Description of Work: They repaired my dishwasher's failed pump and documented it for insurance subrogation.

Description of Work: My refrigerator was not getting cold. Investigated the issue -- first diagnosis did not end up being the root cause of the problem. Eventually determined and fixed the root cause, while giving me the option to fix other issues with the refrigerator that may contribute to future problems down the road. I was impressed by quality of diagnosis and the transparency of the repair process and would use them again.

Description of Work: This Whirlpool washer seemed too broken to fix! My son had just moved in house the day before --news to Roanoke--and getting ready for Thanksgiving with company coming and a ton of laundry to do. ( The washer & dryer came with the house and required to be in good working order.) Appliance Repair Service ( Bonnie you are great--with your follow up on my call!) took my call and were able to fit me in at end of day--balance the machine and secured the tub that had broken loose etc., also checked the dryer. Fixed all in an hour--and there was a winter storm in progress. I was impressed. Definitely would recommend!!! The washer and dryer are working and we are happy happy happy.

Description of Work: Repair man was honest, told us how to fix the problem, only charged for a minor service call. We followed his advice/suggestion and fixed the problem ourselves. Probably save hundreds of dollars.

Description of Work: Called on Wednesday AM, it's now Friday PM and still no one has returned my call. Would like to had a call telling me if they could or couldn't make an appointment.

Description of Work: My washing machine was recently moved here from Ohio and was making a lot of noise during the spin cycle. I called on a Thursday to make an appointment for Monday and he came first thing. He came right in, got started and had it fixed in under an hour. No new parts were needed, just needed it rebalanced. Now it works as good as new. Very pleased and will definately call again if needed.

Description of Work: Called yesterday 2PM because my dryer was running but not heating. Left a message and my call was returned promptly. Service was offered for noon today (next day.) Service was on time and dryer was heating for the service man but not efficiently. Cleaned out vent best he could and said if problem not resolved to call back and he would return at no service charge. As dryer was not heating AT ALL this weekend I am not sure this was the issue, but fingers crossed it continues to heat. Very pleased with responsiveness as first call I made from the list offered NEXT MONDAY as first available.

Description of Work: I called Appliance Repair to inquire about getting a small refrigerator repaired. After a very helpful conversation it was determined the best option may be to buy a new refrigerator instead of trying to fix the one I have. This was such a good conversation because they could have accepted the job and charged me lots of money for a repair but instead, gave me good advice and were very professional about it. Many thanks! And when I do need them, you can bet I will call them!
