Description of Work: This was an annual rate. They sprayed for bugs inside and out. They also but out mouse traps. They come out any time you need them. They also covered other buildings on the property.

 + -1 moreWestern Pest Control Services did a great job over the years as far as keeping the termites away from our home. They assured us that all of the chemicals that they put on our yard are people and pet friendly as we do have kids and pets.
Description of Work: They inspected for termites in and around our home once a year as per our contract. They also did a spring treatment which consisted of perimeter spraying.

 + -1 moreI hired Western Pest when I started to notice clover mites. Since they have been coming out I have not seen any bugs. They check around the home for any possible problems then spray. There is a guarantee that I ever see bugs they will come out and spray again.

 + -1 moreI have a contract with Western Pest and they are supposed to come out as needed. They usually come out three times a year and that is pretty much it. Everything is usually fine and back to normal after they are here. I have no complaints with them and plan to keep them around for a while.
