Lupe (Willow Landscaping) was the first to respond to our quote request and the first to provide an estimate. The estimate was the lowest and the most complete estimate that we received. The work provided was exceptional and we are extremely pleased with the results. They exceeded our expectations and we plan on using them again.

Lupe Hernadez and his crew arrived with all the equipment and supplies to do the proposed work and did an excellent job - very professional - Lupe provided instructions on the care and watering for the rest of the growing season.

I was very impressed with how hard the crew worked. It took approximately two days to finish and I know it was a difficult job. I am very pleased with results.

Contacted Lupe by phone for a landscaping quote. He set a time and date for two days later and asked me to confirm by sending him a text message with my address. I sent him information as requested as soon as I got off the phone. The appointment came and went without Lupe showing up. You would think that after a phone call and a text message confirming an appointment he would have the courtesy to show up or at least call or text to change the time/date. This did not happen, so it was a red flag and likely reflects on how the landscaping job would have gone down.

Hiring Willow Landscaping was the first decision I've made based mostly on Angie's List reviews, and it ended up being a great decision. We had to landscape a backyard from scratch on a new build, and Lupe was everything I didn't get with other contractors who came out to estimate the job. Responsive, professional, high quality work, manages high quality labor, charges a very fair price (that doesn't change), etc. He has impressed our neighbors (many of whom were equally unimpressed with other contractors who have been to their property) with his quality and professionalism and we will not even entertain another contractor for any landscape going forward. He's an absolute keeper!

I called Lupe and he arrived the next day, looked over the situation and drew up a plan. He priced out everything and explained why he was recommending each item on the list. We agreed to price and scheduled the a mutually convenient time. Lupe and his crew arrived as scheduled and effected a transformation of the yard. I was very pleased with the finished product.

Lupe showed up next morning after my call and provided written estimate and drawing of planned landscape plan. Also got two other estimates and found his to be inline with other lower estimate and below a third. Crew showed up on schedule, about 4 people. Work completed in about 1.5 days. Professional job and very happy with results

Mr. Hernandez and his crew were always on time for consultation and the work day. They gave a well-priced estimate based on our requests, and did even more than we asked at no extra charge. Their work was meticulous and our front yard is transformed. Two neighbors asked for Willow Landscaping's business card, based on their efficient and attractive work. We ask that they receive stellar ratings in all regards.

I found them on Angie’s List. I am not satisfied with their work. I asked them if they were done and they said yes, but they didn’t finish the right side of the yard. It’s my rental property and I wanted it to look good. So, I called them back again after I looked at it. I asked them if they were coming back the same day and they told me that they had to rush to drop off the leaves and the limbs. I told them that if they were satisfied with their work, they were welcome to put a sign on my property saying that they did the work. However, they didn’t do that and they did an awful job. I am looking for somebody now to do my yard because I want my tenants to be happy. I paid them in cash before they finished the job since I thought I could trust them. The guy who came out to work was really nice. I explained to him what I wanted and he seemed to understand. I bought ice tea and some snacks for the guys when I went to get the cash. I gave them the cash and left the property. When I came back, they had a bunch of guys dragging all the old limbs off. I then took a shower and they were gone when I got out of the shower. I thought they were going to come back. I then started calling them when two hours went by and asked them what was going on. They were very nice guys, but they did a messy job. Dave was the guy who came out and he was a really nice guy. I thought he understood what I wanted. I don’t want to call them again because they messed up the first time. He was a kind guy and his personality was very nice. I thought I would get a professional job but I didn’t. The price was good, but they weren’t responsible at all.

I was overwhelmed with the work that Mr. Hernandez and his crew did. They worked relentlessly, tirelessly, and methodically to get the job done. They only stopped for lunch. They worked from 9 in the morning until 8:30 that night. I have never witnessed anything like that in my life. The job was sooooo professional. I am soooo happy. The money was well worth it!

I saw Willow's review on Angie's list and called the owner, Mr. Hernandez , to come out to give me an estimate. We set an appointment and he arrived promptly. He gave me a written estimate which clearly described the work to be done. I accepted his estimate and his crew came on the days we set for the work. The crew completed the work as promised and they did a very good job cleaning the yard. I was very satisfied with this company's work.

I called the company to set up an appointment to have work done on my yard. I spoke with Lupe Hernandez on Thursday. I was told he would be at my residence on Monday between 6:00 & 7:00pm. No one showed up nor did they call to say they were not going to show. No subsequent contact from them at all.

I used the team at Willow Landscaping last year for some landscaping work I needed done. The guys at Willow Landscaping were able to put down some new mulch and topsoil in a timely and efficient manner. I would use Willow Landscaping again in the future.

very good work; would definitely use them again. very responsive and puncutal. price very fair. did all work requested and were very industrious. my only concern was the aerator they used; thought it was not quite large enough to do the job fully well, but that said they went over the lawn several times so that the quality of the job was satisfactory.

I hope to hire them again. I think the price was reasonable (although it was more than I wanted to spend!). We have a wooden fence (around our small back patio) which needs repair, & Lupe & I discussed the possibility of his fixing it, but he said he'd have to come out later sometime, to look at it more carefully, to give me an estimate. I also asked him for an estimate to get up our leaves twice (in Dec. & Jan.), but he said he'd have to come out then to see how many leaves there are to get up, in order to give me an estimate.

The results were better than I expected. Workers were eager to please and professional. Plan to use them in the fall.

They used super high quality products. They recommended which flowers should be watered and so forth. They did a lot of work for us. In some places they recommended flowers, and in some others they recommended things that would stay even during the winter. Three people came out to do the work and it took them a long time. Right after they did the work we had a heat wave. They came out to look at things and made sure that it was okay.

I have hired them twice. They were very careful with the work. They would always answer my phone calls and were very accommodating. They were very polite, very respectful, and very easy to work with. I appreciated that. They were absolutely great. The quality of their work was excellent. Their price was very good too. I have recommended them to all my friends.

Lupe and his helper showed up on time and worked steadily all day with only a short break for lunch. They did a great job cleaning up a portion of my yard that was heavily overgrown with ivy, small, saplings, and weeds.

We recently purchased this house on a half acre lot and the yard was completely overgrown. We asked Willow Landscaping to give us an estimate to clean up the mess and while this estimate was not the cheapest, we thought that Lupe understood what we wanted done the best. The work took 3 people 2 days. Lupe and his crew cleaned up all the overgrown shrubbery, pruned multiple large trees, hauled out a huge amount of trash, edged and mulched all the beds and relocated (and fed) 2 trees and 5 azalea bushes. They did a fabulous job. The yard looks so much better than before they were here. The back of the yard which couldn't even be seen because of the overgrowth looks quite nice and the large rhododendron tree actually looks like a tree now that it is not covered in ivy. We will be doing other things to the yard in the future and look forward to using Willow Landscaping for those items as well.

This was a good experience. Willow Landscaping showed up exactly on time to give me an estimate. Once I hired them, they came on the expected day and did a wonderful job. The final cost was exactly what was agreed upon in the estimate. Lupe and his crew were professional and polite. They did not cut any corners in the work that they did. They weeded by pulling out the numerous weeds by hand, not spraying. They edged everything exactly as I asked. They trimmed the shrubs nicely and did a good job cleaning up the yard. In the cleaned up beds they installed a nice layer of mulch neatly. They carted off all the yard debris and cleaned everything before they left. I called a few places for estimates. Willow Landscaping's estimate was in the middle which is why I rated the price a B. However, I feel they did very good work. In the end I selected them because they came recommended by a friend and another person I'd met who had previously hired them. I would hire them again.
