I've used them before and I'll use them again.

He arrived a few minutes early and setup quickly. I did not have to do anything. The carpet was cleaned and all furniture that could be moved was moved by him during the cleaning process. He worked quickly and spent extra time on the problem areas. He used foam blocks to insure that the legs would not leave rust or finish stains from the wet carpet. It only took two hours. He was very professional and courteous. It only took 4 hours for most of it to dry. Some of the high traffic areas that he worked on more extensively dried within 24 hours.

I received an extremely prompt response and was able to schedule an appointment in short order. He did an excellent job cleaning the steps and landing, which are over 10 years old. I didn't expect perfection, but this provider tries for it. He spot cleaned a few tough areas and even hand brushed some animal hair that was difficult ingrained. Again, I didn't expect a miracle, but my carpets look much, much better. T he appointment was longer than I planned, but that was due to the excellent job this provider does. We did a quick check together and he told me to send him a message or call if I had any issues and he'd swing by to treat the area again. He also followed up via direct message which I think shows a high level of customer service.

I had many areas where a family pet had "marked". Russell cleaned thoroughly once...but it wasn't quite enough to get it out...so he happily returned to clean a second time so that the odor was completely gone. I have used Stanley Steemer many times in the past and Russell was much better at thoroughly cleaning and price was comparable.

I have not yet used the service, however I do give the company an A for their responsiveness and professionalism. We are scheduled for February 10th to have the work completed.

Clean Carpet Solutions is absolutely one of the best services we have ever used at our home! The owner/operator Russel is everything you want in someone who does what he does: prompt, courteous, thorough, perfectionistic, responsive and even better, REASONABLY PRICED! He does such good work on our carpets, despite them being almost white and us having three dogs and lots of red mud! He has always exceeded expectations when he comes to work on our house. We could not be happier with this service and heartily recommend him to anyone who needs a good carpet cleaning. He cleaned the carpet removing stains as needed. He was very professional and efficient. Will use him again in the future!

We have a 2 year old son who loves to dump food and liquids everywhere. There were several bad stains that made me nervous about getting my deposit back and we had already tried a decent retail carpet cleaner. He was able to clean all the rooms and the place smelled great afterwards. Will definitely use him again in the future.

He did a very professional job. My carpet is older and worn. It came out better than I expected and looks great for the age of carpet. He also deodorized , spot cleaned and put down a scotch guard. It was a great value and I would use him again.

I decided to use Mr. Dorry again when we decided the carpet in two rooms of our home needed cleaning. These rooms are where our pets spend most of their time, and the carpets were very, very dirty. When he was finished they looked and smelled great. He also offered to return and work on any stains that might not come completely out once the carpet dried. I would highly recommend for anyone to use his services.

Mr. Dorry is extremely friendly and professional. He did an excellent job cleaning some very dirty, high-traffic carpet in our rental home. When he was finished the carpet looked the best it had looked in years. I will definitely use him in the future for both my rental and personal residences.

Very pleased!! Was contacted promptly once I purchased the deal. Arrived right on time; worked very efficiently and did a great job. Stains were removed and carpets look great. Very professional. Plan to set up another appt. in near future to have some additional rooms done. Mother's living room carpet was especially soiled and he was able to remove all stains and dirt so that it looks fresh again.

They were very nice people to deal with. I liked that they were able to come out so quickly and that they explained everything. They also were able to do the job without using perfume, were courteous, and covered their boots so they didn’t track dirt inside the house. It was a good experience.

There was a spot that he said he didn’t think he could get out, but when he tried, it made it worse. He then went out of his way to turn the rug around so that the stain wouldn't show. He was also flexible and did 2 more rugs for me at about $10 each. I also liked that he used non toxic solutions at my request.

He was terrific. On time. Only took an hour but he worked very hard during that time. My living room is larger than the stated room size of the deal but he agreed to clean it. Did the hall instead of stairs at my request and my bed room. Carpet was filthy. Had not been vacuumed properly through the years and had dog pee stains. He worked very h****** the problem areas and the carpet looks (and smells I'm sure) soooo much better!!! Also he agreed to clean a couple of stains inside of another bedroom. Very flexible and professional.

Russell was so easy to talk to and was flexible with scheduling. He arrived on time and presented me with his business card. He even tried to help me get a door unlocked that broke! Extremely professional, showed me trouble spots, and did his best to clean carpets to the best of his ability. I will definitely call him again to keep our new carpets in great shape.

Technician arrived on time, took great care not to soil or damage hardwood floor leading into the carpeted area. Cleaned, deodorized and removed all stains. Technician even trimmed snags on Berber carpet. Three year old carpet looked brand new! Over all great experience and I would definitely use this provider again.

He removed several stains and you would never know they were there.
