Termite Inspection was fine, however the inspector pointed out two areas where he thought squirrels had entered the roof. That led to me to spend the next three hours purchasing supplies and trying to fix an item that was actually a false claim of damage not caused by squirrels, but holes that were purposely done by the builder and what most builders do for air flow needed in the attic.

I had them do quarterly pest control last year for a few quarters and then cancelled my service because my dogs got sick and I still had plenty of bugs, particularly silverfish and spiders. THEN - Last Friday I got a notice that they had treated my yard again and were charging me $100. I did not contract with them again and don't know why they would just treat without my permission. Fortunately it has rained and snowed continuously since Friday so I hope it all washed away so my dogs are ok. My hope is that it was a mistake and they came to the wrong house because I certainly didn't request this service! Terrible to just show up uninvited after a year.

I am forever grateful to this company. Especially Ian who is our exterminator. He is professional, friendly, kind, attentive and wonderful to my dog! When Ian arrived this morning he listened to me and was very understanding. He told me that he would make sure that our dog was locked in the garage and even put a towel down along the door to make sure the fumes would not go to the garage. He called me when he was finished to say he could not get my door to close and wasnt going to leave it until he called me. We worked out a solution and again he went out of his way to help us. This company is top notch and cheaper than the other exterminators. Whenever I have had a bug problem outside of our normal service they come immediately. (I rarely see bugs as they do such a thorough job.) I would not ever use any other company.

Pestmasters is always very punctual and thorough. The same representative typically does our home and he is very efficient, friendly and does a good job. We originally signed on with them to deal with "ant problems" and have not had any recurring issues since they solved the original problem. We will continue to use them!

Initial service included a comprehensive inspection along with thorough treatment to rid us of our mice. Our tech explained all the details of how the mice could get in and what the substance was he used to eliminate them. He was very attentive to our need to keep the traps out of reach of our cat and also educated us on what could happen and what to do in the unlikely event she caught a poisoned mouse. His follow up visits for regular pest control barrier treatments have been equally pleasant, professional, helpful, and educational. Since starting the contract, we have not had any insect or rodent problems or sightings in the house that didn't fly in. Cost has been $105 per quarterly visit and includes checking/reloading the mouse bait (indoor, garage, and crawl space), reapplying the indoor and outdoor barriers, and a perimeter check of the house.

I would use them again in the future.

Everything went well with this visit. Our technician, Patrick, was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. This particular visit targeted exterior spider, earwig, and cricket control. As always, a visual inspection was completed of all interior perimeter walls (especially in lower kitchen cabinets and pantry closets), exterior perimeter, garage, and the crawl space, with applications as needed. Patrick also removed all accessible exterior spider webs on the house. Our next visit is scheduled for March, which will begin exterior preventative treatment for ants.

Technician was professional, and prompt for appointments. Took plenty of time to answer detailed questions and explain several different options to us. Felt confident in their knowledge. Very pleasant to deal with!

First couple of years the service was good. I'm not sure what has happened, but once the regular technician left and was replaced, the service has been poor. I've had to have them come out a couple of times to respray. Something has changed and in my experience- not for the better.

They were very courteous and on time. We found them very friendly and knowledgeable.

PestMasters is always reliable and excellent. Randy regularly comes to our house and has been doing so for so long it's like seeing an old friend. He does a great job with the maintenance, watches out for any extra issues, and treats our schedule and our pets with the most respect. 100% recommended!

They came out and gave us a quote for what we actually needed, without upselling us. They were a breath of fresh air after the provider before them. They were honest, and treated us with respect.

Based on reviews here on Angie's List, I contacted PestMasters and spoke with a very helpful woman named Carol. She described their one-time & maintenance treatments, clearly explaining my options and the associated pricing. I scheduled the app't and was able to have a technician come w/in a few days. The technician arrived 10 minutes early, and was professional, clean, and knowledgeable. He told me about the insects that I described to him, and explained a lot about them, how to help alleviate them, and what he was going to do in and around my home. The tech. was very friendly toward my overly friendly lab/retriever mix, and then went about his business spraying and placing glue traps. He spent about an hour at my house, and told me he'd be back in approximately 3 months. Since he left, I have not seen any of the bugs that were hanging around my house.

Michael was prompt, professional, gave lots of information. He did an estimate to treat the house that was thorough and professionally presented. Offered 3 payments overall great experience.

We have used this same company for 30 years now. We have also used them for termite inspection and treatments.

They were good. Couple of years ago we had an infestation of bed bugs. It was awful experience and they were good with us. We had to get it retreated multiple times and it wasn’t supposed to happen either. They were good with us and we didn’t have to pay more than what we pay them. They had to retreat it four different times. It was good to get rid of them. I would use them in the future.

Sometimes I find their prices expensive but mostly they have been normal. I have used them for years and will use them again in the future.

We have been using them for a long time. They are really good at accommodating you. They do a really thorough check. They are very efficient. They come when they say they are going to come. They do whatever they can to help you out.

I have used them for years and they are a high quality group that handles the job well. If you have any problems after they've left they are immediately back to take care of the situation. I am on an annual contract with them and pay about $90 quarterly. It is a good company to work with and I will use them again in the future.
