Description of Work: Pella replaced six large windows across the front of my house and a smaller bathroom window in the back. They did a fantastic job! The workmen were very experienced and even though the work was done in January on a very frigid day, they were able to minimize the time between removing the old and inserting the new windows. My heating bills this winter were considerably lower and the house of nice and warm.

Description of Work: The windows themselves are great. The sales rep either didn't listen, or just made errors, on the quote. It had to be re-worked several times. Painting of trim after installation was mediocre.

Pella certainly is not inexpensive, but they make the best sliding glass doors currently on the market. They were easy to do business with and the job itself was completed in less than two hours. The new door slides like a dream and it has a very tight seal in order to keep high winds out. They did a fantastic job.
