I was completely satisfied! At first there was a problem, but they came back to fix it at no charge.

Beautiful job. Built out a garden into a hill. The workers were prompt and cleaned up after themselves.

Been a customer since '04 (that should tell you all you need to know). They show up on schedule, trimming is perfect and they blow off all walks and driveway. And they do it at a reasonable cost. I wouldn't have anyone but Varsity take care of my lawn.

Exceeded my expectations. Varsity used a powerful vacuum to get rid of the leaves I had piled next to road. They had the 'right tools for the job', and quickly got the job done. And the workers were polite and had a good sense of humor.

Couldn't ask for better! Work was completed on time and all workers were courteous and professional.

Had to have workers come back more than once to complete unacceptable work. I spoke to the manager several times, and disputed quality of work and what I was charged, paid the bill, And instructed the office manager after paying for her to take me off their customer list. Then weeks later, I received a bill for which I was told was for lawn work that wasn't paid for.

The work time was about 7 hours with 3 workers staying very busy. They did an excellent job and I would recommend Varsity to anyone who needs landscaping work.

The project was completed very efficiently. Justin came initially and reviewed what we wanted to have done and made suggestions on the design. An estimated schedule was established for start in about 6 weeks. The job was then handed off to Pete who was the project lead. Pete did an outstanding job in getting it completed along with leading different assigned help. At the end of each day, debris was cleaned up and removed. The rainy weather extended the schedule somewhat and made for some long work days. And I would add that Varsity was careful to not damage my existing lawn. Next day after the completion of the wall, they delivered and spread the mulch. I have used Varsity before and this was just another outstanding job. Also since, I had the opportunity to see a fencing project they did in someone's backyard. It really looked good!

They did a very good job. They kept it clean, were efficient, timely, showed up when they said they would, and were reasonably priced.

They gave me a low ball estimate which I thought would be a price that would not be exceeded. Then presented me with a bill for 20% more ($138) than the estimate. What is to stop these people from giving low ball estimates just to capture business from their competitors, then charging inflated rates after work done.

I hired them to do treatments throughout the spring and summer but grass looks worse than before they were hired. I

Overall a great experience and would definitely hire them again! They did a fantastic job on the clean up and my yard looks great! The employees were friendly and punctual. They were professional and ensured that the job was being done to my satisfaction. The only criticism I could give was they did not provide a written estimate after our first meeting. A written estimate was provided when asked for and matched the verbal estimate given initially. The final bill was about $300 less then they quoted in the estimate and took less time then they originally stated. I highly recommend Varsity Landscaping and Grounds.

Called Varsity to come out and create the plan. Told them up front that all I wanted was the design. They were fine with that and created a great design, complete with legend of plants used and pictures of what it would look like once completed. They did include a price to complete the job, and were fine with me using them on parts of the install or none of the install. Basically they did exactly what I wanted them to do and many people that I have shown the plan to want them to do the same thing. Great job!! Very happy customer.

Finally, a quality lawn care service! The folks at Varsity Lawncare are awesome! They were courteous, on time, thorough, and knowledgeable. They treated our lawn and it has never looked better! After so many other local companies either didn't show up or tore up my yard, or charged an amount higher than quoted... I found Varsity Landscaping! Matt is excellent! We told him about a problem tree we had and he suggested a remedy...that worked! They also planted 24 green giant trees for us and educated us on how to properly care for them. I highly recommend Varsity Landscaping to everyone!

They were very professional. They did exactly what I had asked them to do plus a couple of other little things and they did not charge me. I would recommend them to everyone.

All my questions and concerns were immediately taken care of. Everything was completed in a timely, professional manner. Everyone was friendly ,pleasant and courteous. JOB WELL DONE

Varsity is the bomb, they were prompt, professional , and courtious , job far surpassed our thoughts

Semi circular block retaining walls around trees. Removed concrete porch and steps and replaced with pavers. Lined repaved driveway with pavers and repaired French drain at bottom of drive way.

I receive quarterly treatments which include fertilizer, treatment for broad-leaf weeds, aeration, and over-seeding. This year I also had them mulch my front yard beds and around the tree and provide spring clean-up. I was pleasantly surprised with the spring clean-up and mulching. It made a huge difference in the yard's appearance. I am a little disappointed in the yard's response to the treatments, but that may be more related to the weather than anything they are doing. I plan to continue to work with them as I find them very responsive and easy to work with. I am hoping that together we can get my yard to fulfill my dreams of lushness. Maybe my dreams are too extravagant :) My interactions with staff, whether by telephone or in person, have always been friendly and professional. My calls are returned promptly. Excellent customer service skills let me feel they are listening.

We had to call them multiple times for an appointment, they dd not return calls well. Could not finalize a regular service time with them. Went to another service/

We saw Varsity's work at the Home Show, and asked them to come out and give us a quote. Jason worked with us closely to discover our wants and needs, and created a great plan to update our home's landscape look. Once we had approved the plan, we were scheduled for "sometime after Thanksgiving" which was alright with us. We did let Jason know of the scheduled party, and he assured us he would have everything done, which he did, although just barely, since they finished on December 19 and the party was the 22nd!

I would recommend Varsity more highly, but they have a tendency to get mixed up on appointments. This year if I hadn't finally called them, the leaf removal would not have been done. They said I had not been scheduled, despite my returning a response card to them in late summer and talking to someone on the phone shortly afterwards to confirm this. Not to mention they've done this job for me several times in the past! I will say this for them: they are very good about squeezing you in at the last minute - which they did with this year's leaf removal, and have done for other things in the past. They do beautiful and professional work, but my advice is to double-check with them on appointments!

Called the company, described the type of work to be done, and asked for an estimate. The person promised they would call me back to set an appointment. Never heard back from them.

My mother lives a mile from here and they take care of her yard year round. They do a great job there. They are reliable and personable. Anytime I need anything such as aerating or planting shrubs, they are the ones I always call.
