Description of Work: Installed a water softener and sump pump system. Drained and tested both the well storage tank and hot water heater. The work was done while my daughter was home and she advised that they couldn't have been more professional and friendly. They went beyond what was asked of them and even checked each faucet in the house and replaced corroded pieces to improve water pressure. We had been waiting weeks for another contractor to contact us with an install date and finally gave up and searched Angie's List. Clay is an excellent advertisement for Angie's List as now not only will I certainly contact him next time I have plumbing needs, but I feel good about using other services listed.

Description of Work: They replaced a pipe that burst over winter due to freezing. They noticed that the "frostproof" pipe had been originally installed incorrectly, causing water to drain back into the house instead of outside like it should. They re-oriented the pipe to slope downward, out of the house.

 + 0 moreI've used them a couple of times this winter. They have been excellent to work with. They have been really good to work with. They are prompt; as soon as I called they were here that day. They are fair in their charges. I would encourage any of my family or friends to use them. They were super.
Description of Work: I used Family Plumbing & Heating for plumbing. They came because a gasket came off a spigot in the kitchen and it flooded my floor. The other time they repaired a pipe that had broken under my house and was spraying water up on my flooring. They also installed a water softener for me.

Description of Work: Sink and faucet replaced ($345 - fancy sink and faucet) toilet and cloge fixed. ($124.00). one of his helpers broke off the water shut off valve. Replaced water heater in duplex ( $600 where a fifty gal tank priced at $295 at lowes.
