The ladies showed up as a team of four in a company car, all wearing uniforms. The team leader came up and introduced herself, and they started work right away. All the ladies seemed to have a separate task, and quickly went about it. I decided to stay while they did the cleaning, because I am a little leery of who I let into my home. I was amazed at how fast the girls moved, but they never missed a thing! The whole cleaning was over in a matter of two and a half hours. They also were able to clean the inside windows. When they were finished, I couldn't believe how clean the house was. The floors looked like they were brand new, and everything looked neat and smelled fresh. I would really like to say, the girls did a great job. The office staff was also very helpful in explaining the whole process to me, as I haven't done something like this before. I know my mom was thrilled about having a clean home, and I would definitely use them again in the future,

Wonderfull! I had them clean my friend's house just before her wedding. It was my wedding present to her and she loved it. She said she'd never seen the house this clean in all the time they lived there. They were very happy about having one less thing to worry about in their wedding planning and the house was sparkling. The girls are friendly and the house always looks great! My husband and I both work and it seems like we?re always running the kids somewhere. Coming home to a clean house helps restore my sanity. They are life-savers. I don?t know what I?d do without them.

Disappointed, especially after all the positive reviews. I initially emailed to schedule the appt and never heard anything so I called. I was able to get scheduled for the date needed as I was looking to have the property clean prior to moving in my furniture and boxes before going out of town for several weeks. The place was already moderately clean but I wanted a really good and thourough cleaning done so that when I returned all I had to do was unpack. The crew called when they were going to be 10 minutes late and arrived when they said the would. There were only three ladies and not four as someone was out sick. I was asked if I wanted anything special and I said no, but that I really wanted the bathrooms and kitchen done really well. They started immediately and I left. I later received a call stating they needed more time. I agreed, thinking they must really be doing a thorough job to need extra time cleaning an empty condo. I was asked to come inspect and I said if I could I would try to make it back. I mentioned to the supervisor that I was told I would have a discount via the person who scheduled the appt and I was told that my original estimate did not qualify for the $25 discount. I called the office and I was told not to worry, that even if I had not had the extra time added that they still would have honored the Angie's List coupon. The original total was $245 and I paid $220 I called to let the supervisor know that I couldn't come back by and to leave the receipt. I was offered rates to continue service which I declined as I was not going to be home for a few weeks and there was no point in having a return visit so soon. Now that I'm back I'm stunned to see mold in the master BR toilet and the seat not as clean as it could be. There's a little sign on the counter stating that everything is clean and sanitized... but I'm perplexed as to how an unused toilet has mold! The other bathroom is fine and was obviously cleaned but I question the quality of the cleaning of the master bath. I was also disappointed to see that the stove didn't look any cleaner than when I left as the burners are greasy. With the exception of those two areas of the condo the place looks clean. I just expected more from this company as I was willing to pay more money to ensure a good and thorough job was done. The service rendered was not above and beyond those of other maid services I used in the past. For the money I paid, I'm just not seeing where the quality of work is really above and beyond... especially as the property was empty and there was no furniture to clean or dust around. They did a good job... just not the outstanding job I expected for the rates charged.

These ladies are amazing. They are complete professionals. They completely cleaned and santized the house and it sparkles from top to bottom. I was blown away by how beautiful they made my house look. These ladies were on their hands and knees with tooth brushes cleaning the floor baseboards. Metal blinds I thought I would have to toss, are clean and useable. All the nooks and crannies are sparkling white and clean. I had scrubbed a shower twice to no benefit, they came in and the tile shines and the grout is all clean and white again. They went back over the floors that I had cleaned before and they look even better than the rug/floor people left them. Now they really look clean and have a nice shine to them. They were higher than the other bids I got for the job but completely worth it and I would recommend them immediately for any work. They cleaned the fans, cobwebs going down in the cellar and even cleaned out a creepy cellar closet that I was trying to clean myself. These fine ladies are professionals. They know how to clean, the don't waste time and clearly take pride in what they do. There were four ladies on the team that serviced my house and before they left a quality control person stopped in to make sure everything was to my liking. I could not be happier with the results and they completely exceeded my expectations.

