Mr. Wade determined what had happened and called for a price on a replacement part. The part's cost was so great that we decided to get a new stove. Mr. Wade agreed.

Arrived on time. Found the problem quickly and charged a fair price.

He came out faster and cheaper than Sears. His part supplier was shut down for an inventory review, but he told me the part name so I had Amazon ship me one and he put it in. Total dryer down time was 4days and that is only because we were out of town for 2!

The technician that took my initial call knew what the problem was immediately and they had the needed parts when they came to service the fridge. Overall service was great!

Identified problem on first visit on a Friday, came back Tuesday morning (as promised) with new timer. Installed and check out promptly. Very experienced and efficient repair man. Quite pleased with all aspects of this repair.

They returned my call and said they'd call again when their scheduler was available. When they didn't call back in 24 hrs. I called again and was told they hadn't called again because they could n't fit me in in the next 4 days. How was I to know?

They did a good job with their work and professionalism. My only concern is that they didn't tell me that I could buy a used machine in good condition for less than it cost to repair my old one. I would have appreciated that type of honesty even though they would have made less money from our interaction.

Refrigerator was not cooling properly, but freezer was functioning fine. Contacted Appliance Repair, but had to leave message. Call was returned within a few hours and an appointment was scheduled for the next day. I was impressed when I spoke with the company that if this had been my primary refrigerator, they would have moved me to the top of the list and been out the same day. It is a secondary unit so I was fine waiting and it was still working, just not well. The technician arrived during the appointed time frame and immediately knew the problem was in the freezer. After some forced defrosting with a hair dryer, he identified the piece and said that he would have to see if he could get the part as he did not have it on his truck, but he thought he could be back the next day - if not, definitely before week end. The next day, I was contacted in the late morning that he had the part. The technician arrived about 30 minutes later and completed the repair within about 15 minutes. I was pleased with the promptness, professionalism and value. This repair was completed on 12/30 and 12/31; I had figured with the holiday, it would either take longer to be repaired or cost more - neither was true. I would definitely use Appliance Repair again as well as recommend them to others.

The company was excellent. They got the work done in a timely manner and were very prompt. They were very thorough and made sure everything was working correctly.

Scheduled repair service for a kitchen appliance exactly one week prior to today. I called this morning @ 8:30 AM to confirm a time window that he would arrive at my home. Was told by his scheduler was unsure of time window and was in the process of mapping out today's work schedule and advised would call me back in a short amount of time to confirm. 2 1/2 hours later I had received no call back. I called again and was told by his scheduler due to his heavy work load he would not be coming out today (?!). Was further advised that this was because his and quot;regularand quot; customers had called in over the last couple of days with refrigerator issues and this takes precedence over new customers since they would have food going bad. I understand prioritizing and taking care of repeat customers, but it is ridiculous to completely bump someone that had scheduled a repair service a week prior. This is just unprofessional and unacceptable.

I called because my refrigerator was not cooling. They showed up in the window as promised. Identified the problem (the thermostat was set incorrectly) and reset. Also looked at a different problem with another unit and recommended I replace the ice maker. They did not have one with them, but let me know where to find and how to install myself. All for the cost of a service call.

It went real good. He showed me what he was doing and explained it. He was very nice and talked about it all.

Our refrigerator had gone out over the weekend. Appliance Repair Service made it out to us late Monday morning as a snow storm rolled in. The service man quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired it. The bill was a little steep for less than 20 minutes of work — about $160, including $70 for the part — but we can't complain.

He did a great job. He worked nonstop efficiently, professionally and cleaned up all mess afterwards. I will definitely use them again when I need any appliances worked on.

These people were great. The lady in the office was very friendly and helpful, and the repairman was very knowledgeable. They came out right away, and fixed the problem. The fridge still wasn't working right, so they came back out and got it going. I will be calling them in the future the next time I have a problem. Thanks again!

The technician came during the agreed upon time and fixed our range quickly. He even made sure to lay out towels to avoid scraping our kitchen floor when he pulled the oven out from the wall. He gave us great information about what caused the problem and all of the details about the warranty on the part he installed.

I called them based on a recommendation from a friend who has used them before. I called on a Monday, and spoke with a lady who took my information (problem and phone number), said she could get someone out the next day. I didn't get a call back for a whole week, so I called again on Monday. The phone was busy a number of times but I finally got through to an answering machine and left a message in the morning. I got a call back at 7 pm, stating she would be able to get someone out the next day and that she would call me after 2:00 (Tuesday). Again, no call back, and I left another message on Tuesday around 3:30. Still no returned call, I am going to use someone else. Very disappointed.

I discovered on Monday morning that the refrigerator side of my refrigerator/freezer was running at about 50 degrees. It being a Monday, I figured the repair services would be backlogged from the weekend. I called Appliance Repair service early in the morning and was told a repairman would be here in a few hours. The man showed up in about an hour. A second man came shortly afterward. They discovered the issue to be a bad defrost thermostat that was not allowing the cold air from the freezer to pass into the refrigerator. The repair was complete in less than 2 hours and the refrigerator has been running correctly since. The men were very professional and cleaned up everything before they left. I was extemely pleased with the prompt and professional service.
