The technician was very knowledgeable, he done a great job, even pointed out another issue I had and repaired it. Every thing was put back to original position and thoroughly cleaned and trash picked up, a very professional technician, and the apprentice very kind and courteous. I sent a request late one night and the next morning I was receiving a call to go over my issues. The appointment was made for the next day. Shortly after the appointment was made I received a call that a cancellation had occurred and they were available to come out that day. Needless to say, I was very pleased. Shane arrived promptly and was very professional. After giving him the particulars, he told me what he thought the problem might be. After several attempts to try to unclog the main line, I was informed that he felt it was on the city side of the line. After finding the clean outs it was determined it was indeed the city's responsibility. He told me exactly who to call and told me what to expect. I was very pleased with Shane's professionalism, his abilities and his service. I would highly recommend Wisler Plumbing and Shane for your plumbing needs.

Excellent! We recently moved into a 40 year old house. There was a lot of gunk built up in the kitchen drain & it was clogged. The Wisler service man, Bobbie, worked really hard to get it cleaned out. We have always been very happy with the service we receive from Wisler Plumbing, & today was no exception!

Nathan was professional, personable and very knowledgeable. The job turned out to be more involved than expected but his truck was fully equipped to diagnose and remedy all issues.. Whistlers uses sophisticated diagnostic equipment so it will not take 3 or 4 trips to solve the problem. Their fees are not bargain basement, but well worth it. The job is perfect. I will call them again. Most impressed.

Well people are broke these days they give a high quote with lots of extras. They give another quote lower an then the 99 dollar drain cleaning quote. I needed just new pipes under the sink. They said the second quote would do all of that. Well I didn't have the second quote cash so he took the calculator and did a little song and Bam there was a agreement worked out . Thx!

Went very well. Matt and Will were professional yet personable. Cleanliness was important to them as was open discussion of thier processes. They answered all of my questions without issue, and in a kind manner. They were in and out in a few hours without dragging thier feet. They did not rush through however. From my initial call to Wisler they have been a pleasure to deal with. In our current day when companies don't even return calls, Wisler was jonnie on the spot with great service and wonderful support. Recommend highly!!
