The company was very efficient, prompt, punctual and extremely knowledgeable about heating systems. We were very impressed.

They were on time and very professional. They even put covers over their shoes before entering my home. I had been having issues with my boiler and the maintenance men suggested looking into replacing it sometime down the road. They were very honest and said they could fix my issue, but said the new boilers were so much more efficient which would in the long run save me about 50% with my Gas Bill. I agreed to talk with someone about replacing it, so they called their office and had one of their Salesmen come by within an hour. He explained everything they would do with my existing boiler and the new one and was able to work up an estimate while at my home and I agreed to have them do the new install. The installers came back within a week and installed the new boiler and they did an excellent job! They put all new copper piping in and cleaned my existing pumps and left the room cleaner than it was before they arrived! Both installers were very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing maintenace or new heating service.

I purchased both the heating and AC tune-up packages the technician did a great job with both. |He answered all of my questions and told me how to maintain my system for |maximum efficiency. I've already noticed the improvement in my heating system.

It was very good. They did a good job. The ducts that they replaced were a little noisy so we called and they came right our and tuned them up and took care of it. We were very pleased with them.

In my case the diagnosis was incorrect for the air problem. They took the cover off the air handler and told me that it was covered with mold and corrosion inside. Said it would have to be replaced AND the outside unit would need replacing. Within 15 minutes the technician had a salesman out to my house trying to sell me $6,000-10,000 worth of work. The 2nd company replaced the air handler due to faulty coils; showed me there was NO mold and that it was not necessary to replace entire system. It felt like there was a push to sell me new equipment instead of solving my problem.

We were very pleased with the service and their punctuality. Their general attitude was wonderful.

Mr. Woods Cleaned the inside unit thoroughly. He found an area that was not insulated outside and was repaired by myself (easily done after it was pointed out). He found that the caps over the coolant access points were off, one was found nearby and the other was replaced. These caps were left off by the previous technician. He made simple suggestions to maintain the outside unit. A fuse that could easily blow and cause the inside unit to malfunction was pointed out. Mr. Woods also checked the wiring of both units especially the wiring from a previous repair. I feel more confident about my heat pump working as it should now. Jeff. Woods was professional and knowledgeable. He was also very friendly and answered all of my questions. I know a lot more about my heat pump now.

They said that I need a new furnace. They are really good but, expensive. The guy was friendly and comfortable to be around. They were easy to deal with. I was going to use them to put in a new furnace, I called them and told them that I wanted to price around and they were okay with that. I probably would not use them again, because they are too expensive.

These guys really went the extra mile. My intake was too small and they made it bigger which was difficult because my walls were 60 years old and very thick. My new AC is now super quiet, my electric bills are low, and best of all my house is very cold in the summer just like I like it.

This seems to be working well, definitely better than cleaning a room humidifier daily. The installer was professional and courteous. Would definitely use them again.

When Mr. Woods came to inspect the furnace, he showed me where there was a crack that was causing water to leak into a part of the furnace that is not supposed to have water. Since my furnace was 15 years old, and a brand that does not have a very good rating, I had 3 choices: a. Just let it go and very possibly have no heat when the weather becomes really cold, b. Repair the cracked part at a cost of about $2,000 and make the furnace last another 2 or 3 years, or c. Replace this old furnace with a much more efficient and highly recommended one at a cost of roughly $3,500. GULP! I went with C. The replacement furnace is not as large and is more efficient than the previous one. The workmen who did the installation had to redo some of the ductwork to accommodate the new furnace. But there was a special benefit to me. For a few years I have been struggling with a foul odor emanating from the basement. I have investigated several possibilities but to no avail. When the workmen were working on the installation, they recognized what that smell could mean. They hunted until they found the clean out valve that had not been properly covered when some work had been done long ago. They attached a plastic grocery bag over the leaky cap, and the smell is no longer a problem. When I can recover from the cost of the furnace, I will make sure the broken, leaky cap is replaced and resealed.

Pointed out a few dark spots and scorch marks, then said furnace was dangerous to use and should be replaced very soon. Called another service firm who checked conditions Woods identified as dangerous and contradicted Woods evaluation.

I felt that the offer was a bit misleading in what it covered. There was a problem with our system, but instead of trying to fix it, we were told that our system needed replacing. We chose not to purchase a new system, and had another company come out for a second opinion. They were able to find and fix a relatively simple problem, saving us quite a bit of money.

The service person arrived promptly, explained everything he was doing and why. He convinced me to buy their extended service plan which offers several benefits. He also explained why I should have the duct work cleaned in order to keep the furnace running efficiently which I will be doing with Woods in January. It was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend this company.

Jody, technician from Woods arrived at scheduled time to look at upstairs unit that was tripping breaker. Looked at upstairs unit where he found faulty wiring & repaired immediately. Looked at outside unit where coolant was not empty as told to us from previous HVAC technician. Topped off coolant & suggested replacing breaker if not working properly in next few days. Paid for services. Called back next day since unit was still tripping breaker. Jody came out again the following day & replaced breaker. Paid for services. Has worked perfectly since.

Arrived on time and did work as promised. I had an unrelated problem several weeks later and they came back to take care of it at no cost saying it could have been something they did during the tune up but were not sure.

The burner has always worked well, however, it would not fire correctly for the tune up because of carbon build up on the ignition points. The company explained this to my wife, cleaned the ignition ports & our furnace works very well. He also attempted to upsell and service of membership for the company, however, his suggestion was to wait until after the first of the year because we would be entitled to 2 cleanings per year; 1 for the heat pump, 1 for the gas furnace. This will provide us the most value of our money. I always appreciate honesty.

They called same day and made an appointment. He came promptly as scheduled. He was the nicest service person I have ever had in my home. Very polite. He advised me truthfully and correctly about the future of my furnace. Excellant experience!
