We always strive to be efficient and create value, but recognize that we cannot meet the needs of everyone. There are costs associated with labor, material, material delivery, disposal of debris, equipment operation, transportation, and other factors that could be easily overlooked by someone that is not working with these items on a regular basis. Mr. [Member Name Removed] was a pleasure to meet. We were shocked at his displeasure of the estimate. He was friendly and polite during the review of his projects. We hate that we fell short in providing him with the value that he was looking for. We wish him the best of luck as he proceeds with his projects.
