Description of Work: Installation of a partial basement perimeter drain system. |Very punctual; finished work could be a little better cosmetically, but it works to keep the water out of the basement and that is what is important. Definitely not cheap but was competitive with other vendors of this service.

Description of Work: Put a trench all around my basement to prevent leaks. Also put a covering in a room in the basement to keep storage items dry. Ever since they worked on my home I have had zero problems. Awesome Price and very professional1!

+ 1 moreThey did a very good job. There has not been any moisture or odor problem since their service. I am very happy with the work they did. The pricing was fair for all of the complicated work they did. Their communication is great, they have even communicated with the people that I am selling the house to, to reassure them, and answered all their questions. They explained to them what I couldn't have done. I thought they went above and beyond. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
Description of Work: Fixed a basement water seepage problem. Installed French drains and pumps and a steel beams system to keep walls from getting worse.

+ -1 moreIt went fine so far as I can tell. My job was done only about a week ago so it is too soon to know how effective it will be over the long term. But the workmen were prompt, courteous, and seemed professional. The job took the crew (two people the first day, three the second) about a day and a half to complete. They offer a warranty on their services as well as the dehumidifier and sump pump. The salesman who "sold me the deal" was particularly helpful. He was always quick to respond to questions via email and phone. The price was pretty high, and I hesitated for several months before following through. But in the end it seemed like a good investment, particularly as I plan to sell my house over the next couple of years.
Description of Work: Installed a crawlspace remediation system, which involved sealing off the crawlspace and closing off all ventilation areas. They first placed liner material around the sides and bottom of the crawlspace. Then, to prevent future moisture, they installed a dehumidifier, a sump pump, and a drain in the yard outside. The complete system is supposed to prevent any problems with moisture that might compromise the integrity of the house.

+ -1 moreEverything went as planned with no setbacks.They worked in a crawl space too. They dug holes, poured concrete. Next day they installed jacks. They were courteous and very professional.
Description of Work: They leveled my home with Smartjacks that I chose from several options. I made this decision. There was no pressure from the salesman.
