I get a contract price and for the lawn it is $ 57 each time they come out. They come out 6 times a year. For the shrubs it is $ 65 each time they come out and they come out 5 to 6 times a year. My experience is good with the acceptation of a neighbor across the street that has a yard full of weeds. I think the weed seeds blow over. Around the edge of our lawn we have some stubborn weeds and every time I call them they come out. They will work on it but sometimes they will say that they have to dig a hole. They have to dig the whole thing up and start over. I have another guy that cuts the grass and he says the same thing. It is just a stubborn weed that we are not going to be able to do much with. They come every time I call and I wouldn’t put them down. I would rate them highly. I would recommend them. I would use them again in the future.

They come out six times during the growing season. They treat for any pests, and weeds and they fertilize our lawn also. They do anything they can to make the lawn look better. We have used them for one year so far. But, they make the lawn look better than when we did it ourselves.

I hired Trugreen to cure a bagworm infestation on my trees. They did kill the bagworms, but the bags remained on the trees. Trugreen informed me that I had to remove the bags and this was disappointing since many were out of reach and trugreens equipment could reach them. Later, some of my trees were near death and I asked Trugreen to explain what was happening. After weeks of phone and mail tag (they can't email), they told me that they couldn't do anything because it wasn't part of the plan (and they had no plan to help the trees). So I had to do it myself and one tree is now near death. They also upsold me on their lawn treatment and it worked great (greener lawn and many fewer weeds), it was just too expensive to continue. to summarize: their services work, but they are pricey and they don't improvise at all.

They are very professional. The many bushes and trees on our property thrive. We have worked with them approximately 20 years. Nothing is irrigated or watered so the hundreds of boxwoods, azaleas and rhododendrons really have to remain healthy to prosper during summer heat waves. We depend on Tru Green and haven`t been let down yet.

The yard was better than average, but still many, many weeds. When I called, they sent someone out but there was no change in the weed problem. Supervisor made excuses why they weren't responsible for weed problem. Even after 3 months, I never received soil analysis.

We didn't use them for that long because we felt more comfortable going with someone that was more independent. Plus, we felt like they were really over priced. They acted very unprofessional when we cancelled our service. It wasn't like they weren't nice or didn't do a good job, because they did, but they called us several times trying to get us to commit again. I wasn't sure on what they charged us when we did use their service.

Tru Green Chemlawn comes out and looks at my lawn and then explains to me what treatments they will use. Their price is middle of the road, but I chose them based on reputation. They are professional and courteous, and if I call them they will return my call immediately. They have some room for improvement on their prices and their products. My lawn looks alright, but I still see some leaf pest that I do not want.

They did a wonderful job, but we just decided not to use their services anymore just because my husband retired and he knew he could do it himself. When they worked for us, they were always on time and they came the day they said they would be here. They did very good work and the clean up was great.

So far, so good this summer. We have not had outbreaks of any weeds. The grass is keeping its green color quite well. When they are here, they spray evenly, getting all the lawn not just parts of it. The price is in line for this type of service.

Tru Green Chemlawn has always been courteous and professional with me. They have always been on time. My husband hired them and he has mostly dealt with them. I have little contact. I do think, however, their prices are too expensive. I must admit my lawn looks lovely and green. Whatever pest I had eating in my flower beds on the leaves has disappeared.

We have been satisfied with the service. They do a thorough job and go all around the property. The price is fine for the level of satisfaction. We have no problem recommending them to other homeowners, because we have had no problems to mention as of yet.

We have used this place for years and they are dependable and if they did not treat the problem they came back at no cost to fix it. My only complaint would be that sometimes they rotate their workers and I liked having the same people come out to do the work.

Tru Green-Chemlawn had okay service. It hasn't been anything spectacular. The guy spilled a bunch of weed killer down one side of our yard and didn't tell us and we didn't figure it out until we noticed the spot looking pretty bad. We asked them about it and they took care of it for us.

We have the greenest lawn in the neighborhood. Tru Green-Chemlawn does a great job of keeping our lawn thick, green and weed and bug free. The man who comes to our home to spray is very nice also. With so many different choices of treatments it is easy to find the combination that works best for us and our family.

Tru Green Chemlawn has done six treatments and will be doing a seventh this month. They are very professional and neat. Their workers come and explain what they are going to do and give me a statement of their treatments. I have been very impressed with the way that they are very conscious of my shrubs and other plants when treating my yard. They also put out flags to notify my neighbors and protect their pets. When they finish they always go around and clean up after themselves. They never leave me any cleaning to do.

A friend of mine recommended Tru Green to me so that s why I chose them. They have been coming out for about 2 years now and my yard looks better then ever. I think it s a bit pricey but it's comparable to other companies.

Even though I had no major problems with them I still went ahead and discontinued the service because I wanted to try it myself and they didn t have a problem with that. The only real problem that I had with them was their professionalism. When they treated my lawn, they would leave the bill on my door and within a few days they would call wanting the payment. I would still hire them because they did a fair job for me.

They have done an okay job, they showed up on time and they just went straight to work. They didn t bother me at all which I liked and they just left a bill for me. I have seen some improvement with them, but they haven't got rid of all of the weeds.

Their service always helps our lawn to look good and healthy. When the workers come out they are always friendly and courteous and I would recommend this company to anyone. They always do a great job when coming to our home.

A lot of the people around here use Tru Green so that why I started using them. They do wonders with my yard and keep it looking healthy and green. They also add weed killer so I don t have a lot of weed popping like I had before.

They did average work. They didn't show up on time. They didn't stay very long. We decided it was a bad deal for the money they had us pay. We started to do it ourselves and save our money.

We had a very bad experience with this place because they would only come out at their convenience and even wouldn't contact us first. They did their work when we were not here and they left us a bill. I couldn t see that anything was done and there still were weeds in our lawn. They flunked in their profession and should find a new line of work. They even threw grass seed in our shrubs and we had to pick the grass seed out. We were very upset.

I have only used Tru Green-Chemlawn just one time and I have not seen any results of yet. I am going to give them a few more times to treat my lawn before I decide if I would like to hire them on a more continuous basis.

We used Tru Green for three or four years but once when we had a problem with some bushes which were dying and we asked them to come out and take a look and they didn't come. At that time, we decided to switch their service.

We are very happy with the service that we receive from Tru Green-Chemlawn. Our lawn is always very thick, green and we have not seen a lawn pest in a long time. The people who come are very friendly and listen to our concerns.
