Description of Work: They are fine! They come once a year as we have a contract for termites. We have an older house and they seem to be pretty thorough.

Description of Work: They come here on a scheduled service and they have been fine. They have a high turnover on the technicians so it seems like you always get somebody different. However, I don’t have much contact with them as they just spray outside. I don’t have any complaints with what they’ve done.

Description of Work: They have been very good for me. We have a monthly pest control contract. They come once a month to spray the exterior of the house. They always give me 24 hours’ notice and they always come to the door and ask me if I have any issues in the house and will spray inside if need be. They even go the extra mile of getting the cobwebs off the porch. I’ve been very happy.

Description of Work: Terminex honored the termite prevention contract that I have had with them for several years. In doing some repair work on my house I discovered termite infestation at one spot. Terminex responded to my request for remediation: they inspected the infested area and performed some treatments appropriate for the location. They were prompt in answering this request and performed the services that I expect from this long term contract. I am well satisfied with their performance, based on this experience.

Description of Work: We have TERMINIX and we have been pleased with results. They come on a quarterly system and have discovered termites in the garage and deck at different times. They are always professional and certainly polite. They come, do their job, leave the bill in the doorway and go. We live in a wooden house in the woods and I certainly depend of them for their service.

Description of Work: When we bought our house the previous owners had Terminix under contract for some underground traps or something. They came a few times and left a note that they had been here to service them, but we couldn't tell it. When the contract renew date came up we dropped it.
