Everything went fine. Wisler always comes through. The tech they sent out, Garrett Cooper, has been here before and is fantastic to deal with. The only reason I'm rating Wisler with a B and not an A is due to price. But if I were rating on the service and the quality of service rec'd., then it would be a A for sure. Technician used a light on a cable in some places did not find a leak because cable would not bend in that tight a space. He cut a 8"x8" hole in the ceiling but never used the light to see if he could find a leak. Instead he show me piece he cut out of the ceiling and said it was dry there for there is not a leak. But my question is were are the water marks comeing from. Now I am still in the dark. And have to repair hole that was cut in ceiling.

I have had nothing but the best of experiences with Wisler each of the 3 times I have communicated with them while troubleshooting my 50 gallon power vented gas water heater. The technicians they sent to our house were the most clean, courteous, patient and honest technicians that I have had in my home for any service related work. They diagnosed my problem and gave me my options and a written quote for those options. The only concern I had with hiring them for the replacement on the 1st visit was cost. Their quality service so far has exceeded my cost concerns. In the end I decided to buy my own water heater and have them install it. I did cost comparisons for this service and they are definitely within the market norm. They installed my water heater within 2 1/2 hours. They left my house neater than it was before they came. They professionally answered all my questions and explained what they did after they were done. I ended up signing up for their annual service check up plan. The service is reasonably priced and includes the flush that I know I wouldn't do otherwise. I will hire Wisler for my future plumbing needs.

It went very well. There was an initial issue due to an error by the original installer 19 years ago, but Wisler resolved the problem to our satisfaction. They are very professional and have a real desire to do the work well. This is the third time I have had them do plumbing work for me and I will always use them in the future.

We all expect the worst when it comes to plumbers; Price....time....etc. Well I could not have been more pleasantly surprised with this company. Woke up on a Saturday morning to no water. I called Wisler that morning. They were at my home by 10-11AM!! The plumber was Garrett. He was excellent to deal with. Knew what he was doing, took the time to answer all of my many bothersome questions. If he is any indication of how this company is run, then they have a new customer for life. Price was fantastic, service even better!

Great service. Very responsive, arrived on time, followed up with me on several occasions and did a great job on the install. Went out of their way to make sure the job was done to my preference. The outcome was perfect and solved my issues. I would highly recommend them.

Went well. The two guys that did the work did a great job. No mess. The installation looks good. Everything working as expected. They put down paper to cover the floors wherever they came in and out of the house. They cleaned up very well afterwards.

