Description of Work: Cleaned carpet in home. Very hard worker, he came alone, but did not seem to have equipment necessary to do a good job cleaning the carpet. It still looks dirty. The carpet was purchased 4 years ago and this was the first time it was professionally cleaned.

We have had these areas cleaned many times before by other companies and they NEVER turned out this GREAT! All I can say is WOW!! I would definitely recommend this company and use them again! Description of Work: We hired Mr. Dorry to clean the carpets in our rental property. This is a two-story condo / townhome that had been occupied for the last year by tenants with two dogs. There was a strong smell of dog when you entered the unit. The first time he came, the carpets had obviously been cleaned, but the stairwell and back bedroom (where the biggest dog stayed most of the time) still smelled a few days later. I called Mr. Dorry and explained this to him and he responded quickly to fix the issue - he returned and re-cleaned and applied a strong deodorizer to those carpets. | |He did a great job and was very pleasant to work with. We will definitely use him again.

Description of Work: Carpet cleaning after remodeling. This cleaning was of an area that could not be cleaned since remodeling was not complete in this room at previous visit.
