Our kitchen sink was dripping and he said it was the shape of the faucet that made it drip and we could replace it if we wanted to. We did not want to replace it as we just moved in and don't have a lot of money, it still drips even with the spiget off. I find it hard to believe all faucets with this shape drip. The pipe to connect our washing machine to was leaking. He checked for clogs in the line, and said there were none, but after using the washing machine a few times we noticed it is leaking yet. When we called the company to ask whether we would be charged another service call fee, we were told that depended on the technician and whether the washing machine leak was related to the work they had performed. The toilet was not working properly and he did something to it and then not two weeks later something went wrong with it and my husband ended up fixing it. So, for our $540 we have a faucet that still drips, a washing machine that leaks, and my husband fixed the toilet himself. UPDATE: After this review was posted Wisler Plumbing contacted us. They asked for an opportunity to come out and finish the job. we told him that we contracted someone else to come out and fix the washing machine leaking issue and that the toilet issue was already fixed. He then offered a refund since we weren't satisfied with their services. I will give them a lot of credit for contacting us promptly, offering to finish the job, and offering a refund since they didn't fix our issues. We accepted their offer of a refund and told him that there were no hard feelings and because of their responsiveness we would still consider using their services in the future should the need arise.

They were very punctual even though it was a weekend. They did not make a mess coming into the house because there was mud. I was very impressed with them and their prices.

I had bubbling in the toilet beside the laundry room when the washer drained. They charge a $69 fee to show up for any service call. This is on top of the cost for any work done. He was prompt, called ahead to advise of his arrival. He listened to my description, checked the toilets while draining the washing machine then went into the crawl space to and visually inspected the drain line. Of course, there was no bubbling while he was there. He provided 3 options, 2 of which included selling me additional services unrelated to the reason for my call. The 3rd option was a camera inspection of the line to determine if there was a blockage or a sag in the drain line. He did the camera inspection all the way to the septic tank and no blockage was found. We drained water and no standing water or blow back was observed. Basically, no idea why I had my problem, nothing to fix. He verified the plumbing was done correctly and properly vented. While looking at the toilets, he noticed that the tank bolts were rusting. He did a free water analysis which showed a ph of 5. He provided documentation that I can use with the water provider. He also briefly described additional help that I could get should I want to treat the water. Overall it was a professional experience. I gave them a B rating because of the price and use of the service call as a sales call.

Prompt. Courteous as always. Whenever I call them, they respond quickly. Their work is thorough and always to my satisfaction. They take the time to explain what they are going to do and how much it will cost before they ever start a job.

He fixed all the drains and he left the house cleaner then he come into. I will use wilser every time I have the chance too. I know there will be more to fix when I finish my basement next year. Thank you again for a job well done and will be passing on to my firends.

Joey from Wisler Plumbing came out and he was awesome....he came twice and was quick and efficient with his diagnosis and fixing our problem of lack of water being due to needing a new well pump....we will definitely use Wisler again and tell all our friends and family to do the same!!

Wisler did a superb job and we would highly recommend them! They tore our an existing fiberglass tub/shower enclosure, and then installed a SBA MAXX 6032 sunken/jetted tub with a heater, tiled around the tub, installed fixtures like towel hooks, grab bars, shelving, and a Panasonic vent/light/fan

We had 2 visits - estimator was late both times. The first time over an hour late and didn't let us know he was running behind until after we had waited half an hour. Was 30 minutes late on second visit. When he did show up he was very considerate of our home, put on paper slippers to cover his shoes to keep from soiling the flooring.Was very professional and seemed very knowledgeable. His design plan was very good but not exactly what we wanted and he didn't seem inclined to make any changes. Perhaps he was right in what he said about our ideas but he didn't convince us that his design was the best way to go. His cost estimate was very reasonable and gave an extensive timetable or schedule of how the remodel would go. We were impressed with this company and their reputation. We would have gone with them had we not found another contractor more open to our ideas.

The technician was very pleasant and professional. He figured out the problem very quickly and made the necessary repair. I would definately use this company again for future plumbing needs.

They came when they said they would had everything they needed to do the job were quick and efficient.

I am very impressed by the initial phone call all the way to the service being completed. I would recommend this company to anyone in the local area.

The technician came out and was extremely professional and courteous. I have 2 hot water heaters on a tandem system. One was approx 10 years old, the other 8. We did not have much hot water as one was completely burned out. John tested everything and gave me 3 options to repair, unfortunately all the options were extremely out of line with what other plumbers charge for the same work. The quote to replace both 50 gallon heaters was 46% higher than other quotes received. The option to replace one heater and repair 2 elements was 42% higher than other quotes, and the option to just repair both with thermostats and elements was 51% higher than other quotes. The quotes included a "membership" in their diamond club, which gives you priority scheduling and 25% off your next services, however, with the 46% higher costs this really is not a bargain. As I said, the technician was great, and I fee sorry for him trying to sell his companies product at the cost he has to charge, and seriously do not understand how this company stays in business with this type of pricing practice.

