Neat Sweep

Jet from Neat Sweep was fantastic! She was punctual, friendly, and went above and beyond. We were struggling with a worsening odor, and she found and removed a dead squirrel from my boiler exhaust. Without being asked, she cleaned out the exhaust piping and then recommended to me the components that weren't salvageable, and how and where I could replace them. By the end of the night, my chimneys were clean, and my home smelled fresh once again. Thank you for your great service!

The technician was very informative. He also gave me options and let me decide what would be best for me. His professional manner and information was very helpful and appreciated. His name was Corey. Highly recommend him.

They did not properly clean the chimney as I asked and there was later problems and damage which cost me an addition $300 by hiring one of their competitors.

John Miller and Chris were both very polite and thorough. They cleaned up the hearth and inspected the chimney in a timely manner without leaving a mess behind. They took the time to explain the chimney and hearth setup which was greatly appreciated. I will definitely be re-using them for the annual cleaning.

He found more work than we anticipated but it needed to be done. He was able to schedule us quickly and pointed up brickwork and added a cap. Did a really nice job and gave us good advice on what was required for our purpose. We would use him again

We've used them off and on over three years. They have some very aggressive call-back tactics; they call us all the time. Although when they perform a service they wait a bit. There was time where we actually went to a different service provider and then went back to them. When it got to be maybe a year since the last service, they were calling like three times a week or four times a week. Hey, we haven't heard from you in awhile. It got to the point where you answer the first few and say no, I'm not interested, and then after awhile you're looking at the caller ID going - yep, not answering that - yep, not answering that. So, their work and their technical expertise is excellent. They're very good at doing their work, but some of their marketing tactics were a little annoying. Their pricing was comparable with everything else. Their quality was excellent. They showed up exactly when they said they would and they always have. Professionalism, that's where the B comes in, per previously stated, and that's nothing to do with the people that actually come to your house; it's everything to do with more the corporate main office.

They were prompt, professional and able to do the job in one day and they did a great job. They also replaced my chimney cap with one that covered both my furnace flu and chimney. fixed the mortar around both Flue's and provided tips on radiant heat products that I had be looking at to keep the heat from going up my chimney! Will definitely hire again.

Had two companies inspect the chimneys. Neat Sweep's recommendations for repairs were far more reasonable than the other company's.

Solid service. It was expensive, but when it comes to a fireplace you really want a professional to handle any repairs. You get what you pay for and I would hire them again.

Neat Sweep was very professional and extremely helpful to answer all of our questions and performed the job above and beyond expectations. As a first time home owner, having a safe chimney is important to me. Provided guidance on future enhancements that we wanted to do: get rid of gas fireplace, convert back to wood. Gave great advice from experience on how to accomplish this. Showed genuine concern about fire safety. He offered estimates on future work which were very reasonable.

I wasn't home when the dumpster was delivered, but it was put right where I requested. It was delivered and hauled away on the dates I requested with no problems. I have used this service twice in recent months. Second dumpster had a lot of rust in the bottom and there were concerns whether it would hold a full load, but it was hauled away with no debris left behind. The price is definitely a lot better than other providers. I will definitely use them again.
