The guys did a fantastic job. House and deck look great--front bricks look brand new. They got here when they said they would and did everything I asked. Reasonably priced. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

The main thing that we wanted down was the exterior of the gutters washed. They arrived early and finished the all of the cleaning except the gutters. They did not want to wash the gutters without us being present because sometimes the finish washes off. I contacted them immediately. They came back the next day and finished the job. Except for arriving at the scheduled time the first day, it was an excellent job.

In making plans with Sparkle we found that they needed to do the whole house because the dirt from the high work would wash down on the sides of the house and not be rinsed off. In the process we decided to not only do the house but the stand alone garage also. The first trip they did everything except what I had originally wanted done. I called and they explained that they did not want to do the gutters unless I was present because sometimes the paint washes off and then the customer demands a new paint job. Another crew came back the next day. The gutters cleaned up just fine with no paint loss. I did not meet the first crew as they arrived and completed their work earlier than expected. I was present when the second crew arrived. They were very polite and courteous and did an excellent job.

The company representatives arrived earlier than expected the first day and everything was done except for the gutters. It was explained to me that they did not want to do those without me be present in case the paint started washing off leaving just the aluminum showing. Two other service representatives met me there the next day and did an excellent job of cleaning the outer portions of the gutters.

The person who had been cleaning our gutters for years unfortunately retired from gutter work. Having to start from scratch, I went to Angie's List and found Sparkle Wash of Central Virginia. Between the reviews here and their website I decided to give them a try. When I saw all of their other services, I decided to get a quote on power washing the house too. There was a bit of sticker shock upon seeing the quote (always is when dealing with house stuff) but I have to say based on the job they did - worth every single penny. Such an incredibly nice group of folks, very responsive, very professional and very accommodating - we had one reschedule on my part and another because of the weather. The house almost looks like it was repainted it was so well done. No damage to the paint or plants. Gutters clean and flowing like they should. I will absolutely use them again!

They were on time and courteous. They did a great job. There were some residual orange drips after they left. After talking with the owner, I found out these drips are normal and would goaway after a few days in the sun. He offered to come back and do spot cleaning of these places if they did not go away. Sure enough, after a few days in the sun, they did go away on their own.

Weather delayed work, but ultimately is was done in a professional and desired manner. Outcome was a great job!

The deck looks great and actually better than I even anticipated. The deck was built last Fall and had some marks from furniture left on it. The sealant that they used on the deck was completely absorbed into the wood and those marks are invisible. I am very pleased with the quality of the work and would recommend them again. Chad was very knowledgeable and provided me with a handout and took the time to answer all of my questions.

Everything went smoothly. Chad did a great job with the estimate and scheduling the work. We were very pleased with the quality of both the cleaning and deck staining job and would have no hesitations working with them again.

I contacted Sparkle Wash and worked out the details with Chad, who came out to look at the job. I intended only to have my deck and back porch treated, but Chad offered to power wash the house and stain my front porch at a nice discount. After the power washing and some weather delays, the crew showed up as scheduled ,,and completed the job in one day. There was one hitch when the store gave them the wrong stain when they went to buy more and the result was my deck was one shade of brown, but the railings, lattice and benches surrounding the deck were a lighter shade of brown. In effect, a two tone look. Chad immediately apologized offered to redo the job. But as it turned out, my wife and I really liked the two tone look and wanted to keep it. Chad came out to the house a few days later and did some touch up work, wrapping the project up nicely. He even brought me some extra stain so I could stain some deck furniture I'd been planning to do. Overall, a great job from start to finish. My porches and deck look fantastic! Chad and his crew were friendly and professional and I'd absolutely use them again in the future.

I would recommend Sparkle Wash of Central VA to anyone who requires a pressure washing. Chad, the owner, was quick to respond to my request and give me a quote. The day of the service his crew arrived - on time - and were quick to start working on the house. After a few years of neglect our house now looks new again. The crew was friendly, professional and continued working until the job was done. I can not say enough how please we are with their service. In a few weeks we are having our driveway pressure washed and already scheduled that with Chad and his fantastic company! I didn't use them because their rate was a little bit higher than the others- we do don't have a lot to power wash.

I was very impressed with this company. My written quote included details of liability insurance, as well as a detailed description of services offered. Service was prompt and efficient. When I arrived home the day my deck was washed, I noticed that my front porch also looked cleaner - apparently the team noticed that I had some fungus staining the side of my porch, and took the time to clean this off while they were there - no additional charge and without being asked. I was quite delighted with this little perk. The team returned two days later to seal my deck after it had dried. They used the same product that had been applied inexpertly the prior year. They did a great job, and I was pleased.

The owner, Chad, was awesome to deal with- extremely responsive, hands on, and always willing to answer questions. Quality of service provided was great and have confidence if any part of the job was not done satisfactorily, they would make it right. Would definitely use again.

Easy to contact and make arrangements with company. They called the day before to confirm, and arrived about 10 minutes before they were scheduled. Two men were very professional, courteous, and, thorough. The house hadn't had a power wash for a few years, so it took them longer than they expected to do the work. The house, walkway, patio, and deck did Sparkle by the time they finished. They even put some plants and furniture back and cleaned up well before they left.

The morning of the job, the two employees advised us that our choice, sealant, may not be appropriate because it would leave visible some leftover discolored spots. So we changed to stain and picked a color. They went back to the supply store and swapped it without charge. They were still able to complete the job that day. They did a fine job of prepping and applying the stain, and it looks much better than before.

Everything was done as quoted in a professional manor and we were very pleased with the results. Will use them again when required.

Chad was very responsive to phone calls, provided a ballpark estimate over the phone based on home description (built 2006). He scheduled the job within a week. Both of the men who came arrived on time and went out of their way to explain the job and finalize the estimate. They had a very professional approach, very knowledgeable about deck cleaning and possible maintenance. I have never seen the gutters and leaders this clean in my home, and we've had two prior pressure washes in the fours years we have owned our home in Powhatan! They had every surface, including foundation, sidewalk, and garage entrance expertly cleaned. I highly recommend Sparkle Wash of Central Virginia!

Outstanding company. Great attention to detail... frankly, they're a bit more expensive for powerwashing but they do more than just spray your home so it was worth it to me. Highly recommended.

The whole experience was great. I left an email message for Chad on Labor Day and he called us on the next day and worked with our schedule to come out to give us an estimate. The work was done today and yesterday Chad called to verify the time of his arrival. He was on time this morning and got right to work. All the stains are off the roof and it looks like it did when it was installed. Very professional and I would recommend this company to everyone.
