, on the first scheduled date and time they did not show nor did Patrick contact me until later in the evening around 7pm. At that time he explained that due to poor weather his crew was held back and they will reschedule for the following Friday. The day before his crew was suppose to arrive he rescheduled again for 10/30/15. On Friday 10/30 his crew showed up to the house around 4:45pm and performed the aeration service. The service was quick, the quality of the service was superb. However, Patricks employees cursed and complained about wanting to go home. That situation was brought up with Patrick. Due to the rescheduling Patrick stated he will refund me $25, as of now I have not received a refund.
