It went great -- Mason was on time - neat - clean and very informative.

I left a message with Wisler's answering service and was promptly called back the next morning and given a time to expect a serviceman. They did have a delay arise, but they promptly notified me, and gave me a new arrival time, which they honored. As the plumber diagnosed and delved into the problem, he kept updating me on price, so I knew what to expect. Overall, a very professional plumber, and very personable as well. Also, the plumber for Wisler checked my water quality with a test kit and informed me (honestly) that my water quality as far as being too hard or soft was not an issue. The only problem with Wisler is their price.....too expensive! But then, what good plumber isn't?

There were a few things that I wasn't pleased with; but overall, I was pleased. The part that they replaced was a spout and he had it in his truck. The spout was for $99 and the same spout at the Walmart was $9. There was a big markup. I had to call him to come back because the leak started again after he left. He came back and he fixed it, but he charged me again for the visit. He was very nice and I hate to grade people badly, but the whole experience wasn't good.

Wisler's plumber (Wayne) was on time, friendly and very professional. As promised, he gave us three options to fix the problem and the price of completing each option. All needed supplies were on the truck, so the washer was hooked up in a timely manner. Because this was a first-time washer, lines had to be run for everything to work. Before Wayne left, he verified the washer worked. He cleaned up all of the mess and left things exactly as they were found. The next day, when a load was run, the sump pump couldn't keep up with the rush of water, so it overflowed. We called Wisler again, and Wayne came out to make sure the work he did wasn't the problem. The problem was a faulty water pump. Wayne tried to fix the existing water pump, and when he couldn't, he again gave us three options for repair. The repair was done and tested and everything was cleaned up. We've run many loads and have no problems with either the washer or the sump pump. Would recommend them to anyone who needs a good plumber!

I like everything about the service. Mike was very helpful explained things to me in a manner that I could understand.

One thing I appreciated about Wisler was that they brought this project in on time. They gave me a day-by-day schedule, and stuck to it. I won't say the whole process went without glitches, but overall these were smoothed out as they occurred, as Brian was "on top" of the various crews and immediately addressed any difficulties. They are pricey, but I certainly got what I paid for - Wisler knows what white-glove service is, and they practice it. Brian personally guided me through the confusion of selecting materials and fixtures, going back and forth with me between stores and shops and advising constantly. He is endlessly patient and kind! In the end my bathroom was gorgeously transformed, with a beautiful custom vanity, good-looking tile work, a glassed-in tub, handsome fixtures, and more! If you like lots of TLC, a courteous and professional attitude, and a terrific end result, this is the company for you.

From the day they came to give us an estimate to the day they finished the job every person involved was professional, courteous, and very respectful of our home. We can't say enough about that. Those qualities are hard to come by nowdays. We had the phone numbers of three people whom we were told we could contact at any time with any issue and that proved to be true. We never felt uncomfortable calling any of them whether it was to ask a question about the job or get advice on grout color or to change something at the last minute. They took great pains to lay protective floor covering down on the stairs and pathways to the work areas. At the end of each day the "mess" was cleaned up as well as it could be. There is no such thing as a "clean " remodel! It is obvious to us that Wisler Plumbing takes as much pride in their work as we do in our home and we highly recommend them.

Called Wisler to schedule an estimate. On the call they gathered information on the work to be done. On the day of the appointment they arrived within the scheduled time period. They assessed the work, provided on estimate on-site, and had a new water heater and all equipment on the truck to start the job immediately. As that fit my schedule I agreed, though it was already in the afternoon. For most of the time there was only one person from Wisler doing the work, though another person stopped by for a brief period to help. The work took longer than expected as complications arose when the electrical was be rerouted. The work was done very neatly, the old water heater was taken away, and the site cleaned-up thoroughly.

We had called this company to set up an appointment to perform an estimate on a fairly large job. On the day of the appointment, the office called to tell us they were sending out a technician to see where the leak was in the sewer pipe. My husband explained we did not need a technician because we know where the leak is and what it is going to take to fix it. We needed someone capable of giving us an estimate. They called back after she spoke to the owner and would not be able to come to our house during the time originally scheduled. They would be an hour late. My husband opted to cancel the appointment.

The technician called me about 30-40 minutes ahead of when he arrived at my house. He arrived in a truck complete with about anything you would need. You can be pretty sure he is going to have what he needs and won't have to make an appointment to return. When he arrived, he made an assessment and gave me my options. I had given him the wrong capacity for my water heater, but he was able to have someone else deliver the correct model. I also had him look at a kitchen faucet and he installed a new one for me. He gave me literature on the company which I looked over and was very impressed by. He left the area neat and clean. I have had several contacts with this company and they are always helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend this company and I would use them again.

