Description of Work: Climate was great! we were converting to natural gas from oil and Climate did all the inside work and hooked up to the new meter. in trying to use up all the oil and not buy any we didn't need we ended up running out of oil right before a pretty unexpected cold snap this march. Climate worked very hard and got us heat pretty quickly. the technicians who actually did the work in side were very professional and considerate. we worked with Henry who coordinated everything on Climate's side and was incredibly responsive to all my questions and concerns. Although in general we were very happy there was at least one area where there could be some improvement. we had climate install a tankless water heater as part of this job. it turns out the installation location is critical and we did not get enough advice in this area. overall we were very happy with the conversion and how Climate performed. i would definitely recommend them to others and would use them again in the future.
