Lupe and his team did an amazing job with our retaining wall / curb. The project was a joint project for two homeowners. He worked well with both of us. He helped get HOA approval. Our curb appeal was totally transformed. Priced right, started on time, finished on time and did a great clean up afterwards. We will use him again for sure.

Called and made appointment with Lupe; he was a no-show.

Lupe and his crew did a wonderful job on our yard. He cleared a portion of our yard from debri and stumps where we had trees removed, had topsoil delivered and spread/graded it. His team also dug trenches and installed a drain and pipe in our backyard. We used to have a muddy mess and now there are no puddles with rain. He also seeded and strawed. Great work. Communication with timing and weather is the only part you have to have patience with. It rained a lot and so the top soil couldn't be delivered. I had to call the night before the dates to confirm if they were coming versus having proactive communication. I'd hire again!

Things went well until he received my money. I paid for 7ft trees he showed up with 5ft that’s was one issue. He also stated that my trees had a one year warranty all lies I had 4 trees to die because he planted them to deep! I called called and text for him to only keep putting me off! Long story short he kept selling me dreams until I replaced them myself. I live by honesty & respect and that’s something he doesn’t have! So I will never use his services again

We discussed the project and the contractor and I developed a plan to dig a channel and put in tiling around part of the house to channel the water away from the house. The end project used river stone to cover the tiling.

Lupe and his guys were great and did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. These pros got the whole job done in one day. Lupe returned the following day to power wash my driveway which was not in the contract but he wanted the job to look nice and clean. I highly recommend these guys.

The project started a little late because the rain pushed some of his other projects back but we were in no hurry ... we've waited 14 years to do this project so one week really wasn't a big deal. I've never seen a team of people work so hard and work so long on a project. The men would show up at 7:00 AM and sometimes work until 8:30 that evening. The sod looks great. The irrigation system is working fine and we will hire them on a monthly basis to take care of our property.

The overall experience was very good. I wanted privacy plants (skip laurel) to be installed along my back fence and he correctly estimated the number of plants that I would need. The overall price estimate was reasonable compared to other estimates that I got. The work was scheduled quickly and they came on time and did the entire work as promised & scheduled.

Contractor was supposed to do the work 4/13/18. Did not show or contact me. I contacted them and was promised they would be here 9:30 am on 4/16/18. That was changed to 4/20/18. This vendor either has more work than he can handle or simply was not up to the job. My time was wasted because I could have been looking for someone else.

They did a great job! The work took about 4 hours to clear leaves, roots and rake yard. Added two colors of mulch. Lots of complements from neighbors on how nice the yard looks now!

Willow's crew was on time, efficient and made the yard look great. Have used them for multiple jobs.

Lupe was timely in making a proposal. We agreed on a date and time for the work to be done. On that day he was running a bit late but texted me to say he would be about 40 minutes late. I much appreciated the heads-up. The work was done well and I am pleased with the result. The only quibble I have is that I had planned to pay by credit card as his listing on Angie's List indicated that he accepted them. When payment time came, he said he would need to increase the bill by 3% if I wanted to use a card. I would use him again, but people considering the company should be aware of their policy regarding credit cards.

Our front yard had just become about a half acre of mess with mostly weeds, moss and bare spots. Mr Hernandez scraped it all off, brought in top soil and graded the yard. He installed a 4 zone sprinkler system, then seeded. The grass looks wonderful now. I wish we hadn’t spent so many years doing the weed and feed thing twice a year, aerating and reseeding again and again with miserable results. We should have called Mr Hernandez years ago! I will definitely be calling him again to do some landscaping and work in our back yard.

They are fast, friendly and they get the job done, they are very nice and I would recomend them to anyone.

The team that came out did a great job on some difficult labor very quickly. Lupe was very responsive and helpful with a couple questions I had as well, really went above and beyond on the whole job. Great service.

It was done quickly and efficiently. 3 weeks later, the sod has rooted into the ground and is looking lush and healthy.

Lupe is super nice and professional. His team did a great job and the finished product looks great. The work start date did slip a few times and it did take a bit longer than expected. Communication was Ok along the way. There are a couple of small items I'm waiting for him to resolve but overall a very good experience.

Lupe Showed up fast, gave me a reasonable quote, I signed the agreement before he even left.....and never heard from him again. Left numerous phone messages, texts and messages on Angie's List, but no response at all. Completely unbelievable. Threw my whole sequence of jobs behind schedule. After getting other quotes, I think he under priced the job and then realized that he wouldn't make any money off of it. Don't know how this guy gets high ratings on A List??

I called him back and approved the work and he said he would be ready in about 2 weeks. 2 weeks went by and nothing. After another week or so I called and he said he would be out to do the work soon. Nothing. Called and left messages several more times and none were returned. If he changed his mind about doing the work, that's fine. But, it would have been nice to know that so I could get someone else to do it. Now I have wasted over a month waiting on him and have to start over looking for someone else.

Our yard looks FANTASTIC! Willow Landscaping was prompt, professional, reasonably priced, and produced quality work. Lupe gave us an on-site quote for the work after coming to see the disaster that was our post-construction yard, and his quote was extremely reasonable both in price and time to finish. He was able to fit us into his schedule quickly (due to other projects shifting later after heavy rains) and his crew executed our plan in less than a day. We came home to a magically transformed area, and it looks absolutely wonderful. We would definitely recommend this company to others, and Willow will be our first call if/when we need landscape help again.
