Brian came first to analyze our water and give me a dollar quote. Based on our iron contect he estimated how long he system would last and gave an estimated replacement cost. Once I called to make the appointment for installation, John was there in two weeks to install. He spent the entire day putting in the new system and taking out the old. He added new pipe and shut off valves. When the job was complete, he explained how everything worked, what kind of salt to buy and how often we should have to change out our filter. He answered all my questions and patiently waited while I wrote everything done. A month after installation, John was out again to check to make sure the iron levels were as promised and there were no issues with the system. Prior to this system being installed, we could not drink water out of the sink and any white clothes had turned orange. All sinks and tubs were orange as soon as the water touched them. Once the system was installed and clean water had run through all the pipes, we have had no issues with iron in the water and can now drink water out of the sink.

Wisler is certainly not the cheapest company or contractor around, but you definitely get what you pay for. They are honest and dependable. Their estimates are always very detailed and they will offer options when possible. They are willing to make adjustments as the job progresses. With our estimate for the remodeling we received a day-by-day timeline for completion of each step, and they kept right on schedule. For emergency work they come very quickly. Everyone in the company from the receptionist to the plumbers and helpers are pleasant, curteous, respectful, neat and helpful. They stand behind their work completely. When a newly installed water heater failed and leaked, they replace the water heater and had a recovery company come in to repair water damage including cleaning and re-installing carpeting. Wisler's is very picky about the sub-contractors they use for specific parts of a remodeling job. They use only the best companies that share their standards. The custom cabinet maker they used for our bathroom did a fantastic job. The tile company that did our shower did a great job. If you cannot tell, WE ARE VERY PLEASED!

I would recommend them. They were very professional and efficient. After speaking with the technician I trusted that the job would be done right. I was impressed with the service the provided. I like to deal with local companies, not franchises and they are a local company.

They do a great job. They finished the water project from my house to my barn in one day. They wear shoe coverings, clean up after themselves, and are very courteous.

Started on time, mostly held to schedule they were flexible and adjusted to schedule changes we needed We did have a few issues with tile work but Bryan listened carefully to our concerns and made sure that everything was done to our satisfaction and followed up to make sure we were pleased. The work crews were respectful of our time and space during the remodel and communicated frequently and honestly about dates and times. We love these guys!

Explained everything in detail, gave up front pricing rather than an estimate before work was done. No pressure for extras, cleaned up, unobtrusive. Would definitely use again, even at the higher-seeming price. Pricing is for work done (at least on this job) rather than time spent, which is a plus!

They do very good quality work. They are very prompt and very professional. We've used them twice. There was no hassle. They showed up when they said they would and did what they said they were going to do. The price was competitive.

The workers arrived on time and once they were done with the job they cleaned up. They gave me an estimate before the work was done, and a list of things that needed to be done. They charged $99 to come out and do the estimate.I didn?t have to stand over the guy that was working. Afterwards, they wrote me a thank you note.

The work went well and plumber was very neat and keep the bathroom clean. I called the company in the morning and they were able to have him at my house that afternoon. The company uses "Straightforward Pricing" ( I was provided a listing of the cost for various services) so I had the price of the repair after the toilet was removed. I was offered to join (which I did) their Diamond Club, for a monthly membership charge of $7.95 they will inspect and test my plumbing system once a year plus the first 30 month of fee goes on account to be used against any service they perform.
