Description of Work: Called and emailed this company to come to the house on March 7 to give me an estimate on having floors refinished. Owner responded, said he'd be there and was a no-show. :(

Description of Work: Installed carpet on two floors. Marty was great and very knowledgeable and his installers were just as good. They went out of their way to make sure the carpet was installed properly and took the time to get rid of as many squeaks in the existing sub floor as possible. The end result looks great and the price quoted (which was also the final price, no surprises) was cheaper than the quote we got from the guys with the annoying commercials and big "sales" that seem to be happening all the time. We will definitely use floorcraft again the next time we need work done.

Description of Work: I have used them numerous times. They have done wall to wall carpeting. Laid a cork floor in my family room & refinished my hardwood floors. Floorcraft is my "go-to" for flooring needs.

Description of Work: Did a great job putting in our wood floors. Arrived on time, finished on time, helped us move furniture. All at a price that was fair. Will use them again.

Description of Work: They put in a tile floor in the basement, hardwood floor on the main floor, hardwood staircase, carpeted staircase, and carpet in two bedrooms. This was the easiest contractor to deal with when we had our two bedroom townhouse renovated from top to bottom. The price was great and the work was great. After the work was done my dog destroyed the carpet in one of the bedrooms and they came out and fixed it quickly. |After we moved out of that place they came out and stretched the carpets in our new house on a moments notice.

Description of Work: Wall to wall carpeted two rooms, 6 flights of stairs, tiled one bathroom and a kitchen. Did a wonderful job. The work was done in two separate townhouses between April of 2006 and October of 2007.

Description of Work: I had all three levels of my townhouse re-carpeted prior to putting it on the market for sale. Marty Engle came out to my house to measure and bring samples. He made good suggestions on carpet color and style. He was easy to work with. I was able to get the carpet installed on the day that I requested. His installers were great. Jose Abrego and I believe his name is Manuel, came on time and were easy to communicate with. The installation was one of the best I've had over many years in this area and using many different carpet dealerships. We had to touch up a few minor scuff marks on the paint up the stairwell. But it is a very tight stairwell up to the third level and we expected that. The baseboards were great and didn't need any touch up paint. The guys were very careful overall. Thank you! My house sold quickly.

Description of Work: Company laid new bamboo hardwood in living room, hall and dining room. The installer correctly matched to the kitchen tile...it was higher than old floor...a good catch and all looks great. Thanks.

Description of Work: Floorcraft installed carpet in our 1/2 Story Attic and the stairs leading up to that level. They were very punctual and performed great work. They installed great carpet at a very affordable price and were a pleasure to work with. We would refer them to other people in a heartbeat. Much better customer service and price than Home Depot or other big box installation service. They were also able to work around our availability and schedule. Thank you Marty and Max!

Description of Work: They were very professional. Call back was prompt. Hardwood floor refinishing was done quickly and very well. They even matched up the color of the area to another adjacent area that had been refinished previously.
