Excellent service at a good price. I call Patrick for a quote since I saw a coupon on Angie's list and did not know whether that would cover the mulch work I needed. He came out, inspected the areas that needed mulching and informed me that the coupon would be sufficient. We had also not weeded in almost a year so the weeds had completely overgrown the area (standing at points a foot or more high and looking more like mini trees). Patrick estimated an extra $100 to pull all the weeds out and dispose of them. I accepted and he drew up the contract and emailed it to me. On the day of the work, Patrick and his team arrived promptly and worked nonstop to complete the job in ~4 hours. At one point, he ran low on mulch and had to go get more. My neighbors and my family thought that the work completed was excellent. That same day, my wife and I discovered a spot that had been missed (due to my negligence mostly for not walking around while work was happening and this spot was completely overgrown). I called Patrick and his crew came out a few days later and completed that spot as well at no charge. I could not be more impressed with the quality of work and the professionalism of communication. Patrick and his team at Just Aeration were respectful of my time and delivered above and beyond at a reasonable price. We will certainly do business with them again.

Been using Just Aeration for 2 years now. The price is very good, considering the fall aeration is included. Patrick is very communicative & responsive. I've used 2 other lawn services and my only complaint is that at certain times during the year there are more weeds than I want (I even have had to spray myself) and spots in the yard where the grass just won't grow (mostly shady areas). In these respects, I don't think I'm dealing with the most skilled service provider.

Amazing! Patrick showed up and walked me through my lawn and various options depending on what I wanted to do (my wife and I recently bought a house in Springfield, VA). He was very thorough and did a good job of explaining the various options and outcomes. I got a full treatment on my front lawn (compost + seeding, fertilizer, weed kill, lime treatment, thatch removal etc). We scheduled the service date only 2 days later. The crew showed up (extremely punctual) and I was asked to confirm the services being performed that day (everything was in order). I was working from home that day so I was able to keep an eye on everything and was most impressed with the level of work being done. All 3 crew members were very diligent, focused and really seemed to take their time. I did not get the sense they at all rushed or phoned it in just to get to the next job. All 3 were extremely personable and at the end I was walked through what to expect, how to treat the lawn and by and large what to expect. 3 weeks later the grass has really grown in a deep green with the bare spots showing significant signs of growth. I was most pleased with Just Aeration and look forward to continuing to work with them. For me, the biggest things are that the service I bought is the service I get and that I feel the providers are both trustworthy and professional. Patrick and his team scored A+ across the board.

It went as specified. I provided a sketch of where to spread the bulk of the mulch and where to spread the remainder. I received a call when the crew showed up and confirmed the information on the sketch. I am satisfied and would recommend Just Aeration.

Responded quickly and performed service within the week. I am not sure if the equipment used was dull or not just not effective, but I did not see the normal tell-tale signs of aeration (no grass plugs/holes). It just looked like in spots that there were indentations of a dull aerator. Grass seed was visible.

They did a great job and I would highly recommend!

I booked with Just Aaeration LLC for an October 2016 lawn aeration, overseeding and fertilizer. The two men who did the work were prompt, polite, and friendly. They told me to water 2x/day for 2 weeks, 5 mins each, followed by 2-3 waterings/week. Followed instructions exactly. Now it is March with unusually warm weather. I am very happy with how thick the grass is coming in and bare spots are now filling in. Lawn looks the healthiest it has in early Spring since we moved here 4 yrs ago. I am very happy with the service and results.

So far the grass has come in from the fall aeration. The test will be the weed control applied this spring. Hopefully things go well.

Great, this was our second time using Just Aeration. Will hire again for next year.

The owner of Just Aeration (Patrick) made several trips to our property to help us clarify the scope of the project and the services they provide. After years of DIY lawn maintenance we had lost the battle to the grubs, the Japanese Stilt Grass, and the ever-encroaching woods. Patrick was prompt in getting us an estimate and in returning phone calls. We interviewed 3 Angie's List companies and chose Just Aeration based on the personalized attention to our project, the before and after photos on their website, and the owner's commitment to us to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction. We also hired the company to take care of lawn maintenance going forward. Would definitely recommend!

It was very good. They were there shortly after the purchase. My husband thought they did a good job. They came when they said they would. He had nothing bad to say so it was very good. He was pleased with the cost. There was no negative.

It seems to have gone well. They just came and did what they said they would do. There were no additional charges. They did a good job scheduling, they did what they said they were going to do with a minimum of fuss and we now have grass growing where we didn't have it before.

Work performed on schedule and efficiently. Both workers and salesperson provided watering and care instructions after work was performed.

Work was accomplished on schedule as agreed. Though I did not watch the work being performed, it appeared that only one pass was made over the lawn with the aeration machine. In the past, our contractors made two passes, a second pass perpendicular to the first. I expected the same process for the cost of the service.

The job was done properly but it was well after the original scheduled date. The issue with thatt was we missed the best weather and it happened just as the weather turned cold which was not good for the over seeding. The company apologized and indicated the response to their Angie's List special was greater than anticipated which caused the scheduling issues. I understand but that doesn't help my lawn.

Identified an issue on initial application and the owner immediately came out to correct the issue.

Terrifically consultative, and all work was performed as promised and when promised.

I agreed to date and time two weeks in advance even though I did not want to wait more than one week - no issue there. Mowed lawn on Thursday and raked leaves. On Thursday afternoon, they stated they could not do it that day but would come next day. Never came and got e-mail Friday saying the job they were working on took longer than expected. Rescheduled to Saturday. On Saturday it rained in afternoon, they never came and told me they would be there Sunday or Monday. Showed up Sunday, late afternoon. I was not there until person was already done. I will say this, the aeration job was inferior to one I had done by other company. They did not aerate around mailbox section and decided not to go up on hill in back yard. Not worth saving $25 - will try someone else next time.
