Terrific. David was very competent - knows his stuff. He diagnosed the problem (faulty heating coil) and followed through quickly getting it installed. So glad we didn’t have to replace the refrigerator! He also helped us with a leaking clothes washer recently. He’ll be our first call for any appliance repair in the future.

David was terrific. My washing machine stopped in mid cycle in my renter was coming back at the end of the week. David showed up on time, was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and and got the washer fixed in no time. Very reasonably priced, too. I would definitely hire David again.

The rep came in and quickly reviewed the problem explaining what needed to be done. The whole replacement only took about 30 min, including changing the electrical to work with my push button start instead of a regular switch. He even cleaned the area to better than it was before he came. Stayed to make sure no leaks and explained what was going on. Very satisfied with the job!

I was very pleased again by David’s work. He was timely and professional. I had an insinkerator that was not working. He assessed that it was the motor. He recommended that it be replaced since cost of motor is comparable to cost of new disposal.

David was great. I had trouble with a dryer and when he called me, he was able to schedule for next day service. He was on time, was able to triage the problem, had the parts, and the price for service was reasonable. Not only did he repair the appliance but he made sure he worked. He tested the appliance and through this issue was able to discover an even bigger problem that I did not know. My dryer vent was blocked due to a construction issue. David provided some recommendations and I am in the process of getting that resolved with my contractor. Thank you David and I will be sure to refer you to others.
