Steven (Durham I believe) called me to follow up on a recent issue that I had. He was extremely courteous and kind and made it a priority that my issue get fully resolved and I was completely satisfied. To be honest I wasn't expecting this. It was extremely kind. First let me say Ryan Bowman was excellent! I cannot say enough about his professionalism, courtesy and workmanship. As for every other person we came in contact with at Wisler, they were not as reliable. We were charged over $17,500 for a repair. There was an issue. Things happen and I understand. Not one employee believed it was their issue. It had to be something we did and wanted to charge us $99 for service call and over $500 more to jet a pipe. Not to mention it took another 3 days to get them out. No kitchen for Thanksgiving! After demanding it was not our issue or a grease clog and I was not going to pay anymore, they finally determined that they forgot to tie in a drain. We were told everyone at Wisler was involved. But other jobs were put in front of finishing ours resulting in delays fixing their issue taking 9 days. Total repair time Nov1 - Nov 28. Again not a problem with mistake. Problem with Management and the needling for money after spending over $17,500. Never again!

MIKE WALKER WAS AWESOME. THIS WAS A REPLACEMENT SERVICE DONE RIGHT. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND WAS NOT PUSHY. HE LETUS TALK OVER DIFFRENT PLANS. WHEN HE STARTED WORK HE WAS EFFICIENT. HE WORE COVERINGS FOR HIS FEET, FOR LESS DIRT TRAFFIC. HE FINISHED IN A TIMELY MANNER. HE DID NOT SMOKE OR PLAY LOUD MUSIC. WE WERE ABSOLUTELY PLEASED, HE REALLY KNEW HIS JOB, AND DID IT WELL. THANK YOU FOR SENDING SOMEONE WHO WAS THOROUGH AND ABLE TO EXPLAIN THINGS AS WE WENT. HE LEFT THE LAUNDRY ROOM CLEAN AND THE PRO QUALITY GAS HEATER WAS A PERFECT SIZE. THANK YOU. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE FOR PLUMBING NEEDS.

We wanted the main waterline from house to street, and hot water heater replaced. After reading reviews, we chose Wisler Plumbing and Heating to do this work. Wisler reached out daily in advance to let us know who was coming to perform the work. Each employee we met was very professional, responsive, and diligent with their duties. Davey provided us with a quote for this work. Hats off to Matt for replacing the water heater! The waterline was a difficult project, due to the location. Adam and Wes did an outstanding job, excavating, replacing the water line, and for their work on restoring our yard. We will definitely use Wisler Plumbing and Heating again for any projects we may have in the future!
