I like that they are very prompt, and they will come back if I need them to come back at no charge. Their service is effective at killing bugs. I have nothing negative to say about them.

The job that is done is excellent. Any experience with them has been very professional. They have been doing this for us for six years and I wouldn't consider anyone else. If something is not to our satisfaction they will always return at no cost however many times we need them. Frank is always on time, very courteous, and remembers our names and even upcoming events. This service and our technician was a great find. Ask for Frank if you want things to go well though I am sure others in the organization are also well qualified.

They are very professional and uniformed but the estimate was really high. He suggested work that I hadn't requested. He said I needed to perimeter guard and I had not done it. I had some insulation work that needed to be done in the basement and they wanted $500 for that. I thought I had critter animals down there and it turned out those were crickets and they wanted $500 for that. They wanted $500 to clean up the crawl space and $500 for perimeter insulation. It was going to be $1500 and if I looked around it the area I would have got a better price. I had another pest control company and I got annoyed with them. I had forgotten to pay them my bill and I called them 3 months later and they wanted to pay and I have been paying $90 for termite insurance. They told me I had to pay more money since I was late and they didn’t really contact me more than twice. I feel there are places cheaper than Pest Masters. The other company wanted me to pay a fee to inspect my house apart from the annual fee I have been paying. Pest Masters was very professional and they did make an impression. They were trying to solicit a few services which I didn’t suggest myself. If possible I would leave this perimeter insulation as it was done previously at my house. He pointed out to me which was done previously that they drill holes in the house. He tried to explain it to me and showed it to me that it was already done earlier. I am going to ask again if it is necessary for a 1920 house. He told me there were termites all around the house and he could be right. The previous company took down a tree across my house and they were roots that were in my yard. I had termites and the previous company told me if they got busy with that they won’t worry about your house. He was very professional. He drew a diagram of my house and the yard. It looked exactly like my house. They come in nice uniforms too and it is not slobby.

They were punctual and did a great job. They are very reliable and call before the come. I have not had any pests, after I started to use their services. I will continue to use their services in future.

I've been using their services for probably four years now. They came out this month for the service. I have a contract with them for quarterly service. They are always available. They are very responsive and prompt. They really want to prove their customers.

They are fine. They are good and do consistent work and we have no pests.

Had a serious problem with silverfish coming down from the attic, as well as ants and spiders around the front and garage doors. All went well with company, but I continued to have lots of insects. Company came back to repeat the fall treatment when I requested. The company was very pleasant to deal with and was not at all reluctant to retreat. The last thing they did was put a "bomb" in my attic to fumigate and kill most of the remaining silverfish.

They are fine and they are pretty responsive. They call and let me know when they will be coming out. They give me the option of spraying inside or out because I have a cat. They are pretty good and flexible. They are really professional.

They were on time and had come out when they said they would. Initially I had these bait stations put in for termite control. It looked pretty professional. They put them all around the house around six feet or so. I have a conditioned crawlspace which means there could be things underneath the house where you really can?t tell. It?s a complicated process because there could be termites going into the wood. They come back and check the bait stations yearly or semi-annually to see if there is any termite activity. I also have separate contracts for pest control for bugs and so forth. They come back quarterly to check for any pests and do some spraying. It?s only been a month and they seem to be fine. I have to see what the comeback services are like and see what kind of success I have with the termite control. We just moved into the house recently. They were professional and seemed to know what they were doing. It?s one of those types of services that is hard to gauge until we see what happens in the first go-around.

They arrived early to perform the estimate. I wanted to get others estimates first before agreeing to a contract with them for a year. They do a good job staying in touch though and I would possibly use them in the future.

We were having a small problem with pests in the house before we started using this company. After their first visit, everything just went away. I have also had them treat our house for termites in the past. They did show up on time and explained everything that they were doing to me.

They come and they go and they seem to be OK. The guys that come out are very nice and they have all of the work done in a prompt manner. I like that they have always been punctual and they must be doing a good job because I have not seen any bugs around.

Our first floor had a significant number of carpenter ants coming in from outside. I called Pestmasters to obtain an estimate. The estimator came to the house within an hour of my call. A couple of days later, the technician visited and performed the first service. Since that day, I have not seen another ant, or any bugs of any kind, inside the house. Pestmasters was very prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend them!

I was very pleased with the work James did. He spent about 1.5 hours in and around the house. He was very thorough. Unfortunately, when James came down from the attic and pushed up the pull-down ladder, he didn't realize there is a hook on the side of the ladder and tore the support out of one side. He brought it to my attention and said their service manager would be in touch. So far the service manager and I have not connected. He keeps calling and leaving messages at my house although I have provided my work number several times. But by the time I get home from work and get the message he has already left for the day. So we keep missing each other. I am hoping we meet soon.

After years of using this service on a monthly basis, we recently switched to a quarterly contract. Pestmasters comes out and treats the interior of our home, and, as appropriate, also treats the outside. In the fall, they always do a ''bug sweep,'' cleaning off webs from around all the outside windows and soffits. The technicians are always on time, friendly, and courteous. They will also come when called between scheduled visits and take care of any issues we may see with occasional ants, silverfish, mice, or other pests. Interim visits are included in their price.

They come out on a quarterly basis to spray inside and out. Also, if you notice anything between the quarterly treatments, they come out free of charge. Ive had them manage roaches as well as nest of ground nesting bees in my front yard (they came out four times over a couple of weeks to take care of the bees). In addition, they schedule appointments to the nearest half hour which is a big help when youre at work.

We have not had any outbreaks of any kind of bugs while we have been using Pestmasters. We have been using them for about a year now, and have not even seen a bug since they have been coming out. They show up on the same day of the month every time and at the same time, which makes it easy for us to predict when they are going to be here.

They also explained any problems and what damage the pests may do. I didn't even have any odor when they were done.

You name it I have had it. That is why I am on a quarterly service contract. They come out for $90 and spray the chemicals on the lawn, under the home and in the home. If I see a bug they will be right out again, even if I need them out here everyday they said they will be back.