The outside work entailed Wisler using a miniature backhoe to dig up the outdoor sewer pipe from the foundation of the house to the septic tank. They cut out the 40 year old pipe and re-leveled the ground and gravel under the pipe, and replaced the old pipe with new PVC. They replaced all the dirt, cleaned up the yard, sowed new grass and covered it with straw all in about 6 hours, All good! A few days later, inside the house was a different crew and we then had some issues. Wisler was sub-contracted the cutting of our concrete floor in our garage and continuing into our finished recreation room. Prior to this crew showing up, we had a local carpet store send their expert rug installers over to pull up our beautiful ($$$) carpet from part of our basement recreation room. The next day the concrete removal crew came in and used cement saws and jackhammers to remove about 40 square feet of the concrete floor to expose the bad sections of sewer pipe. This crew used a roll of heavy brown paper laid down to protect the finished oak steps and painted walls. Wisler Plumbing had told us earlier that this crew would make very little mess - boy was that wrong! Thankfully, my wife had several packs of painters plastic drop cloth available. She and I used more than 12 large sheets of this stuff to cover our furniture and bookshelves, and paintings, and the painted walls and the remaining exposed carpet. We taped these plastic sheets from floor to ceiling. Then we went into our garage which also was to have cement removed, and we covered our lawn mowers, our lawn tools, my automotive tools, my 3 motorcycles and I moved out a restored automobile and took it to a neighbor's house. In the garage, we covered all the walls and items we could get to. That was a lot of work but I am so glad we did it. The removal of the cement floor areas made a HUGE MESS and left a coating of fine cement dust on everything in the recreation room and in the garage. After Wisler plumbers replaced the bad sewer pipes with new, and re-graded the earth and gravel under the pipes, the cement removal crew was called back in the next day to pour new cement over the repaired pipes. After several days to let the new cement dry, my wife and I went to work cleaning the cement floors (mopped up 4 separate times) and cleaning, dusting and vacuuming everything we could - including all the walls and ceilings. Everything was covered with cement dust - what a frikkin' mess. My wife vacuumed and hand dusted each of our 300 books, all of our pictures, glassware and nick-nacks on the shelves. We both cleaned for two days and totaled about 19 hours labor each. During the cleaning, we found several deep dents and dings into the walls and door moldings, so my wife and I decided to repaint these areas - we ended up repainting our entire garage since all of the shelves, tools and equipment had been moved. My shop-vac became clogged up with the large amount of cement dust we vacuumed! So in the end, the plumbing (per se) work that Wisler did was pretty good, but it was the contracted cement work that was a royal and unexpected PITA. Upon recommendation of the rug installers, I completely sealed the cement pour job done by the contractors, as they had not re-cemented many of the saw blade tracks at the edges of their cut-outs. The rug man explained that heavy rains could cause water flow under our foundation and basement floor, and the hydraulic pressure would force the water upward through those saw blade holes in the concrete which could flood our expensive carpet! He had seen that many times in his career. Yikes! I took another 2 days to fill (and let dry, repeat) in all of those slits in the cement floor with a special cement-sealer mixture I bought a Lowe's. After that dried completely, we called the rug installer back in to reinstall our wall-to-wall carpet. So 5 days after Wisler and their sub-contractor finished, our garage and rec room are almost back in shape. Wisler plumber crews grade = A, Wisler cement sub-contractor crew = B, Wisler Project Consultation and Advice grade = C. The project consultants way underestimated the mess that the concrete crew would make and they way underestimated the amount of plastic drape protection that (my wife and I added) would be required to keep our house even partly clean. It is like Wisler and the concrete crew had never done any destruction/construction inside of an occupied home before! The final gem was the price that Wisler charged - a retired plumber friend later told us that we paid a, um, "premium rate", maybe because Wisler is located 28 miles from our home and maybe because of their high-tech video camera and jet pipe cleaner tools and new service trucks. Finally, let's hope we have no more sewer line clogs!

The man who came out here ran the pipe cleaner in the wrong direction and busted the toilet. So, they had to replace the toilet and the toilet seat he put on is broken. The pipe is still now working right and now I am going to have to call someone else which more. This man did nothing right. My husband had to finish setting the toilet because he did it wrong.

The rep was able to assess our issue and give helpful tips that have kept us from having this problem repeat itself and saving us money as well !!

No complaints. Repaired parts of yard tore up by digger with dirt and grass seed.

well. wisler did every thing they said they would do and were here at appropiate time, the peopledoing the work were knowledgeble and explained the procedures they were using.

They were quick to respond and moved around their schedule to accommodate our emergency. Only had to do without sewer for a couple of days. They were extremely professional and look forward to working with them in the future.

The overall quality of the work was good. It was just not the high quality experience we had expected, and frankly paid for. What we got was the average contractor doing good work and charging a premium price. We could have accomplished the same thing for about 1/2 the cost. The only saving grace was the super interior decorator who helped choreograph this remodel, Cyndi DeNeal. Thanks Cyndi. Follow-up fine tuning was good, but not enough to offset a lackluster experience.

The gentleman that installed my water softener went above & beyond with this project. The bathroom being remodeling met my needs. They found the floor under & around my toilet was weak. They fixed it & didn't charge more.Everyone I've dealt with at Wisler has been helpful. If you have a problem anytime of day or night, someone is always available.

Terrifically well. The first plumber who wanted to do it (a supposedly reputable plumber) said he couldn't be sure where the pipe was exactly, so he gave me a quote of $3,500 to $5,000. So I called Wisler for a second opinion. The estimator (Marty) had the right equipment to tell me EXACTLY where the pipe was, where it ran, and where it connected to the main line (city). His quote was for $2,600. He was extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional -- as were the two guys who showed up a couple days later to do the work (a plumber and a guy who worked the excavation equipment). They had the work done in half a day and left my yard in such good condition that nobody could tell anything had even been done. I would recommend Wisler Plumbing to anybody!!
