Description of Work: They replaced the entire A/C unit for the apartment. They scheduled the appointment promptly and did the work quickly. Have not had any post installation issues. They were the best price of the 3 vendors from which I received quotes.

Description of Work: Came out to clean ducts. They would not accept a coupon that I had purchased from Roanoke.com for services. Subsequent to their work I have had to have all of my duct work repaired and reconnected. I think they caused the problem.

Description of Work: the technician had to replace the capacitor that had blown. the furnace filter needed to be changed also. the technician advise me on how to do it and said that if I did it myself it would be a lot cheaper. So I did. Great help.

Description of Work: Had a heat pump replaced. Bought a Carrier with extended 10 yr warranty, which the company conveniently forgets every time we have them out. Upon installation they dropped the compressor off the truck and still installed it. Even tough the damage was minor I paid for a new unit not a damaged unit. They taped the h out of a sloppy job cutting the duct work and nothing fit flush as it should. They forgot to bring out the air filtration unit at the install so they had to add it later which was time consuming and frustrating. When we ordered it we did have the entire package specified so why was it not available at the install? They did, after we complained to the BBB, replace the compressor unit. They never fixed the sloppy duct work. Had them come out in 2011 because the compressor was running too often and found the coils were leaking the coolant. Again they tried to charge us but we pointed out that we have the all inclusive service contract for 10 years. At least the guy they sent from the Roanoke office knew his stuff, the Christainsburg crew is clueless. Every time someone comes out it is a different person so they are typically not informed about the problem. Depending on who comes out, and it they understand the problem, the job may be done correctly or not. At times they are punctual and at times we have waited all afternoon into the early evening. I understand when it turns cold, and you have a problem, you have to wait your turn. I will not buy from them again. And if you do get the extended warranty!

Description of Work: have delt with them before. this time i had an appointment scheduled for a 10 days for a furnace checkup. they called the morning of the appt. and said they could come out next week. after calling the service mngr which they would not put me through to they called me back ten minutes later and said they would be there. we waited all day and they never called or showed up. godd service jerry cundiff you jerk.
