They were too busy to respond for a request for a quote on a fence. Every other competent company that I contacted was able to assist. I will not use them again.

One of most professional, courteous and quality contractors I have ever dealt with and their pricing was the most competitive. Wilbert and his crew worked diligently, accurate, and knew exactly what they were doing. They offered helpful suggestions and were very easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone as a first choice.

I got estimates from several vendors on Angie's List and Loudoun Deck & Fencing Co was the best. I talked with Dan, he was friendly and we made an appointment for him to come look at the property. He provided a very competitive estimate and was able to work with me on a timeline. During the whole process Dan and MaryAnn were extremely friendly, his workers were very professional, and I was very satisfied with the finished product.

I recently resurfaced my deck and was quickly reminded why I chose Loudoun Deck and Fence the last two times I needed work done. The team is extremely knowledgeable and patient—answering all kinds of questions in great detail over the months leading up to the project. The team that came out to do the work showed up on time every day, were polite, and clearly extremely skilled at their craft. I would highly recommend working with Loudoun Deck and Fence and would call them myself without hesitation for any future projects.

The job went very well. Although the crew did not appear on the day scheduled, when they did arrive on the following afternoon, they did a very good job. The fence segments were completed that afternoon and look great!

They were responsive when getting estimates; work was scheduled without a problem, fence was installed. A few issues arose after a few months and I went back with my concerns. Turns out some of the people who had worked on the fence were no longer employed (and I know why). BUT they listened to the issues, sent a new project manager and were incredibly responsive and redid all areas that were a problem or that might become a problem in the future. I have never seen a company respond to a customer concern like that - I expected a lot of pain and suffering on my part but they were professional, responsive and it was clear what they wanted was a job they were proud of and a happy customer. Contacted LD&F through Angie's list and received a very prompt response to my inquiry. The sales person made an appointment to come see the project for that very same day and provided an estimate by the next day. Did not try to pressure me into using their services which I was very appreciative of. Once I made the decision to go with them, they set up an appointment immediately that worked with my schedule and made all the necessary arrangements to get the utilities checked, etc. The day of the install the team arrived on time, cleaned up behind themselves and did a great job. VERY pleased with their work and would recommend them to others!

We had the pleasure of working with Wilbert of Loudoun Deck & Fence Co. We had approximately 85 Linear Feet installed (1?x4? Board-on-Board screening style fence with a 1?x4? cap board, pressure treated pine (which measured 6? high)). Wilbert was the ultimate professional - in fact, him and his crew of two (2) other employees was VERY professional, courteous, patient, and efficient. Wilbert performed a very thorough on-site consultation, and explained all of the details. He took his time and answered all questions that we had, and was very patient. Wilbert and his crew were extremely impressive. They were so on-top of everything - from calling Miss Utility, to Novec, to Verizon so that they could all come and mark the lawn where the lines were. In fact, Wilbert and his crew installed three (3) fences on the same day - my fence and two of my other neighbor's fences also - all of our fences looked GREAT! We were all very pleased with their work. Last but not least, the pricing was very reasonable and Wilbert walked us through the contract when we decided to utilize Loudoun Deck & Fence Co. We were equally impressed with the reasonableness of the price as we had been quoted by other fence companies that service Loudoun County and the prices ranged from $3,500 to $6,000. My discussions with Dan were very productive and I was entirely confident that he understood what needed to be done. His price was not the lowest, but I felt when I hired him, that I was getting the better overall value for my money. I was not disappointed in anyway. > Dan's crew fulfilled everything they said they would do and more. I LOVE MY NEW DECK!!! > There was only one snag that I noticed, when I came home one night it looked like the holes for the stairs might have been marked in the wrong place. I called Dan and left a voicemail with my concern, I received a call back the same night and he came out himself the next morning. They remeasured and the marks were off, Dan immediate marked the correct area the stairs were built to end. > Dan and his crew were always professional, knowledgable, and courteous. I got a vinyl fence put in that surrounded my backyard. The day they were supposed to come they did but I came home to 8 foot gap in my fence because they said their manufacturer did not order the right parts to finish the job. They told me they would come on the following Monday but in the meantime I could not use my fence. Then they told me that they would come put up a mesh fence so that I could use my fence on that Thursday but did not come. I came home on Friday and found it was completed to my surprise. There were some missing anchors that held up the mesh that still need to be put up and I called them about it and they told me they would come out on Monday to fix it. I had to call the owner to find out that they needed to order more anchors to complete my project so I had to wait another week for them to complete it totally. I would say lack of communication and follow through was what they were lacking the most. I'm happy in the end but the job took another two weeks to finish completely which I wasn't expecting.

Initial meeting with Dan the owner went great. He gave the estimate after he left and was not pushy on the sales side. He doesn't negotiate on price but there is no need as he gives a fair price upfront. A friend I contacted beforehand who isn't even in that line of work offered my deck without lattice and gravel for $4,300 as an example. Additionally, I researched my deck materials through the app on lowes.com and materials would have been approximately $2000 in materials if I did my own install. This figures to about 2/3 labor and 1/3 materials in the price, which is quite standard. Dan seemed very knowledgeable and even went into depth about how he corrects mistakes if they are made and that they don't cut corners and stick it to their customers. The job started on a Tuesday for the deck and that was finished in 3 days total and the fence took only 1 day which was done on a Saturday. They used property line tools for finding my markers as I live in a townhouse and they used the plat with measurements. They were dead on and that was good thing because my neighbor who was selling his house questioned the fence placement of the property line and the fence supervisor helped with supporting our argument and also came out again just to doublecheck the fence placement was properly done. If the issue had persisted they would taken care of correcting the fence at no charge to me which I was relieved during such a stressful time. All in all, they were extremely courteous, professional, and prompt. Ann in the office is really nice and she was very responsive. I don't write reviews unless a company deserves it and Loudoun deck and Fence has earned it. I will definately use them again and refer them to all my friends.

Very responsive firm; job required two long days by the crew. Crew returned a few days late to fine tune the gate and clean up some debris. Price was right.

Called on 6/29/15 spoke to Joseph (Kine I believe was his last name) he indicated that Dan (the designer/estimator) was just coming back from vacation and was busy but that Joseph would be by our house in the next few day to get all of the measurements and that Dan would have us a quote within a week. Joseph called again on 7/7/2015 and said the quote was done ( just needed to confirm with Dan that we did not want stairs) and the quote would be sent to me by the end of the day. Today 7/13/205- I called Joseph AGAIN and said we still don't have a quote and Joseph said (wait for it.........) Dan is on vacation and should be back on Wednesday to START my quote. Thanks for wasting two weeks of my time not to mention blatantly lying to me.

It was really great. They came on time. They have the best coat. They did exactly what we needed them to do. They finished it for four hours and it?s raining half the time. They have the best price.

We were very happy with them. The price satisfied us and the quality was very good. The staff was very good and cleaned up. They came on time and left late. They finished their job sooner than they thought.

Overall experience was very good. They did a good job. He cares about what his doing. They were professional and punctual. There is only one downside, his crew is mostly Spanish speaking and he speaks Spanish but I don't. So there was a little communication hiccup there. The crew has to basically call him to get a translation of an issue that arose but that was all worked out and they did an excellent job. I would recommend them and I will use them again but I wish he'll have bi-lingual crew.

Prior to the repairs, they provided a quote, worked with me on the price, and then completed the work on-time. Fence looks great, and during removal of old posts, they did very minimal damage to surrounding grass. End result was terrific.
