Description of Work: Excellent, personable craftsman. He is in demand, we had to be persistent and patient for him to get an estimate done for us, but once he was on the job it was done exactly as stated in time stated. Most importantly he discovered parts of our deck were infested, nearly destroyed, by carpenter ants. Gave us immediate estimate and repairs were done later that week. Good guy.

Description of Work: I would like to recommend Martin Services for any remodeling or painting your might need done. We actually used this company for the first time several years ago to build a large screened in back porch and they did an excellent job. Dan Martin, the owner, is very personable and easy to work with. We used them again last year to do some general contracting work - put up a new door, replace boards and outside painting on our home. Again, they did a very nice job. I look forward to using them again.

+ 0 moreI had originally called J & D Masonry for an estimate, based on the Angie's list review. However, Mr Dame had an accident and was unable to work. Mr. Martin called me and explained that he had worked with Mr Dame and, if I was not in a hurry, he would work me into his schedule. As the work was not pressing, I agreed. There was some delay, but in December he met with me, discussed the work required and scheduled the work. There was a little delay in getting started, but once he started he completed the job in a timely and professional manner.
Description of Work: Repaired decroative stone on front of house.

+ 3 moreAfter calling Dan and setting up our appointment, Dan showed up promptly as planned, and after reviewing our plans offered great suggestions that really benefited us. He even pointed out things we could do ourselves to save money, which we did, and he even helped us with the small details. We couldn't be more pleased with the addition. It was even better than we had originally planned because of Dan's suggestions. Dan himself is great to work with, very trustworthy, and great work ethics.
Description of Work: Dan constructed a 16 x 24 addition to our home. This included footings, sub floor, framing, roofing, windows and doors.

Description of Work: This was purely labor. He was responsible for the 2 slabs, and He put on the roof. He also sub out the foundation water proofing. He also put the doors. He sub out the excavation. He can also do basic plumbing and electric work. It was a tough project, it was very complicated project.
