They are fantastic.

My experience was amazing! I sent out a request for information through Angie's List and recieved a prompt response from Jason. I explained that I would be buying my first home and that I needed a fence installed (preferably on the weekend). I had this initial conversation with Jason on a Tuesday, I think, so I was basically asking for a miracle - 4 day turnaround. Jason was kind enough to visit the property to take measurements without me having to be there. He came back with a timely estimate which included everything I had asked for. There was a large branch (actually the size of a small tree) that needed to be cut down, and Jason explained that they would cut it, but due to the size they may not be able to remove it, which was understandable. Jason even called Miss Utility in advance so that lines would be marked in time for the fence to go up on that Saturday (whether or not I chose their company). The service, kindness during my time of stress, flexibility, and time that Jason took to explain the process and answer questions about the materials etc. was far beyond my expectations! I had received other estimates (I've made comments on one other company that was awful) and Loudoun Deck and Fence was not the cheapest, but they fell within a few hundred dollars of the other estimates. Jason explained that they also offered a 6 month and 1 year fence check in the price. With such amazing service I chose to have them install the fence for me. I then worked with MaryAnn who, again, provided outstanding service and flexibility (allowing me to make a deposit of a few hundred less than what was requested- I couldn't find the right card in all of my moving chaos). I was told to expect Willard in the morning on Saturday. I called at 9:30 to check the status, and the team was on the way (wood had not been delivered, so they drove to pick up all of the materials needed). Williard and his team were unbelievable! I walked him around the property, pointing out the overgrown brush etc. They worked very efficiently with barely a break. They took down all of the overgrown brush, the tree limb, the chain link tangled in vines and installed a beautiful fence in one day! To my delight and surprise, they removed all of the branches and brush, so both my front and rear yards were clear and useable! Will took a few moments once the fence was complete to walk the line again, show me how the gates would work, and he patiently answered my questions about staining and protecting the fence. MaryAnn sent a note to tell me not to worry about paying the remaining balance until my move was complete saying that she understood moving was tough and that she hoped I had a good expereince getting settled in! She was flexible in getting the payment, protected my privacy, and was very prompt in processing and providing me reciepts. I cannot express how wonderful the service was (more than worth a few hundred dollars in price difference). In such a stressful situation, every member of their team was supportive, kind, hardworking, and willing to go above and beyond for me. I've worked in customer service positions for years and have never recieved such great care from a company! I will be calling them again once I've saved up for a deck! I highly recommend them and have spead the word to my neighboors as well!!!

Loudoun Deck and Fence Co performed to the highest standards. All involved were professional and extremely knowledgable. They were on time and totally cleaned up when finished. We are very, very pleased with their work and will use them again for future projects. Thank you.

Jason and his crew were incredibly easy to work with and understood/addressed all of my concerns during the project. The design and execution of the project were done professionally and I would, without hestitation, recommend Loudoun Deck and Fence to my friends and neighbors. Several of my neighbors have actually commented on how lovely the new fence looks and what a great job Jason's team did.

Jason and his crew were wonderful. He came out to the house to give us an estimate on the 4' paddock style fence and a 6' privacy fence. Since our HOA doesn't allow privacy fences, we opted for the paddock. It turned out beautifully. We're very happy with how the fence turned out. The guys were very polite and courteous, and they cleaned up whatever dirt was left behind.

We talked to a few different deck companies before meeting Dan. He came out to our house to go over what we were looking for in a deck and brought his computer with him to show us what it would look like while we were planning it. We finally decided what we were looking for which wound up being a main deck with a separate step down area for a hot tub to sit in so it would look like it was built in. The structure itself is pressure treated wood, but the flooring is composite and the pickets for the railing are black aluminum. We also had low voltage lighting installed in the posts and railing of the stairs. Dan and his crew were great to work with. He returned phone calls promptly, answered questions, fixed problems, etc. He took all of our concerns into account while designing the deck and made sure the area for the hot tub would be big enough. He actually went out to the hot tub store to measure everything. Mary Ann, the Office Manager, is also a great part of their team. She kept us informed of things and answered any questions we had. Loudoun Deck and Fence is a great company. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Company gave us a good price (compared to another company) and streamlined process (emailed the drawings), recommended a lower grade wood that saved $500 or more which was appropriate for the job. The entire process went smoothly from start to finish and Jason (the owner?) and Maryann (admin) both couldn't have been more pleasant and responsive . Completed in 2 days. The fence is beautiful and well built.

A coworker used Loudon Deck and Fence and had a great experience. He recommended them to me, so I decided to give them a try without 3 bidding their work. I e-mailed Dan and it took 2 weeks for him to respond. Was very nice and professional when he showed up to discuss the project and take measurements. Gave me some websites to look a the products and said we would have a drawing for me in a little over a week. Said he was really busy and asked that I reach back out to him if I hadn't heard from him. Waited 2 weeks and sent him a note. Have send 2 additional notes and have not received a response. I did see his work and he does a great job. Just disappointing level of response.

i received 4 different estimates (all from angie's list companies); loudon was the cheapest by far. they were prompt and very easy to work with. there were some problems with my trees -- right on the property line! -- so jason, the team leader, called to talk with me then emailed me pictures of the area in question so we could come up with the right solution. additionally, their receptionist/billing tech/scheduler is great and was very willing to work with me. i could not be more pleased, the fence looks great, and i will use them again and recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Excellent... honest and professional - We've received MANY compliments on the fence already!

