Mr. Johnson responded almost immediately and was able to diagnose the problem and repair the dryer promptly. The job was completed quickly and efficiently and Mr. Johnson was very professional.

My 20+ year old fridge had stopped running and I feared the compressor had dead. I called Mr. Johnson around 7:45am and told him what was going on he said I can come by around noon. He showed up exactly when he said he would. He began by checking a few thing inside the fridge then pulled it out from the wall. He found the problem right away. He was very nice and I won't hesitate to use his service again. It is so refreshing to find an honest repairman these days.

I was afraid I needed a new washer, because mine was over 10 years old, and stopped without draining out the water. But now I hope this one will last a few more years. He not only got it working, but he fixed the machine so that it agitated better than it had in many years. I was very happy with his service, and wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

I was pleased with the assessment. We were able to stash frozen items in our basement fridge so we did not lose any food. He cleaned the coils and made sure the refrigerating part of the frig was working. We also decided on replacing the refrigerator and Robert was helpful in suggesting brands and models that were trustworthy and reliable based on his 20+ years of experience. I left a voice message for Mr. Johnson and he returned my call the same day. We made an appointment for him to show up on a Monday morning at 11:00 am. He arrived 15 minutes early. We ran the dishwasher on the drain cycle for him and within 3 or 4 minutes he identified the problem primarily by listening to it run. It was a felt pad that had come off dish and clogged the line. He undid the drain line and removed the felt pad. After hooking up the line, he ran the dishwasher thru several different cycles to insure the problem was resolved, which it was. It was his experience that enable him to find the problem and fix it so quickly. He was in and out of our home is a little over 20 minutes. After a bit of phone tag we were able to plan a day and time for him to come check our Whirlpool dryer. He arrived on time an spent no more than 15 minutes diagnosing and fixing the dryer. He even had the part so it was done right then and there! The price was great too. Even my teenage daughters were surprised when they heard him quote the price. He was pleasant and efficient.

I wanted to have the stove repaired at my rental. It was not functional and had to be unplugged because the electric burner would not shut off. It was a danger to my tenants. I called Mr. Johnson who tried to diagnose the problem over the phone. He told me that in all likelihood the repair bill might not be worth it considering parts labor and the age of the unit. He went out to the house the next day and called with in the repair cost, which was reasonable but advised that I should just probably get a new stove which was only 50 dollars more. He made a few minor repairs to the stove, turned off the dangerous burner and made it functional until I could get a new unit. He seems like a decent, honest fellow and I would be glad to use him again.

Mr. Johnson is the best! I am so happy that I called him. He was just as friendly as he could be. He went right to work found the problem and fixed it. Mr. Johnson was WONDERFUL!!! He came to my house an hour after I made the phone call and immediately diagnosed the problem. His $87 consultation fee was included in my repair bill ($175 for the fridge/freezer) since I decided to have him go ahead and fix my fridge/freezer. He even saw another minor problem while there and fixed that for free. Both fridge and freezer are working well now. Even better, while he was working I asked him about my dryer that started to have problems. He offered to take a look at it for me since he was here and fixed that, adding only $30 to my previous total for his work. He was willing to save me money and do both on the same call- when I didn't even include that in the initial phone call. Beyond the call of duty, I have two small children around who were inquiring about his every move and talking to him and he was kind and talkative to them. Mr. Johnson is a contact I will keep at the top of my list. He's a great repairman with a reasonable price who is a genuinely kind human being.

. My refrigerator / freezer were not cooling. I called Mr. Johnson, he came the same day on time. He went right to work and found the problem. He replaced the relay switch and it was once again working. Mr. Johnson was very professional, and friendly. He was in and out within an hour. I would highly recommend him. I never got that and quot;taken advantageand quot; of feeling that one would normally get from contractors/repairmen.

I called Mr. Johnson and explained the problem that I was having with my dishwasher. He was at my door within 3 hours of my call. It took him approx. 35 min. to find the and quot;toothpickand quot; that was causing the problem. He explained the function and what the toothpick was doing to cause the problem. He explained it so well that I was able to lecture my teen on the proper procedure when filling the dishwasher to prevent this in the future. I found Mr. Johnson to be quick at responding to my call, reasonably priced, friendly, informative and above all, an honest and reliable business man. I will never use anyone else for appliance repair and will refer all who ask to him.

I called. He came out the next morning. He was late, which is why I gave a and quot;Band quot; for punctuality, but I wasn't upset. Once the motor was repaired (he had all the parts), the washer still wouldn't start. After a few minutes of trouble shooting, it turns out that when I had tried to run the machine after I attempting to remove all the glass, some water backed up and shorted out the GFI. He fixed that, too, and I am up and running. Very satisfied with the service. I don't have much experience with such repairs, so I'm not sure how the price falls relative to other service people.

It took a couple of days for Robert o respond to my initial call....but it WAS over the holidays, so I find no fault with that. Once he responded, he was punctual and a real pro. After calling several companies who could not schedule someone to look at my broken oven until after the new year, I was frustrated. Mr. Johnson returned my phone call within 24 hours and was able come to my house within a few days time. He gave me an approximate arrival time and came within that time. He was pleasant and explained what was wrong with the oven to me. His fee was reasonable. I would definitely recommend him!