I used them years ago, then stopped and then started again. They cost a little under $200 a month. I like their consistency. They have methods that they use with their workers like standard up-bring procedure. They do an excellent job. If any extra work is needed to be done, they try to take care of that without any prompting from me. They are very thorough and good. They know how to clean. If they say they are coming, there will be here. They are very flexible in rearranging schedules if we cannot be here or if we have something coming up and we need them to come two days earlier or a week later. It is just a great company. I have referred them to my friends and my friends love them too. The price is okay for our big house. We will continue to use them.

I have been unable to have my home professionally cleaned for the 6 years that I have lived here. I am very neat, but not as clean as I would like. I am an interior designer and have a great amount of "nick-nacks". The Maids worked around my art and glass just beautifully. I am very thankful that I read good reviews on Angie's List so that I contracted them.

They are very detail oriented. They are quick and will finish the work within a hour and a half to two hours. The folks are trustworthy and I have been very happy with them so far.

Called to setup an appointment for the following week. The Maids called the night before to confirm appointment the following day. They spent about 2 hours with a crew of 4 to clean the whole house. Result is very good and we decided to have them come every 4 weeks to keep it clean. We used another national cleaning service before that came with a lot of scheduling problems. The Maids seems to have a good handle on scheduling, and we are looking forward getting our house cleaned on a consistent schedule. The price is above the other services we have used, however, their standard (and visible results) are also higher. Could have given them an "A" for "Value", but since Angie's list states price, and compared to other services, they are well above average. UPDATE: The Maids provided excellent cleaning services for our house for two years. We decided to discontinue the service when they wrote us a letter saying that they needed to increase the price due to it taking longer to clean our house. So us, as the consumer, this does not make sense as we are not more nor less messier now than we were two years ago. We have not put any additions to our house, either, so the square footage is the same. In other words, their reasoning for the price increase did not make sense to us.

They did a great job, they sent a lot of people, they did really good but they were pricey. I give them an A overall and they were great if you can afford it. I would have to win the lottery to use them again but other then that I would use them again.

They are splendid. I love them and I love those ladies. They are great. They come every other Thursday. I pay every two weeks. The quality of their work is excellent. If anything inadvertently gets skipped, they go back and redo it and I think I had to ask once and it was very minor. They are trustworthy too. I never had to follow them around or check to see if anything is moved and not in its proper place they are very good. They are usually about 4 who come. One will do the bedroom and one will do the bathroom. They do polishing and waxing. They clean windows but not every time. I never had to do something that they haven’t willingly done. One time I had to ask them about polishing a silver set, a coffee set and they had no problem at and I paid extra for that because it is not something they normally do. I have no problems. They have no complaints when I asked them to do it. They are very sweet and nice women. I wouldn’t want to move them.

They were originally a little hard to get - I called 2 companies and had to call both back in order to get an answer. Once we connected, the arrangements went smoothly at first. We found a mutually acceptable time, and they were prompt in arriving. The cleaning went very well and everything was sparkling. HOWEVER, my husband had explained to one of the ladies about how to put the key in the lockbox after locking the door and given them the code for the lockbox. Unfortunately, it wasn't the team leader. They did try to call me when they left and couldn't lock the door properly but unfortunately I was busy at work and couldn't answer. Given the other reviews on this site, I probably should have warned my husband to only talk to the team leader, but that really shouldn't be necessary. If some of the ladies don't speak English very well, fine, but then they should be told to direct requests to the team leader rather than pretending to understand. My husband said that the lady nodded and said "OK" during the conversation. This issue was very important obviously. Fortunately no one broke in but all afternoon I was worried about the lock once I received their voicemail. Additionally, they closed the closet door to our cat's litter box, blocking off access for him all afternoon, and my husband said he had pointed that out to then too. A figurine was also broken - not completely sure it was The Maids (but we have no kids and the cat can't get up there) and it was delicate so I'm not too surprised it broke but we should have been told. Lastly, I had been assured that they would leave a receipt with the final cost when they left but none was to be found. Especially after having found another company that will do the same work for much less cost and team members who speak English, we won't be returning to The Maids.

