Description of Work: We had a new roof put onto our house due to very poor workmanship from the home builder. We had one leak that had went all the way onto the ceiling of one our bedrooms. During the removal of the old roof, Mills Roofing, found a second piece of the roof's plywood that also needed replaced. Everyone at Mill's roofing was very nice and answered all our questions. I would hire them again.

Description of Work: I would hire again for any type of gutters or roof work that I would require.

Description of Work: A friend of ours recommended Mills Roofing to us when we were in need of a new roof. So we called and scheduled a time for them to come out and give us a quote. To my surprise they came in less than half of what Home Depot wanted to charge us. We decided to hire Mills to do our roof and are so happy that we did. They did an excellent job and did exactly what they said they would. The new shingles look amazing and our new skylights are so clear and bright. The best part of it all was the fact that after they were gone, you couldn't even tell that they'd been there because everything was so clean and tidy. I was scared to death that I was going to get at least a flat tire on my lawnmower or ATV, but they were so meticulous with their magnets, that I couldn't find a single nail anywhere. Oh and I almost forgot - Michael, the young man I dealt with throughout the process upgraded us to the best underlayment for the same price, all because it went on sale and was the same cost as the regular underlayment. Would Home Depot have done that? No, I think not. Go with Mills! You won't be disappointed.

Description of Work: I was very impressed with the service I received from Mills Roofing. I will be replacing my roof next year and will definitely be using them. Any company that can be good with the little things I feel sure will deliver with the bigger things. They were timely, courteous and professional in the conduct of their business. I definitely recommend them to others who are looking for any size of repair/replacement of their roofs. Prices were very reasonable for quote for entire roof replacement.

Description of Work: A package deal to seal any exposed areas of shingles, detect and correct loose nails, recaulk flashings etc. |They were very quick and knowledgeable. So much so that I am contracting with them to replace my entire roof.

Description of Work: I called and set an appointment for a roof inspection and re-roofing consultation (need to replace roof). The person with whom I was corresponding via email didn't seem to know much about roofing as he asked about the pitch of my roof even though I described it as a Cape Cod. When I gave him what I thought was the correct information, he questioned it. In any case, I set an appointment for 10 a.m. on a Saturday morning. The rep from Mills didn't show, didn't answer the phone and didn't reply to a text until several hours later saying he was sorry, but got his schedule for the week all messed up "because of the snow" (we had a light dusting on the Wednesday prior). He asked if we could reschedule but, then again, did not reply to my text until the next day. He wasn't available the day I requested, but asked to re-set the appointment in the following week. I gave up.

Description of Work: Minor Maintenance

Description of Work: Tear off old roofing, replace damaged plywood, and installed new roofing & ridge vents. Clean-up afterwards was very good as they used drop clothes to catch materials & nails. Even after drop clothes were retrieved, they still canvassed the entire area with magnets for any loose nails. Overall, extremely pleased!

Description of Work: It was probably farther back than 2011 but they put a new roof on our house. When asked if they would do the gazebo...they did at no extra cost. John Mills also asked US if we would like 'gutter guards." We asked to see them. They were also at no extra cost (included in his service if you wanted them!) and yet it took time to clamp them on our large house. They work wonderfully so he also saved us probably another $5000.00 on buying other expensive gutter guards! We trust this man! Janet/Rick Louderback, Fredericksburg, VA 22408
