Russell is very pleasant and easy to get along with. He was on time even a little early. Russell took the time to carefully put down drop cloths, on the hardwood floors, to protect them from getting wet or dirty from the hoses. The job was handled with care and produced an excellent outcome. We would recommend Russell to anyone who is looking for a professional.

This is the second time I have called upon Clean Carpet Solutions. I have been very satisfied with all aspects of the service. Russell is a really nice person and a pleasure to do business with. He was right on time and was finished is about 3 hours. He was very careful with my furniture and moved the lighter things (I had already prepped all the rooms by taking out small items, such as lamps, etc.). Although the carpets didn't look that bad, it had been 3 years and they really needed cleaning especially around the "traffic" areas. Just like my last experience, I am very pleased with the results. I took advantage of the Angie's List special and saved some money by using it. The carpets look almost new and the whole house smells fresher. I do a lot of my business on line and depend on reading customer reviews when buying products, which is why I'm taking the time to write this. If you need this service, I highly recommend this company. I will definitely call them again when the time comes.

Russel clean our carpet that was 15 years old in 3 rooms and stairs and we have six children after he finish the floors they look almost like brand new my wife and I were well please with the service. Cleaned 6-piece Sofa Couch. Although all spots were not able to come out it wasn't from a lack of effort. Russell worked very hard to ensure as much of the dirt/dust and spots were removed as best they could be. We recommended him to our neighbor who is scheduled to get a couch and few chairs cleaned for a very reasonable price this week.

smoothly, except carpet was really badly stained, and he didn't have the chemicals that could remove it. But for a normal carpet, he was a very pleasant and great guy. If your carpet has 'problems' though, go elsewhere maybe.

Mr. Dorry was punctual and courteous providing his business card as he introduced himself. He listened to our specific cleaning needs, (as we have three dogs in our home,) and was very responsive to our needs. The cleaning was accomplished thoroughly and efficiently and Russel gave more than the usual attention to details. he was even willing to get on his hands and needs in order to provide special attention to the stubborn areas of the carpet. I am a local business owner in Salem, VA and I can honestly say that Russel Dorry was both courteous and professional. His knowledge in cleaning carpets and other surfaces, far surpasses the skills of others that have been invited in to my home. We are moving into a very large home. After previous owners moved we discovered very soiled carpets that had been hidden by furniture. Carpet solutions said large family room looked as if it had never been cleaned. We held out little hope that we would be able to salvage it. Russell did a excellent job. The cleaning is a different method as the carpets were left fairly wet unlike an extraction method but they turned out great. He even said that after they dried completely some of the dirt on the most soiled parts may show again and to call and he would touch up. So far all looks good and don't have to replace carpet

Russell was on time and very professional. He cleaned my carpets with care as well as my needlepoint rug and wool runner. He did a fantastic job. He is very neat in his process as well. I found him to be very knowledgable about carpet as well as rugs of all kinds. He is my new carpet cleaning man. You can't go wrong with Russell.

Russell was fantastic to work with! He is extremely professional and easy going and professional. He worked around my schedule and did a great job. I really value that he uses safe chemicals in his cleaning process. Having animals around the house and people with small children over frequently, this was of real concern to me. Clean Carpet Solutions provided wonderful service! The owner was prompt and did an excellent job cleaning all of the carpets in our home. I would highly recommend this service to another customer. The price was excellent as well, and definitely was competitive with other carpet cleaning services in the area.

Russell came all the way to Ferrum (an hour one way) to clean my couch, two recliners, a chair and two ottomans. They were quite dirty and I am very pleased with how they turned out. Nothing compares to brand new furniture, however, Russell worked for two hours until he got them as clean as possible. Russell was very professional and extremely courteous. Mr. Dorry arrived at the scheduled time. My carpets had not been cleaned in several years, so he had his work cut out. He did a fantastic job. This was my first experience with the Roto Clean system, and after this I will never go back to anyone else. My carpets look fantastic, the price was extremely reasonable, and Mr. Dorry is a true professional. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIS BUSINESS!!!! You will not be disappointed.