Technician called before approval and arrived on time. He explained how Wisler works, checked everything out, and explained what needed to be done and various options. Also explained their Diamond Club membership. He was very polite and professional, and he completed the work very quickly. I have called Wisler Plumbing three times for repairs and have always been very satisfied and comfortable that I was receiving excellent service. I will definitely call them again should I need their services.

I called Wisler on Monday morning, and they had a service technician out to us the same day. The technician called 45 minutes prior to arrival to let us know when he would arrive(which was within the time frame the telephone representative had promised). The service tech advised me of my options in writing, and worked with me to get the scope of work within my budget. Work was performed in a timely manner, and the results are exactly what we wanted. Overall, we are very pleased.

The job took a little longer than expected but that was due to the the two boxes of tile that were ordered not being in the same dye lot. This was discovered by the contractor before coming to the house. Which was greatly appreciated. They furnished a complete estimate at the beginning and that was the amount paid. All employes were very professional and cleaned up before they left. I have no complaints with any of the workers involved. They were all top-notch. Would not hesitate to call again in the future.

I've used Wisler Plumbing a few times now, once to change a cartridge in a shower and once to change out a faucet outside that was leaking. They are always very, very professional, show up when they say they're going to, and get the job done quickly. I wish I could find somebody a little cheaper that does as good a job, but my past experience with contractors is you get what you pay for. Also, the office staff is very courteous and helpful anytime I call. I do know one thing about Wisler, you won't find anyone more professional or courteous and knows what they're doing.

Why did I spend not one penny for Wisler's services? Because of their unrelenting dedication to professionalism and customer service. I had initially invited them to my house to give me an estimate to remove a bathroom radiator. Brian showed up promptly and was very courteous, but said he would need to notify me early the following week as to the estimate. When I didn't hear from them by the end of the following week, I sent an e-mail. I told them since they hadn't contacted me, I wondered how prompt they would be about showing up for a job! The company responded immediately, apologized profusely, and offered to do the job for free! I was floored - I had never expected this response. We set up a date, Brian showed up on time, and did the job. I am really impressed with Wisler, and will use their services again (paying this time, though!).

I trust them and they are reliable.

Austin, the technician, arrived at the proper time, was very polite, courteous and assessed the situation, figured out what was needed and gave me a price. He worked efficiently and met all my expectations. I am newly widowed and was really in a panic since I have never had to deal with any of these home repair problems. He put my mind at ease and the year warranty on his work was an extra plus. I would definitely use Wisler Plumbing again.

They were very professional, gave me the price up front, it didn't vary, and it was a very complicated job. It took a long time, but, wasn't their fault. The owner came out when he was needed. I give them high ratings and would use them again in the future if needed.

It went very well. John, the technician was friendly and very helpful. He obviously knew his trade and, in addition to testing our water, educated me about the ins and outs of water filtration, hard/soft water and proper ph. When I informed him that I couldn't get the reservoir off our current whole-house filter, he offered to get it off with a special tool and put my new filter in it. This was above and beyond the call of duty. We ended up going with a different company only because their estimate was much lower then Wisler's.

The plumber was very patient and informative, spending a lot of time consulting with me, but on the other hand, he was trying to sell some relatively pricey hardware, as well as a continuing service contract. I ended up choosing a cheaper toilet because (1) he had it ready to go, on his truck; and (2) the one I really wanted was priced rather high from this source. Also, I was hamstrung by the company policy not to give at least ballpark estimates over the phone (even for such a cut-an-dried job as replacing a toilet), combined with their insistence on charging a non-refundable $59 service fee (in essence, they were charging this for an estimate). Needless to say, I do not like this policy, and am less than satisfied with the pricing, yet the overall level of performance was so excellent, that I will probably select this plumber again, and I'm giving serous thought to opting for the continuing service contract because it helps a bit with the pricing.

I recently joined Angie's List due to the fact that I just inherited a house in the Roanoke area which belonged to my great aunt and I was not familiar with any businesses in the area who could do repairs. I contacted Wisler Plumbing and was given a date for the plumber to meet me at the home. I explained what the problem was and explained that I didn't live in the area and woiuld like to have repairs done the same day if possible. There was a hair line crack in the toilet tank and it could not be repaired. The plumber was at the house at the apointed time. He looked the situation over and explained to me my options. He was prepared to do the repairs at that time and gave me an approximate time in which it would be completeted. I was able to pay him for the repairs and I felt comfortable enough to leave him to the job while my daughter and I went to the store. Very pleased with the work and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Very pleasant experience.
