Wisler Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, & Electric

As we needed to get showers to go to work in the AM we called Wisler as they advertise they are available 24 hours a day. It turns out they weren't terribly interested in coming out to fix our issue tonight. They offered us an appointment to come out in the middle of the next day. When I explained that we needed someone tonight they offered to put us on a waiting list. On their website it reads "When we say 24-hour service, we really mean it." Hmmmm. The next line however reveals the trick... "A living, breathing human being will answer your call and help you out with any plumbing problems you may have." Having an answering service is very, very different from having actual service. The next day did not work for us...that's why we called a 24 hour plumber. We declined the appt the next day. At this point they told us that if we found someone else to just give them a call back and they would cancel the appointment. I had to re-explain that we were cancelling the appt now. They re-explained that they could cancel tomorrow. I re-re-explained that I was positive I could find someone to actually perform the work tonight and that I was cancelling the appt. Slightly ridiculous. I sincerely hope they do not show up tomorrow as we will be at work.

They were great and did an awesome job! We have had many systems since we have lived here over 25 years and none of them were at the level of work that Wisler provided. Wisler actually knows what they are talking about and what systems to recommend. They also provide followup and a maintenance contract which we are going to do. Just nice to know we finally have something that works and the company is knowledgeable about their product and they have a wonderful staff of people providing excellent customer service.

The staff I talked to by phone, the guy who came for the estimate, and the plumbers themselves were all professional and friendly. The plumbers showed up on time, did good work and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely use them again.

They replied and responded promptly. The pre-inspection and estimate from Marty was informative and professional. The crew showed up exactly when they said even though it was in the dead of winter, (28 degrees). The work was done in less than a day and when I got home except for the straw down I couldn't tell they were there. I even asked my wife if they really did anything and she said yes there was dirt piled everywhere. They even provide a year follow-up. I WILL recommend them hands down of anyone in the valley!

The employee was very professional arrived on time and placed booty on feet; He presented me with a brochure and started his presentation; I had picked them because of the ratings on here so I was impressed so far; well he looked at sink and garbage disposal and then went out to look at faucet outside; He put together a estimate and broke it down, TO MY SHOCK IT WAS a estimate for $900!! To do the two jobs, I informed him that I appreciated that thanks but no thanks; I did ask him if he could check to see if he could try dislodge what ever was in there, he seemed resistant but did get a small piece of metal out of there since I was getting a service call fee; He left I thanked him and he left. Well would you believe haven't had another problem with garage disposal Since and after working on faucet outside I got it to stop after adding another .69 cent washer to it and it stopped completely; It is my thought that they aren't a good ole small business anymore that you get the work done properly for a reasonable price; it's all about getting the biggest bang for the customers buck on that because visit and try to sell you a service plan on top of that

They are fast, courteous, clean, neat and reliable. Always come when they say they are going to. They removed a drop down staircase and put drywall and plastering over it, and removed and intercom system. The plumbing and renovation part of the company are both 5 star.

Great! They gave me three cost estimates, depending on if they put in a new garbage disposal or not, and each was affordable. They finished the work that day and I am very satisfied with the quality of work!

They were able to replace the line by going under my driveway and not having to dig it up. Only problem was they clogged my water filter. I was able to get a supervisor to have it replaced for free.

She was punctual and professional. I didn’t had a positive experience. I explained to her that I was on limited budget and the plans that she came back to me with were so far beyond what I could afford that I couldn’t even consider them. Her plans were wonderful and they would’ve been great for someone who could’ve afforded them.

Did not go at all. Wisler was very eager and prompt in coming to look at the job on May 5, 2016. Mr Wisler was very nice, elpful in his suggestions to what could be done and said I could expect an email estimate on Tuesday. On May 25, 2016 I called to see if an estimate had been sent and if they had the correct email address. I was told an estimate would be resent. This is June 17th and I have yet to hear from this very unprofessional company. I would have no problem if they had said they didn't feel they could do the job and just plain didn't want the job but to say nothing was rude and unprofessional. I will not attempt to use this company again.

We did our research and our experience with Wisler was simply fantastic. From the very first contact when I was greeted by a friendly voice asking me how she could make me smile, I knew we had chosen the right company for the job. Every person we encountered was pleasant and helpful. We were provided an estimate, which based on our research was right on budget. The most important thing though, is all of the systems work great! This was not the easiest project being in an 80 year old farm house with limited space in the cellar. We now have plenty of hot water and no more iron stains and smelly water thanks to the water filtration system! The well water tastes great from the tap and the reverse osmosis filter gives an added level of confidence that our water is clean. We are grateful to have found Wisler and highly recommend them.

Mike Walker was tech that showed up and was extremely professional. I work in service industry for Whirlpool Corporation and I wish I could have all our techs operate the way Mike did. I also had the opportunity with owner James Wisler who followed up to make sure i was satisfied,. Long time since I worked with company so customer focused.

