The carpets look beautiful again. We have a black lab that sheds like crazy and loves our living room carpet. Russell made the carpet look new again. He took extra care with all of the area rugs, was here on time, friendly, and efficient. We will definately rehire Carpet Cleaning Solutions!

Called several companies before finding this one, all quoted $300.00+. Quoted price at Carpet Cleaning Solutions $165.00. Carpet is 10 years old and I have done it with a Rug DR. every six months or so. First time EVER done professionally. Will not deal with anyone else. As long as I own my home, only one company will clean my carpets. He works miracles within limits. He will do everything within his ability to get all stains out and did. However, if you have some serious stains, which I did, be reasonable. He got them out, but be realistic.

Russell called back promptly, arrived on time, and did a wonderful job. The old carpet looks like new. He showed me the difference as he cleaned and it was significant. My wife cannot get over the difference and continues to rave about the results!

He was courteous, he was on time and he did a fabulous job! The carpet never looked better! It had been steam cleaned before by other companies and the job they did couldn't come close to the job he did! I was truly amazed at how good he had them looking from where they started! He really worked on them!! Lots of stains but, by the time he left, they looked like almost new carpet! I felt like I had really gotten a bargain! I would definitely use him again and recommend him highly!!

We have two grown golden retrievers, 70 lbs. each, plus a long-haired cat. Russell vacuumed first with his Dyson, then deep-cleaned. Simply put, he did an awesome job. Carpet looks great, smell gone! He spent extra time making sure all animal hair was removed. No problem moving furniture. Russell takes pride in his work, will go the extra mile to ensure customer is pleased. Very impressed with his work, professionalism. Would definitely recommend him with no reservations.

The carpet had not been cleaned during the 7 years I have lived at this location. In the past year, my grandpuppy made numerous mishaps. The carpet cleaner removed all stains. When he was through, my carpet looked amazing.

Russell is very knowlegeable about his business, wants his clients to understand the process, and is very good at explaining what he is doing and why he is doing it. He was able to give us an appt time that was suitable, was prompt and efficient, and is a very nice person as well!! He offered us choices in types of cleaning agents, was understanding about our preferences, and worked very hard to complete a perfect job! This is a wet extraction process that is far superior in thoroughness to the dry cleaning process that we have previously had done. Russell even asked us to call him if we had any questions following the cleaning process!! He was very concerned that we would be happy. Our rugs are very thick and took about 8 hours to dry. Very much worth the wait!! The carpet was shaded from the cleaning process, our only surprise, but well worth the vacuuming to "de luster" and get the marks out. To be expected with the thoroughness of the cleaning process! Never thought my rugs could look this good again! We have two dogs, and it was not an easy job!! We will definitely call Russell again.

It was fine. He wanted me to come and look at it and make sure it looked alright before he stopped and he told me if I have any problem with it pulling it up and no one to lay it, he’ll come back.

Russell was very professional and efficient and told me exactly hat to expect from his service. He even noticed a stain on the carpet in one room left by the previous occupant and he worked to reduce it. THe only negative is that his hose rubbed a corner of my wall in the foyer and there is a small ding in the wall in the same area (but these things happen). I'm pleased with the service.

Russell came in and surveyed the job...immediately went to work...finished within two hours. He owns the business and does the work. He guarantees his work. I was very pleased with Russell's work and would gladly recommend him without any reservations.

Russell did an amazing job on my carpets! I just purchased our first home on Tuesday and it all looked wonderful until we walked in and the carpets were filthy. Could not be more pleased! Scheduling was easy and they arrived on time. Carpets were cleaned very well, including removal of stains I didn't think would come clean. Was extremely pleased with pricing...considered my basement one room, which other companies counted as 2. Will definitely use Clean Carpet Solutions again.....even with the Angie's List deal!
