I typically don’t hire men to come in and do the work that I know my dad has taught me to do ten times better. I do, however, have my limits, and my dad felt certain that installing 5 large windows would be beyond my capabilities. ... It seems it was also beyond the capabilities of 5 adult men who specialize in window installation because the boys at Do It All Quality Siding and Windows decided to address 3/4” of missing plaster across the top of all replaced windows by filling the damaged walls with caulk. Caulk is not a replacement for plaster or putty, but my guess is that these fine gentlemen didn’t know that I would know any different. To make matters worse, I specifically asked Mr. Fitzgerald’s crew NOT to caulk any portions of the new windows, as I planned to do ALL window aesthetics myself. Instead of filling nail holes, caulking, and painting this weekend, I had the pleasure of digging layers of caulk out of my living room, bedroom, and office walls.

They were scheduled to perform the window installation, all was a success, all new windows were professionally installed. The work was done precise and met my deadline, will definitely call them in the future for any window installation I may need.

I got an estimate for painting for $7000. Their siding installer also installed the windows for a window company that I had used around the same time. I asked for some references, and even looked at some of the other houses that he had done in the past. The quality of work looked good, and he came out and gave me an estimate that was only $2000 more than painting the house. This was a 'no brainer' for me. I had vinyl siding, and they we able to produce a shingle siding look for my home. It looked like the weathered cider shingles around the top half, and a regular board look siding on the bottom half of the house. I was very happy with them. The installation was a very difficult process, because there were so many unusual things about the house. They took care of every little detail, and they did not miss a single thing. I will definitely use them again in the future.
