Service was great. Customer Service from Jonathan (co-owner) made my experience the worst!!! My info (name, address and cell) was given to a complete stranger after confirming my email TWICE. Jonathan response was, "my invoice was provided to a neighbor". Also, Jonathan admitted the system has problems. I challenged Jonathan, asking why not hold the service provider accountable or go to another provider... no response. I received my invoice with the other person email address STILL associated to my account profile. SparkleWash is aware of the system having vulnerabilities with updating customer info or cross-posting info across accounts with no fix in place. Jonathan asked, what did I want? I said, a discount or eliminate the bill. Jonathan responded, I see your color. Yes, he is White and I am an African Amercian... why is derogatory response acceptable? Jonathan also said, he had more important things going on than to deal with this. After hanging up on me, I paid my bill.

Sparkle Wash of Central Virginia did a fantastic job! The home and deck powerwash is the best we have ever had at our home. They also cleaned out high gutters. Chad and his staff are highly professional and responsive to our questions about needed care of our home and deck. They use Ready Seal, an oil-based stain and sealer that is absorbed into the wood for long-term protection. We highly recommend SparkleWash of Central Virginia!

Not well. I’ll never call them again. Don’t be fooled by their web site. They were not helpful at all and this was truly an emergency.

The company was very responsive to Angie’s list messages and promptly provided a quote and put me on the schedule. They performed the work as agreed, and even pressure washed my front steps and concrete walkway (which I wasn’t expecting but I appreciate). I’m very pleased with the job and would hire them again. Excellent! They were timely and professional! I called and they came out to provide estimate. The job was done within 48 to 72 hours of initial inquiry.

Third time is not a charm. First two visits were good. This one was very average. The vacuum broke down and they had to use ours. Nice kids but not very well trained...in my opinion.

It was a very good experience and the house looks great! All of the employees were very polite and professional and the work was completed in a timely manner.

They can power wash your house, they can power wash decks. They did a specular job. If I need it done again, they are coming. They covered everything, they made sure all the shrubs were protected. They were tidy and pleasant. Then when I went around to look at the fence, he said, “I’ll walk with you. That was nice.

My wife hired them to do an power wash of the house. They did quite an good job, and they did a couple of extra things, we did not ask them to do. They power washed the sidewalk, they also replaced an couple of light bulbs I needed changed, and I did not have enough bulbs,asked them to do one side, and not sure when they got the extra bulbs, when I got back, they had did both sides.

In the past, I have always powerwashed my own home, and intended to do so this year as well. After a medical problem in October, I got a little behind on my "chores" and before I knew it, it was November and the house was looking pretty sad. I decided to bite the bullet and pay someone else to do it. I checked Angie's List and investigated several companies. Sparkle Wash had the right combination of good reviews and price. It took a couple weeks to get on the schedule in early November, but they showed up when they said they would..... even though it was raining off and on that day! The two guys who showed up were professional, worked their tails off, and finished the job in about 2 hours. The house looks great, and it sure saved me a bunch of trouble to get out the ladder and powerwasher to spend my weekend doing the same job. Would definitely recommend them to others, and will plan on retiring my little power washer for the future.

Very professional company. This is not a company who have a men riding around in a truck with a power washer from a box store. They system used by Sparkle Wash was was specialty designed system for this application allowing the crew to make adjustments on the cleaning solutions applications needed to make sure the surface area is cleaned properly. The two man team showed up on time as stated and we walked around the home to make sure they understood what work was to be performed. After they had completed the job, we walked around again so they wanted make sure the job was done to my satisfaction. I will be using them again and will be recommend Sparkle Wash to my friends and neighbors. GREAT JOB.....

Great job cleaning mildew off house and deck. They took their time doing the work - much more thorough job than your typical house cleaning. Everything sparkles!

They went right to work, were professional and didn't waste time. They did a great job. My house had years of dirt and mildew especially in one area and it all came off. The deck and wheelchair ramp were also very dirty. They both are much better not all of the discoloration came off but that is not their fault. Their price was high but I had the security of their insurance and was willing to pay the price. They also applied an Angie's List discount.

Well! Would not hesitate to call them again.

Mr. Stambaugh responded very quickly to a request for an estimate. Power wash crew was very professional and courteous and they did an outstanding job. We will definitely be using them again.