Overall, it didn't. If not keeping an appointment or calling to re-schedule, or not even having the basic courtesy of a return phone call, I am relieved we did not engage this company as that has to be in indicator of the quality of work, professionalism and overall experience we would have endured.

I used the company before to build a fence in our backyard. We were so happy with the job's quality and price that we hired them again to build a deck. Dan was very good in keeping me updated throughout the whole process from getting the permit to completing the final inspection. Anytime something would come up he was very responsive. Their crew did an excellent job and the deck looks amazing. They also had the best price. Definitely one of the best improvements we have done to our house since we start remodeling it almost a year ago.

The first time they came out, they installed the fence quickly but it was outside of the property line because they didn't find the marker. I noticed this, called Jason, and he worked to find the correct location and get the fence move in a timely manner. Nobody wants to mess up a job and have to come back again, but he handled it well, and fixed my problems in a professional manner. If I re-do my deck I will definitely get a quote from them again, it was a good experience.

I thought their quote was unreasonable; it was about $1500 more than what I got the fencing done for. Their responsiveness was good; everything was good except the price. The experience with them was pretty good, no complaints. They responded very quickly and were professional. I will not use them in future because they were very high priced.

The job went exactly as planned and Jason came out to oversee the start of the install and to review again with me. The other contractor's we contacted wanted to charge us extra for clipping off the willow screening that was tied onto the chain link fence - not Jason. He just had his men take care of it and remove it from the property at no additional cost. The two workmen who did the install were hardworking and efficient doing the job exactly as contracted. Jason spent a lot of time with me both during the estimate phase and when they came to start the job, always giving me options. I really liked working with him and would recommend him to anyone needing fencing.

Great service from estimate to installation. Everyone was punctual, very efficient at their task, and easy to work with. The price was very competitive with two other services on Angie's List, then they drop another $100 off for us as Angie's List clients. The workmanship was top-notch. The whole job was completed in a day. It took longer to get HOA approval than it did to get an estimate and a fence from this company. I'll recommend them to all my friends and will use them again, if I ever need another fence.

We didn't have anything to do specifically with them. The gentleman who came out took the time to answer all my questions and he was professional too. He arrived on time and provided a documented quote via email. He had promised that he would provide the quote within that day itself, but it came a week later. So, that was the only negative point, but other than that my experience with them was quite positive. I don't exactly remember the value of the quote that was given. The responsiveness of the gentleman wasn't that good even though he committed to come at a good time and actually came on time, but he delayed in giving the quote. I didn't pursue their quote, but they definitely met the other requirements that I was looking forward to. I certainly would consider calling them in the future, but I was looking for a very competitive pricing. I don't think they would have been able to give a competitive pricing considering the fact that they are a fairly large outfit.

Loudoun Deck and Fence sent Jason Weatherholtz to do the estimate. He arrived on time and was very thorough. He did a good job of describing what he recommended be done and how he was going to do it. His estimate was better than four other contractors. We had a rain delay that kept him from starting for a week or so, but when they started, it was completed in less than two days and the work was excellent.

They are great. They have worked for us a couple of times and we have been very pleased with them. They always do a great job.

Perfect. They came out on a Friday and finished midday Saturday. Great work, I would totally use them again. Keep up the great work!

My experience was great. Dan came out to price the deck and fence. He was very thorough and took lots of time to make sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. I received the quote with all the necessary details to submit for approval to my homeowner's association that same day. Once I had HOA approval, my appointment was schedule for later the same week. Jason, the fence project leader, and his team were great and efficient. The fence was up in a day. I am growing vegetables along the side of the house and knew that some of the plants would be effected by the installation of the fence. The team did a great job of minimizing damage to my plants (without me even asking). It just shows the care and consideration they took with doing their job. I will absolutely recommend them to others and when I am ready for my deck, they will be first on my list.

Overall the install went flawlessly. They dropped off the wood a day in advance and were at the home early in the morning with a team of 4-5 workers. They finished up in about 7 hours and cleaned up the area where they worked. The quality looks extemely nice and there was minimal if at any real changes to the ground in terms of dirt and rocks being left in the yard. Our neighbors are impressed and we are impressed. They handled the grades in the yard nicely and stayed within out plot area. They provided exactly what we asked for in a timely and professional manner.

Great! We wanted a the largest deck possible. Loudoun was the only contractor that spent the extra effort to discussed it with the county and our deck is larger than most in area. Quality of work was fantastic! They didn't like the finish work we agreed to and made it look even better at no extra cost. A little more expense but, you get what you pay for. No hassle and quality product.