Joe hill, the tech, came and replaced the emergency shut off valve to the toilet. He then also replaced the Toilet! They really do have something like 89% of fixtures, etc. on their trucks as their website says. Both he and Schuyler (the receptionist who answered the phone were friendly, and professional. The appt. was supposed to be for next Mon. afternoon unless I could be worked in. It was only about 45 min later that Schuyler called back and said that they could come between 12PM and 1PM today! Joe was done by 2:30! This was while he had an audience of FIVE greyhounds-one of which who kept trying to swipe his tools when he wasn't using them! I was very impressed the warrantied service (1 yr for just replacing parts, 3 yrs for installing the new toilet) and would recommend them to other folks. I will also call them for anymore of my plumbing needs.

as protected ) When I called on 6/19 at 8 am the the lady answering the phone was extremely polite and very efficient. It initially looked like the appointment would be during the following week. Shortly after our conversation ended she called back saying there was a cancellation and a Tech. was available within the next 45 mins. We proceeded with the service appointment. The service Tech. (Mason) arrived as scheduled. Introduced himself, put on his shoe covers, checked the installation site and provided a cost estimate with additional information about "The Diamond Club" which I consider a very good investment. The price was less than I expected. Mason made sure the interior of my home was protected and the work proceeded in skilled and efficient manner. At completion Mason made sure the work area was clean, clearly explained in detail "The Diamond Club" and the entire invoice for all charges including the $50 discount because we are members of Angies List. We highly recommend Wisler Plumbing. Mason and all the employees at Wisler Plumbing are to be commended for their professionalism.

It's all about the customer. They answer the phone with "how can I make you smile today". I wanted to get an estimate, but they were booked several days out (which is a good sign). Unfortunately, the issue could not wait so I used a different company. If I need plumbing service in the future, I will definitely call for an estimate.

Hard to say enough good about the Wisler team. They were always on time and did work as well or better than we expected (and we are very picky). Brian Wisler continually went above and beyond expectations offering good advice on design and materials and keeping a good eye on the details of the project. On the very rare occasion when we saw something we didn't like, they were on site immediately to correct to our satisfaction. Also repaired a poorly installed tile and shower job in another bathroom that was done incorrectly by another contractor. We welcome the Wisler team to put pictures of our bath on this site to brag about their outstanding work!

Mike the plumber was very upfront with cost and what needed to be repaired. Excellent job and our highest recommendation!

It was very reasonable. The plumber that came out told us what it was going to cost before he went out and got the parts and he had everything in his truck so he fixed it right away. He was great and cleaned up after himself. We chose them because my daughter recommended them and my son in law’s whole family uses them. They have this great plan that you can sign up, it is their home protection plan and it is really inexpensive. It gives you discounts every time they come and they will come maybe three times, after business hours or on the weekends and you don’t get charged for the extra time, but they are just great. My daughter and her husband has been using them for years, in fact, they were just over at their house on the weekend to fix one thing, and ended up staying back to fix three things and didn’t charge them for the overtime. They are super nice people. They came one time right after we moved into the house and we had a deposit in one of our vacuum showers, someone had taken it out and put it on backwards so when we turned to the red, for hot water, we got cold water and the plumber that came said he could do it but he would have to charge us to fix it. It was a simple thing, so he asked my husband if he was handy and he was, so the plumber told him how to correct it. It was nice of him that he said we didn’t have to pay him for something we could do ourselves. My daughter had them over a month ago to fix the same thing in her house because she forgot to turn the faucet off, it had frozen, but the safety valve they had kept the water from flooding her house, so the plumber gave her a reminder sticker to put on the pipe.

It was just a sales pitch for other products. I'm assuming they would have eventually gotten around to what I called them for but their first priority was to sell me something. It would have been one thing to do the work then before leaving mention what they were selling. Update: The owner sent me a check for $200 for my inconvenience (taking a 1/2 day off from work) and apologized. That at least tells me the owner has some integrity. I'm not sure if I'm going to accept it or not but felt that I should increase their grade to at a D. I do hope that they have learned that it would be better to impress with their service first before trying to sell something like a service contract.

They were very prompt. They explained everything very well. They put all their estimates in writing. The guy was really knowledgeable. I thought they were a little bit pricey and that's probably my only complain with them.

This is the 2nd time I have had a really bad experience with this company and I would highly recommend avoid them at all cost. They tell you there a service charge for the visit as expected but they do not tell you it going to be $69.00. In my opinion $69.00 to tell me my pipe is crack and that why it leaking is excessive. Thank you I already knew that that's why I called you out. All I needed was for them to replace the a pipe that was not in the wall and the faucet that it lead to outside the house the they wanted $459.40,$363.40 or 268.00 to do it! So what you are telling me is that you can do it right for $459.40 or take take you chances and do it on the "cheep" for $268.00 your call. Either way you choose to have them do it they only warranty there work for a year. Way to have faith in the quality of your install and workmanship. On top of they offered me the privilege of being a member of there "diamond club" I don't wan to be part of a customer loyalty program for my plumber I just you just do it right the 1st time and not to come back. The irony of this whole thing is there marketing slogan "we are the good guy your friends told you about" Oh I am telling alright.

They showed up on time, the service man was very professional, had a lot of experience, and more importantly for me, as a first time homeowner, took the time to patiently explain and answer all of my questions, some of which had to do nothing with the work performed but about the general mechanical systems in the home. He was at the home from about 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. completing the work. I thought the price was somewhat high, but as I was new to the area and was moving into the home in two days, I didn't have time to shop the price around. I relied on the rating from Angie's List that Wisler would be one of the better companies and found that to be true. I would rather pay more for better service than less for mediocre service.

Made a service request online and received a call to schedule a service appointment the next day. Explained that my hot water heater was working erratically (water too hot, overtemp monitor would trip) for the service call two tech's arrived performed an evaluation/assessment and presented costs including repair or replace options. I chose replacement, new water heater was already on the truck along with all tools and parts. Installation went smoothly and old heater was carted off. Tech's were professional, knowledgable and courteous. They took care to ensure any mess was minimized to include tracking debris into my home. All in all a smooth process and I definitely recommend.

It went GREAT! They helped us walk thru decisions about options; helped us select all components. They presented a project plan & estimate. They completed the job on time, managed it from beginning to end within our agreed upon price. I highly recommend them!
