Description of Work: Seasonal inspection and tune-up of heating system under an annual service contract. Showed up on-time (actually 15 minutes early, but they called first to make sure that would be OK), spent a good bit of time checking and cleaning the system components (flame sensor, etc.), then explained all that they had done. This was the last visit nder my first annual service contract with Mack, and I am very happy with the quality and scope of the services they have provided. After their visit I renewed my annual contract for next year.
