Neat Sweep

They arrived on time and were very friendly, professional and helpful. We needed a chimney cap installed and they were really responsive in coordinating with others to get it done that day so we didn't have to schedule or pay for another service call.

They were on time, inexpensive and did a great job.

It was not good. I ended up having to pay extra. It was wonderful. I wasn't there to see it but the guy, as far as he interaction and talking, he did what he was supposed to do. The guy to me was great but they said he didn't clean it good enough.

Two service people came. They were punctual, friendly, quick, and very tidy. We will definitely use them again.

Service was very good... I do not say excellent since I wish they had called before the end of the month to see if I still needed the trash container. Instead, I knew the month of rental had passed because I received a charge in my credit card. Yet the charge was genuine and legidimate.... so I cannot say anything bad about it.

Everything was great! Very neat and professional. I liked the fact that the technician performed a fire safety survey at the end of the cleaning. That's going above and beyond for the safety of everyone.

Dumpsters were provided on three occasions over the last 6 weeks. The driver was always friendly and punctual. He was able to place the dumpster within literal inches of where I wanted it, which was no easy task. Overall, highest level of service and would highly recommend for anyone needing a dumpster for any reason. Definitely beats having to make multiple trips to the dump, saved lots of time, gas, and effort.

The person I talked to was professional and courteous. After confirming that they do brick repair work, I asked for them to come out for an estimate. When informed they would charge a $99 fee to provide the estimate, I declined.

Neat Sweep inspected and cleaned my fireplace, flume and chimney crown. I was overall pleased with their work. Both of the sweeps were professional and cleaned up after themselves. I would use the company again.

Work went as expected. The service man was professional and took care to protect the surrounding area and to clean up afterwards. He explained how to prevent and treat Level 2 creosote. The Neat Sweep company followed up with a letter and phone call trying to sell us on buying their creosote product and adding a damper that is not needed unless the fireplace is used without the stove.

Purchased the Big Deal for chimney sweep and safety inspection. Men arrived on time, conducted themselves in a professional manner, were very thorough, explained their findings, and answered all my questions. Will be using them for repairs.

The day they came to repair the roof was covered in ice so they wisely set another date. The day of repair went smoothly and was less messy than I thought it would be and they cleaned that up. It was a lot of work as we had more tiles than the average fireplace. They took as much as they could and placed the rest where we wished to shore up a retaining wall. They took pictures and emailed them to me for the building inspector.

Cory and his partner/trainee came to our home today to clean the fireplace. They were prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. After the cleaning and inspection, Cory thoroughly reviewed his work and findings with us. Cory suggested services needed to continue with a safe fireplace. no mess left..... Set up, spread the floor covering, went to work. Got out a huge pile of soot. Vacuumed it up. Cleaned up afterwards. Neat Sweep has been cleaning our chimney for 15 years. Our chimney is complicated, having 2 45-degree angles to contend with. They always get a lot of soot out. Early on, the technician found a potential fire hazard at the top of the chimney, photographed it, and we had it repaired. They are professional and we intend to continue using them.

They came out inspect the Chimney and clean it. They also went up on the roof to look at the chimney cap and inspect that as well. Both men entered my home and vaccum the chimney out from the bottom. Very professional and clean up afterwards. One gentleman suggest that we get a new chimney cap soon because we can get birds inside our chimney. We agreed we would get a chimney cap at a later time. Since last year the company has called several times during night hours asking us about chimney caps and if we'd purchase one yet. The night calls were unacceptable. I work third shift and the calls were an inconvenience. I went with another company and got a chimney cap.

I had a very good experience. They did a wonderful job. They came on time, they did what they're supposed to do, they cleaned up very well and they were very polite and nice. I'm getting ready to use them again in the fall.

I was not happy with another bid they gave me because I thought it was pretty simple to solve the problem so that through me off. They chimney sweep went fine. The work they did I didn't have any problems with.

Dave arrived as scheduled. Took a look at the chimney on the inside and outside. Explained that there were 2 flues and that he would charge the same rate as the Angie Deal. We agreed and he went to work. Almost immediately, he realized there was a squirrel living in the flue, so he took measures to get the squirrel out before he started clearning. At that point he recommended chimney caps to prevent the squirrels and other wildlife from making the chimney a home. He explained the pricing; we agreed and back to work he went. He took several pictures of damage to the concrete and the liner and left a quote to have these fixed - he even encouraged getting a second opionion. Leaves, sticks and host of other things were in the chimney. He cleaned, dusted and vacuumed everything. There was no mess left behind.

They arrived within the time frame we agreed upon and the driver installed the container where I requested. He was neat and clean and very courteous. I called for a pick up a week later and the very next day it was removed.