They were professional. The work was right on the estimate cost. It took a second contractor apt to get an estimate because they originally sent out their designer thinking we wanted to design a new laundry room and we actually just needed the plumbing moved. That took a few more weeks than we hoped, but once work got started it was very quick.

Scottie arrived on time, introduced himself and told me he would troubleshoot then come and tell me his findings. He wore booties over his shoes inside my home as it was muddy and snowy outside. He came back as promised and told me what he found and gave me an estimate on the work. I approved the estimate. He called a co-worker to assist him and set about getting the work done. He stayed with the job until it was finished, and when he came to tell me he had finished he also told me the cost was less than expected (a wonderful surprise!) because he did not have to use as much of his expendible items as he thought. He explained in detail what he did and gave me a brochure on my new pump. He said that if I had any problem with my pump to call him and he would return quickly and address any issues I had. He was polite, honest and efficient. I wish all the workers I hired were as good and as nice as Scottie. The secretary from Wisler called me the next day to ask if I was pleased with the work done for me. I thought that was very nice too. All in all, Wisler is a Big #1 !!

I would highly recommend Wisler Plumbing. They were able to see us quickly and showed up on time. They were extremely professional and spent time explaining the issues and then correcting the problem. They also offered suggestions to help prevent future issues.

Joey was our tech. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. The office staff Krista and Kyle are very nice and easy to work with. Joey found that we need to have a couple of the drains replaced due to tree roots. They'll be next week to replace the drains. We felt the price was reasonable and is worth it. AAA+

After a period of heavy rains we heard the sump pump working almost non-stop. When looking in the crawlspace we saw lots of water on top of the "CleanSpace" encapsulation plastic barrier. We thought that system had leaked due to the rain. However the Evergreen Basement Systems technician discovered that the water pressure tank was leaking. Wisler was very responsive and came right away. We were able to "jump the queue" of those waiting to schedule service since we are "Diamond Club" members. The old tank and switch had rusted through due to high acid content in the water from our well. Wisler isn't cheap, but they do very good work and are always prompt and courteous.

As usual they were everything you could want from a service professional.

First meeting was to develop overall scope. We knew in general what we wanted but were unsure on some specifics. The representative helped us understand options and to clarify in our minds what we wanted. Second meeting was to go over the scope in detail and to review a budgetary estimate. He explained that he had budgeted amounts for fixtures, tile, etc. based on his expectation of the materials and fixtures we would choose. He explained that when we made the actual choices, he would let us know whether the items were within the budgeted amount. We agreed to go forward at this point. Third meeting was to make the selections. The representative took us to three vendors in a meaningful order (choose the tile first, then cabinets and fixtures). The representative of Wisler and the vendors we met with were all very helpful. Everything we chose was within the original budget ... in fact a few things were less expensive and final amount was a little less than the original budgeted amount. At this time, the representative also showed us the proposed schedule. It was detailed ... what day they would start, how long each task would take, and the end date. Work began on time and ended on time (with the exception of a few touch ups). Workers were courteous and did an excellent job. They did an excellent job keeping dust contained to the work area and cleaning up between jobs. We were very satisfied with the quality, and with our selections now that we have lived with it for a few months now. We have had remodeling jobs done before but never had go as smoothly. My gut feel is that we might have found a less expensive vendor to do the work, but were were impressed with Wisler's reputation for quality work and work done on time. There is a saying 1) done on time, 2) done with quality, 3) inexpensive ... you get to choose two. We chose done on time and done with quality and were not disappointed.

This company advertises free estimates, but this is misleading. When we contacted them regarding the work we needed, they said that there would be a charge for an estimate, but it would be deducted from the cost of the job if they did the work. Otherwise, we would be billed for the estimate. We can understand that time is money, so that doing estimates for jobs and then not being selected becomes costly for a company. But Wisler should indicate that the cost of the estimate is deducted from the bill for the work. That's different from actually being free. Note: Date of service shown is that of this review, since we did not use the company.

OK for what I asked for. Still holding a year later.

The new toilet will do the job. It is complete with seat and it looks great. It was good to deal with professionals. Joey was our tech and he did a great job! He was prompt and worked the entire time he was here. He wore the booties to protect the floor. He was courteous and so was the office. I hit the schedule now button here on Angies List and the office called me in about 5 mins. You will get what you pay for with this company! Can't say enough good things about Wisler Plumbing.

They went to great length to diagnose the issue with a potential ceiling leak. Took several extra steps to ensure that was the only problem and even went in the attic to double-check source and come to find out it was a roofing issue. VERY professional just as soon as they walked through the door with shoe protectors for the floors and even took pictures of the issue and emailed them to me. HIGHLY recommended for their thoroughness and affordability.
