I am very, very pleased with the service provided. Rebecca Jackson is a true professional. She is punctual, cheerful, efficient, knowledgeable, trustworthy and uses care and discretion in all her work. She has the equipment and materials to do a great job and consistently makes my house shine. The price is fair and reasonable for the work performed and I would not hesitate for one minute to rehire her should she ever leave which I hope she will never do! The downspouts from the exterior gutters needed burying and some cracked bricks at the entryway needed repair. A dryer vent had become disconnected and needed a re-do and reattachment. All these jobs were performed professionally and knowledgeably. All of these repairs have looked and performed well. I am very pleased with all work done by this company.

Rebecca has cleaned for us for at least five years. She is punctual, responsible, thorough, communicative, and consistently does a good job. I have recommended her to several friends and neighbors, and appreciate her honesty and hard work.

I have not one complaint with the work that Jackson & Jackson did in my home and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. What this company wants more than anything is for the person they are working for to be completely satisfied with the job even to the extent of recommending changes that were of no cost to me but definitely added to the final outcome of the job.

Arthur, the owner, was prompt, courteous, and reasonably priced. He stuck to his original quote and did not go over budget. He had a few different workers on site, but consistently had Eric on the project. We appreciated the continuity as it was usually just the female of the house and our young child at home. They were both very friendly and thoughtful in regards to being around children. The job took a little longer than expected, however I would much rather it take a few extra days and be done with the high quality level that Art and his team strive for. The team always made themselves available by phone or text with questions or requests (they even solved a few problems for us for free:). Their knowledge of so many different areas was impressive and there didn't seem to be anything they couldn't handle. We will definitely use Jackson & Jackson again for future projects!

I would like to give them my highest praise. His workmen (Matt, Luke and Benji) were so polite and trustworthy. I never felt any concern leaving them in my home. If I had any problems, they were more than happy to accommodate me. My floors are gorgeous. One thing that I appreciated most about Arthur Jackson was the way he kept in touch with me. Most contractors don't think it is important to let the homeowners know what is going on but that was not the case with Mr. Jackson. He was also prompt in getting back with me whenever I needed to talk with him. My overall experience with Jackson and Jackson was excellent. I give this company 5 stars.

I live in a rural area where it is very difficult to find anyone to come out and do any type of work. I initially send Mr. Jackson and message on Angie's List to see if he would do work in the area that I live. He responded quickly, within 24 hours. We later spoke on the phone and he came out and looked at what needed to be done and provided two estimates, architectural shingles vs. metal roof. I can only compare his prices to roofing estimates that I obtained from online roofing calculators since I could find no one else to do the job. His prices seems pretty much in line with those figures. There was little bit a of delay getting the project going, but this was due to an acceptable reason. The project was completed within a little over a month from placing a deposit on the work to order materials. Throughout the entire time Mr. Jackson kept in touch and let me know what was going on with the job. Following completion of the work he came out and personally inspected the job. Hopefully I will be contacting him in the spring for some additional work that I need to have done.

The contractor was unable to deliver the product at the price quoted. Further, his solution to laying a concrete slab on a slope was considered substandard by other contractors who completed the job in a timely and satisfactory way.

Everything went great. You couldn't ask for better guys to be working in your house.

Arthur Jackson was easy to reach and communicate with. He was timely with his quote, stayed on time with the work and completed everything in good order. He even handled the repairs that were needed after a storm flooded the basement.

When I first set out to get this job done, I received several bids from different contractors to fix the water problem in the basement. Arthur Jackson and Jackson $ Jackson, came in below everyone at $15,000. After seeing the quality of his work I decided to keep going with other updates/repairs. I am very happy with the work completed on my home. Arthur, who is the owner of Jackson & Jackson is a great guy that understands what it takes to keep your customer happy. We were in contact every day to discuss the progress. There were several instances where I wasn't originally happy with the results. Arthur was quick to make the needed changes until I was happy. Work was done to our satisfaction, and completed when estimated. He was true to his quoted pice, and even returned unused products which he credited to our account! Contractor is very pleasant and easy to work with. He has also insulated our basement in the past. Our basement was too cold to use in the winter but after he beefed up the insulation we noted a huge difference in the temperature. We've had no problems with this company and will continue working with them in the future.

Deck was thoroughly planned out with 6"x6" posts and 2x10 support every 12". Decking was run at a 45 degree angle to the joists which made a beautiful modern effect, and extra strong. A hot tub was placed on a platform so it came only 18" over the finished deck. Work is beautiful. I took pics, and am trying to up post online here, but I don't think Angie's list will let me....

Art and his crew did fabulous work. They were attentive to all my changes and customizations, and delivered a superior product.

Amazing. Art and his crew are top notch. No detail was overlooked and the communication was excellent. They were very clean, and my new roof looks great. They made sure everything was proper, including cleaning out the gutters when they finished! I paid $3,600 in labor and about $1,600 in material. My roof is about 20 squares. The work was done in less than a week! I will definitely use Jackson and Jackson again.

Provider gave a thorough written estimate, performed the work when scheduled, did an excellent job of matching brick, excellent job working with concrete, good planning and execution of getting water to drain away from the house. Contractor was very neat and cleaned up all work. There were no cost overruns or work not performed. This provider was pleasant, knowledgeable and very professional and I would not hesitate an instant to use his services again.

They arrived early in the morning and installed a chain link fence with one drive thru gate and one walk thru gate. They did really good work and also done some roof repairs. These guys seem to know how to do everything. This is the second time we have used them and are highly satisfied with their work.

They arrived by 8 AM every day. Worked 8 to 10 hours a day. It took 4 days. They were very professional made sure I was satisfied with the construction they were doing as they worked. 2

They arrived when scheduled and were able to complete the work in one day. The work involved some very challenging climbing on the roof. They also created a custom solution to a problem with the skylight surround that had deteriorated and was allowing birds to get into the house. We have a steep pyramid shaped roof that is almost 40 feet high. The skylight was at the apex of the pyramid. There was venting that allowed the birds to get into the house. They were able to modify the venting with a custom built solution that they made on site. They were done in a day because of their very dedicated work.
