Description of Work: They cleaned carpeting in 3 bedrooms, a long hallway and a flight of stairs. The owner took 2 l/2 hours to do a thorough job, going over some areas two or three times due to stains. The carpeting looked great when he finished. He also said that if when it dried, we were not happy with some areas, that we should call and he would come back. I recommend him highly. I used a $99 coupon for 3 rooms, then added the hallway and stairs for an additional $45.

Description of Work: I call Clean Carpet Solutions on a Tuesday. Told him I had 6 rooms and two walking in closets with wall to wall carpet. He was able to give me an estimated on the phone. Set up an appointment the following Thursday at 9:30am. Russell (the owner) arrived promptly at 9:30 am. He vacuumed all the carpet first. Then he cleans the carpet. His cleaning solution smelled very nice. I had two areas that were very bad and they cleaned up perfectly. He even got down on his hands and knees to make sure all the spots were gone. All the spot disappeared. He did a great job. It all took him two hours to clean everything. Most on the carpet was dry in a few hours. But some area in the corner took a little longer. You can not go wrong by having Russell clean your carpet.
