John Stone did the initial assessment and explained our options including financing. Alfonso Cobos and Mihail Gadjelor installed basement gutters and supports to stabilize our front porch. They were responsive and kept us informed of schedule adjustments. All JES employees were clearly experienced and answered any questions we had.

They tried to hustle me out of money, the exact reason as a woman I ask my adult son to be there, but of course he wasn't when they tried this. They bragged about the bonus they would get for finishing the job Wednesday. They accidently cut the watermain (and accidents happen) but they falsified the picture they sent to me and they were not honest about water being turned off. Super tried to be super nice but after meeting with me went a whole week with no contact. Very disappointing.

I contacted the company about a minor moisture issue a couple of years ago. They advised me to do some work that cost me about $12K to complete. I trusted them as experts in their field and so agreed to the work. Now a couple of years later, the same problem emerged. I contacted the company who sent out a tech to evaluate the situation. He said that the original work had not included everything it should have and that it would cost an additional several thousand dollars to correct. I am appalled that the company would not stand behind their work-only offering a10% discount on the corrective measures that should have been done originally.

Tommy Fisher, Christian Polumbo, and Lucas Ratliff were wonderful. They worked hard, they exceeded my expectations, they were easy to talk to and very polite!

John and Mike were on time, professional, hard-working, and had a great attitude. Ron and Trey were also so helpful and hard working, and Markese was the installer and he did a great job. Overall I'm very impressed with these guys. All work was done just as promised and the crew was in and out in no time. Thanks!

JES came on time and finished when they said they would. Their employees were courteous and worked diligently.

They left concrete residue all over my driveway and under my carport. They said they was putting in a pump system but they came with the same pump I had just a 1/2 horse power more. They used my cut out for my pump and added their stuff. I thought they was gonna put a better pump system in. Left a white cut out hole on the side of my house then cut another hole. The JES crew from Roanoke (Calvin, Andrew, Eric, and Treyvon) were exceptional. They worked steadily and were very skilled and professional. The final product was even better than I expected. I think it is also important to note that, as a woman living alone in a rural area, I found these folks to be courteous, respectful, and I felt very safe. I would totally recommend them and would hire them again if I needed their services.

I wasn’t pleased with the instructions I received from the salesperson with some of the presort that was needed before repairs began. This ended up cost me an additional $1200. The crew that worked on my home was top notch, Charles Byers, James Spencer and Tommy Fischer were professional and very efficient. I knew everything that was going on as they worked.

John, Bradley, Jason, Nathan, Mike, Aaron, and Andrew were all amazing! They were so helpful, friendly, and patient when we asked questions. After showing up on time, ready to work, they managed to do a huge job in only three days. Not only are we impressed with the job they did to help us stop the basement from leaking, but we'd hire them again if our foundation ever needed repair!

The JES crew from Salem, VA did a wonderful job. Calvin Coffey, Keinan Hambrick, and Eric Phelps were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They inspired confidence. Their work was systematic, organized, and careful. They paid attention to the details, so the finished product looks good and should function as promised. They didn't cut corners, and cleaned up at the end of each day, which we greatly appreciated. They worked VERY hard but never complained, always maintaining that professional attitude. We were impressed, and thanks to them, will highly recommend this company.

I am completely satisfied with the work that was performed, and very impressed with their sense of urgency, and planning prior to coming out (their office is over 2 hours from our house) The collaboration from many partners within JES, and the sense of urgency. We are in the process of relocating to Arizona from SW Virginia, and having water coming in was very stressful. Denise, Jordan, and Kenny are amazing!!! They made an extremely stressful situation much less stressful. thank you!

We are extremely pleased with the three completed JES projects we had done during a three week period in October. Our experiences with all people we came in contact with were always positive including the office staff, sales, service department, management and the very hard working conscientious installers. The three crews were always polite, on time, and very professional with an excellent work ethic. Their jobs are rather labor intensive particularly the pier installation crew. With that being said, my 5 star reviews go to: * Kade and James Monell who did the foam work to stabilize and lift the concrete patio. They were conscientious enough to arrive a week early to check on the needs of the rather larger than usual job ahead of them. * Calvin, Keenan and Caelen. The crawl space encapsulation crew. * Todd, J. D., Jason and Kris the Pier installers. We can’t say enough positive comments about this crew in particular. Their 4 day job became more complicated than expected, lasting 7 days. They met the challenge head on. Thank you for a great job. We highly recommend JES to anyone who wants quality work performed by quality people. Karen and Chuck Troutville.

It looks good; however, time will be needed to see if things are indeed stable. They will come back in 6 months to a year for a final check. In 2013 (when the company was Evergreen) they encapsulated the very wet crawlspace. That is still performing well (though we've had to replace the original dehumidifier). A total of 12 "Intellijacks" were put in along with a supplemental steel I-beam and additional wood bracing of trusses. Holes were dug, filled with drainage gravel, cement footers installed to support the "Intellijacks" and the disrupted waterproofing redone. This was difficult work as the crawlspace is very low and the ground hard and rocky. We have always been impressed with the professionalism of all employees (office, professional, and work crews). We give the men who worked on this job all "5-star" reviews: Mike Gadjelov, Jacob Journell, Jordan Cook, and Alex Wilson. The only reason I didn't give a better grade on the price is it was such a big expense I couldn't bring myself to say it was "excellent." Since a house is one's biggest asset sometimes you just have to do it. Also, Nic Spruill (the Salem Production Manager) came in response to some further questions I had and will be coming back this week to shim some of the supports where needed. This company has the technical competence (and commitment to getting the proper permits for all work) to solve problems.

I got a quote from Evergreen in July 2016 for basement waterproofing which basically involved installing pipe work and a sump pump. The quote was $2,400. Life happened and when we revisited waterproofing the basement we were quoted $3700 for the same job 12 months later. Evergreen merged with JES and as a result the customer gets ripped off. These guys are out to get every dime and the obscene price difference goes to show they can't be trusted

When the workers arrived in mid July they looked at the job and determined that they could not guarantee they could do the job. A decision was made not to attempt job. If it failed we would be out $2704.Really appreciated the men that came to do the job. Only truthful people so far.. Company promised to have our deposit in the mail to us by end of the week. 6 weeks later and still no deposit from them. Also can never really reach anyone in authority to speak to when I call. Next step probably court if nothing by end of this week.

The crew from Evergreen were courteous and professional. Joe Caruso was our point of contact and he was a delight to work with. He managed to get us in on the schedule early as we had unhappy tenants. The work was done in a timely matter. The only thing I wish was done better is covering the carpet stairs, it got really beat up with the traffic of going in and out.

These guys were great from the moment the entered my house until the time the completed the work. Last year we had some issues with flooding in our basement. The guy that came to our house was very helpful he told us why we were having some of the issues we were having and how to fix it. He wasn't pushy about the products. There is still a few more things we want to get done and we will definitely be using them. We had a lot of rain last month none of it came into our house. Some of the products are a little expensive but there is a reason they are very high quality. I wish they did more than just basements.

It is working fine. The only thing I would say I was not the most happy with was the cleanup. They left some of the items in my backyard including items with nails and stuff like that. That was not the best. All of the companies are pretty much the same price, so it doesn't matter who you go with. I would probably recommend them to somebody.
