License# 2705-112-797A. As of now (1/21/2010), we are only licensed to provide work in the State of Virginia. There are two reasons why you should consider us over our competitors. 1) We have the best warranty in the industry. When it comes down to it, most companies in this business really are "about the same". We all run our businesses in the same manner, use similar qualified crews, and desire customer satisfaction above anything else. All of this while trying to put "food on the table." We wanted to be different than everyone else, so we put our heads together and found a way to be innovative and different while at the same time meeting the goals mentioned above. When it is all said and done, you are paying for service - not the actual product. Any fence company can install your fence or deck without raising an eyebrow, but their product is only as good as their guarantee. We decided that we wanted to be proactive when it comes to our warranty. Our one year warranty is the same as everyone else in the industry; however, this is the difference. At the 6 month period after your project has been completed, we will send a representative from our company to inspect it for any defects that may need attention. If there are necessary repairs needed, we will let you know that we will be sending someone out to take care of things. If that's not enough to convince you, maybe this will at 12 months - just before the warranty ends - we will do the same thing. We want you to feel that your investment is protected. We want you to feel comfortable with who you are giving your money to. But most of all, we want you to feel that you can truly trust us. We won't always get everything right, but we will try again and again to gain your trust. 2) We are a CLASS A licensed contractor who's first priority is customer satisfaction. I was able to speak to the estimator and he was delayed from a previous appointment, that took much, much longer than expected. Just a waste of time.
Description of Work: We contacted them a total of five times over a period of about six weeks to set up a time to have someone come out for an estimate and no one returned our call. Each time we were assured that we would be called, and got an excuse every time, like so-in-so was sick, someone just left, or just an apology and a promise of a call-back. We got nothing. Don't know if the secretary is in need of a new way of organizing her messages or if they just didn't want to take on a small project. I am really disappointed because I heard some very good reviews about them from people who have had larger projects done. Maybe it's just their business model to not take on smaller projects, but it sure would have been nice to know that before we made an effort with them. Even if they were just too busy to take on more work, it would have been helpful to know that. I guess we will take our $3500 somewhere else.

Poor professional service
Description of Work: Called several times for an estimate but never got a call back. Talked to the respect ions who was very pleasant and helpful. She said that she would find out why and make sure the individual called back. I was not called back.

Never called back as promised.
Description of Work: Contacted Loudon Deck & Fence to set up an appointment for an estimate. Got a call two days. I told him I was in Warrenton (Fauquier County is clearly listed in their service area), and he said he needed to have someone else call me. This someone else was either in Front Royal that day or the next. Never heard from the company again. Am still without a fence.

Description of Work: They did a great job replacing our old fence that needed constant repair. The project took only one day including demolition of the old fence. Their pricing was good and everything was done professionally and on time. I would use Loudoun Deck and Fence again in a heartbeat.