They come once a month and do a nice job. I will continue to use them.

They are very consistently good. We've used two other services in the past and always had little minor problems with them. We've never had a problem with these people. Their attention to detail is fairly significant, even to the point that they do the little triangles to the toilet paper. It is pretty obnoxious but it is cute. They are pretty quick. Their teams are usually four people and they are probably done in 30 minutes and everything is just sparkling even though we have two dogs.

The price is higher if you have fewer visits because they have to clean more. The initial cleaning cost more and takes longer. The crew we have are all Hispanic ladies and they are very thorough. Most of them don't speak very good English except for the team leader. We can understand the team leader and she can understand us. We have a 2,000 square foot tri-level home and they send 5 ladies and clean it in an hour so they are fast. They occasionally knock something over, which is expected but there is very little breakage. They are not disruptive. We work from home and they don't bother us. We clear out of a room and let them come in to clean. They will do anything we want them to do and they will come back if it is not done right. We haven’t had any complaints with having to have them come back. We have a screened porch and they also clean that, weather permitting. We have 3 bedrooms, an office, family room, kitchen, dining room, living room, utility room, screened porch and 3 baths. They get on their hands and knees to clean the floors. They even get down on the floor with little combs to do the fringe on our rugs. Their prices are fair. They are very flexible and allow us to change the schedule if we need.

They were hard workers. There was a team of four people and then a supervisor came at the end to check over everything. We liked them enough that we hired them to come every two weeks. They even folded over the toilet paper and put a little sticker that said “The Maids,” and they put something over the toilet that said it had been sanitized.

I love The Maids. When I use them on a regular basis it is a little over half the price of a one-time cleaning. They are expensive but they are so thorough and so much better than any other service that I have ever used. They send in a team of four and cover every nook and cranny. They even vacuum the furniture & window treatments, and scrub the crevices around the sink. And they are usually done in an hour and a half which is my favorite part since I have to put the dogs out while they are here.

Really, everything went smoothly. A supervisor checked the work physically and I got a follow up call the next day. I would recommend them.

This company provides excellent cleaning services, and I highly recommend them even though their pricing and punctuality aren't the best. Knowing that one room needed special cleaning attention, I talked to several companies before choosing this firm, and hired them knowing their pricing was a little high but believing they had the ability to do a high quality job. They sent out a crew of 4 people who worked extremely hard for the full planned two hours and did an excellent job. The team leader worked on major jobs as she led the team, then also handled the one room that needed extra attention by herself. Her work far exceeded my expectations! The room was truly spotless, something I didn't think was possible. The team leader was also friendly, very accomodating, and determined to please. As far as punctuality, the company told me up front that they prefer some flexibility on arrival time. I got the impression this is in case their prior jobs require more time. However, the team arrived even later than the planned time range, calling twice with additional delays. But this company is great if you have a flexible schedule on the planned work day.

I pay $186 every 2 weeks. They are good. I’ve had them for a couple of years and typically I do not keep a maid service for this long, but they are consistent. They are professional and they’ve always done a great job for me. I would continue to use their service in the future.

They charged a lot. They had to come back. They were responsive and punctual. I wasn't satisfied with the quality of the work.

This was the 8th cleaning and it has been going well. I am pleased.

Very polite, but insane prices compared to the competition.

Overall it was a very good experience. Four women arrived and worked two hours cleaning the entire house. Missed a few things like cleaning TV screens etc but hard work was done and done well.

It was great. On time, professional, cleaned everything from top to bottom. Did what they said they would. No problems.
