Woods Family Heating & Air Conditioning

Description of Work: Called to have air-conditioning system tune-up and filter changed. Person on the phone was very professional. Service person arrived on time and explained what he was doing as he went along. I could clearly see that the outside unit needed cleaning, in addition to the inside filter changing and cleaning of the coils. I decided to use their one-year 3-visit plan (today was one) and so he also checked and cleaned my boiler and the flue, which had a lot of debris. Willing to answer lots of questions.

Description of Work: After years of nightmares with other companies doing incompetent service, I discovered Woods. They now perform all my service/maintenance, and in the last couple of years I've bought two new heat pump systems totaling about $10,000. I also use Woods exclusively for service. Their technicians/installers are top-notch, and always arrive on time. Highest recommendation.

Description of Work: Service was a prepaid service contract obligation. Performed on time, professionally, courteously, and knowledgeably. The serviceman was actually a member of the Woods family,and took obvious pride and pleasure in his work. An excellent experience.

Description of Work: Came out to house and gave me an estimate for a new heat pump - put it in the next week. I have reported this company before, but again, I have to say that they are the best! I was very fortunate that I chose them when I moved to Roanoke. The techs are top notch and extremely nice. Everyone that I have dealt with at Woods has been courteous and professional. I will never call anyone else. Thanks for a job well done!!!
